Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the base ends of adjacent surrounding walls to be consecutively bent for allowing the application of satisfactory caulking treatment. CONSTITUTION:A continuous section 1b is preliminarily formed between the base ends of the opposite sides of each bent wall 3a around a body section 2 in bent and adjoining state for keeping the base ends integrally continuous to each other. When each wall 3a is bent toward the rear side of the body section 2 to form a continuous and bent surrounding wall 3 in the state where the side ends of the walls 3a are adjacent to each other between each bent and adjacent side 2a of the section 2, the sides ends of the walls 3a move toward each other. The continuous section 1b is thereby bent toward the rear side of the section 2, similar to the wall 3a, and deformed in such a way as forming the integrally continuous section 3c of the wall 3 between the base ends of the adjacent side ends of the walls 3a.

However, FIG. 10 and FIG.
In the structure as shown in FIG. 3, if welding is performed to close the slit h, the surface of the weld will be adversely affected. Therefore, after the processing for manufacturing the exterior plate accompanied by welding or the like, painting, alumite treatment, or hairline treatment is performed. It is necessary to carry out surface finishing such as treatment, and after processing, it is necessary to transport this to a factory that finishes the surface, surface-treat it, and further transport it to the site, which makes transportation and handling complicated, and cost is reduced. It will be expensive.

Further, in the structure shown in FIG. 12, since the bending wall as a separate member must be attached to the main body of the exterior plate, this is also expensive, and an adhesive tape is used to simplify the attachment. When they are attached, they are often displaced or come off, and if they are dealt with in the field work, the work becomes complicated, and it is even more troublesome to take them home and deal with them.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention bends each other around a main body and adjoins each other, or each fold extending outward from each side to be adjoined. Between the base portions of the side edges of the bending wall that face each other in the bent and adjacent state, a continuous portion that integrally connects these base portions is previously formed, and each folding wall is folded to the back side of the main body portion. By bending, the bent walls lean together at the side edges to form a continuous bent peripheral wall between the adjacent sides of the main body, and the side edges of the bent walls at this time approach each other. By the movement, the continuous portion is bent toward the back side of the main body portion like the folding wall, and is deformed to form an integral continuous portion of the folding peripheral wall between the base portions of the adjacent side edges of the folding wall, Bending the exterior plate with the base of the folding peripheral wall integrally continuous Formed is characterized in that.

According to the above-mentioned structure of the present invention, the bent walls that are bent around the main body and are adjacent to each other, or outwardly extending from the adjacent sides are bent to the back side of the main body. Thereby, the bent peripheral wall can be formed to be continuous at the side edges of the bent wall adjacent to each other between the bent and adjacent sides of the main body, and at this time, the bent wall can be adjacent to the bent wall. In the state, between the bases of the side edges facing each other, a continuous portion formed in advance so as to integrally connect these bases to each other is formed by the movement of the side edges of each bent wall toward each other. Similarly, it can be bent to the back side of the main body part and deformed so as to form an integral continuous part of the bent peripheral wall between the base parts of the adjacent side edges of the bent wall. Therefore, between the bases of the side edges of the bent walls that are bent and are adjacent to each other or that extend outward from the respective sides that will be adjacent to each other, the bases of the side edges that face each other in the bent and adjacent state. It is possible to obtain an exterior plate in which the base of the bent peripheral wall is integrally continuous by simply forming a continuous part that is integrally continuous in advance and then simply bending the bent wall to the back side of the main body. it can.

In order to obtain the exterior panel 21 from this material 21a, the material 21a is bent at the bending lines 26 and 2 shown in FIG. 5 (a).
The four parts are bent in the direction shown in FIG. 5 (a) to form the shape shown in FIG. 5 (b). At this time, the continuous portion 21b is deformed due to the side edges of the adjacent bending walls 3a being brought closer to each other, and the base portion of the bending peripheral wall 3 formed by the bending is similar to the case of the first embodiment. The integral continuous portion 3c can be formed.

Therefore, the exterior panels 21 are placed side by side in the longitudinal direction of the wall surface corners covered by the exterior panels 21 as shown in FIG. 6 so that the overlapping walls 3b are overlapped with each other, and at this time, they are formed between the adjacent bent peripheral walls 3. When caulking is performed by embedding the caulking material 6 in the caulking groove 5, a slit-shaped gap 11 is formed between the bent peripheral walls 3 on the tip side.
As can be seen from the above, it can be sufficiently closed, and the same operational effect as in the case of the first embodiment can be exhibited.

Further, as shown in phantom in FIG. 5 (a), it is possible to form a cut 32 toward the bent wall 3a on one or both sides of the continuous portion 1b. By providing such a cut 32, it is possible to absorb the deformation distortion of the bending wall 3a and the continuous portion 1b when the bending wall 3a is bent to the back side of the main body 2, and the main body 2 and the bending peripheral wall. It becomes easy to ensure the airtight continuity of 3 and the integral continuous portion 3c thereof.

In these cases, the corrugated shape of the continuous portion 25 and the concave groove 31 facilitate the compression deformation when the side edges of the bent peripheral wall 3 are brought closer to each other. For this reason, the continuous portion between the base portions of the bent peripheral wall 3 formed at the edge of the main body 22 can be formed more easily and without cracks or cracks.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION According to the present invention, the bent walls of the main body which are bent and adjacent to each other, or the bent walls which extend outward from the adjacent sides, face each other in the bent and adjacent state. Between the bases of the edges, a continuous part that integrally connects these bases is formed in advance, and then the base of the folding peripheral wall is formed by a simple work of bending the bending wall to the back side of the main body. An integrally continuous exterior plate can be obtained, which can be easily and inexpensively provided. In addition, since using a material that has been surface-finished in advance does not have the same adverse effect as when performing welding, there is no need for troublesome handling such as transporting the surface finish to another factory after processing. It is also advantageous in terms of transportation and handling, and costs can be reduced.

In this case, when the continuous portion is thin, the continuous peripheral wall portion can be easily compressed and deformed when the adjacent bent walls are bent, so that the continuous peripheral wall portion can be formed in a natural shape without difficulty. It is possible to improve the yield.

1. Bases of side edges of bending walls that are adjacent to each other and extend outward from respective sides that are to be bent around the main body portion and that face each other in the bent and adjacent state. In the meantime, a continuous part that integrally connects these bases is formed in advance, and each bending wall is bent toward the back side of the main body to fold between the adjacent sides of the bent main body. The bending walls form a continuous bent peripheral wall with the side edges being intertwined with each other, and by the movement of the side edges of the respective bending walls leaning toward each other, the continuous portion is moved to the rear side of the main body in the same manner as the bending wall. Along with the bending, the outer wall of the folding wall is deformed so as to form an integral continuous portion of the folding peripheral wall between the base portions of the adjacent side edges of the folding wall, and the base plate of the folding peripheral wall is integrally folded to form an exterior plate.
