Therefore, conventionally, dissolved oxygen in water is removed to prevent the above-mentioned problems from occurring. The conventional dissolved oxygen removal device is composed of a gas separation membrane and a vacuum pump that depressurizes the outside of the membrane. Water is passed through the gas separation membrane depressurized by the pump, and oxygen contained in the water is recovered at this time. I am trying to do it. However, since the gas separation membrane becomes clogged, daily maintenance is required, and the gas separation membrane must be replaced with a new one on a regular basis, which inevitably increases the running cost of the device. .

The diameter of each nozzle hole of the nozzle member 6 is 0.5 mm.
The tap water continuously ejected from the large number of small-diameter nozzle holes at atmospheric pressure diffuses like a shower as described above. Then, this tap water continuously collides with the filter medium 4 and is scattered in the form of mist by the impact. Thus, the upper space S 1 of the container 5 is filled with mist-like tap water, but at this time, since the inside of the container is depressurized by the vacuum pump 7, the dissolved oxygen contained in the tap water is effective. Will be removed. That is, the tap water is atomized so as to be easily deaerated, and oxygen is efficiently removed from the tap water by the depressurizing action.

The tap water passing through the upper space S 1 of the container 5 is
Then it descends through the filter media 4. The filtering material 4 is composed of a large number of particles, and it is desirable to use, as the particles, for example, those having a diameter of about 5 mm and a large number of minute irregularities on the surface thereof. It is advantageous to use the known filter media.

When tap water flows down, the water slowly flows in the form of a thin film on the surface of each particle. When the surface of each particle has minute irregularities, its surface area increases, and the tap water flowing on the surface forms an extremely thin film. By thinning the water in this way, it is possible to effectively remove oxygen in the water by the depressurizing action of the vacuum pump 7.

As described above, in the dissolved oxygen removing apparatus 1 in this embodiment, the tap water is diffused by the nozzle member 6 and thinned by the filter medium 4 to remove the dissolved oxygen, so that the removal efficiency is improved. It is possible to effectively prevent the generation of red water, slime, scale and rust bumps. Moreover, since no member that causes clogging is used, it is not necessary to perform daily maintenance, and the filter medium 4 can be used for a long period of time.

By the way, a large number of air bubbles are contained in the tap water that has dropped from the filter medium 4 into the lower space S 2 in the container 5. This tap water has oxygen removed, but not all oxygen has been removed. Therefore, when tap water containing bubbles is sent to the return conduit 12 and the water supply pipe 13 as it is, Oxygen in the bubbles can corrode the inner surfaces of these pipes.

Therefore, in this embodiment, tap water dropped from the filter medium 4 is stored in the lower space S 2 of the container 5 and the height level of the water surface is maintained high as shown by L 1 in FIG. 1, for example. I have to. In this way, the bubbles in the tap water existing in the space S 2 rise, so that the tap water flowing out from the drainage port 8 does not contain bubbles, so that the return conduit 12 and the water supply pipe 13 are corroded. Can be effectively prevented. In this way, the space S 2 functions as a “bubble floating chamber” for floating the bubbles.

When the height level of the tap water in the space S 2 is lowered to the level indicated by L 2 in FIG. 1 for some reason, a level sensor (not shown) detects this and the detected signal indicates It is configured to stop the operation of the circulation pump 14. As a result, the height level of the tap water in the space S 2 rises again, and the effect of removing bubbles can be maintained. Further, when the height level of the tap water in the space S 2 returns to the position indicated by L 1 , this is detected by another level sensor, and the detection signal causes the circulation pump 14 to start operating again and the inside of the container 5 is detected. Of tap water is sent to the return conduit 12.

Further, the level of the tap water in the container 5 rises abnormally due to the failure of the system shown in FIG. 1 or the like, and when this reaches the position indicated by L 3 in FIG. Not detected by the level sensor, the vacuum pump 7 and the circulation pump 14 are stopped by the detection signal, and the solenoid valve 15 provided in the supply conduit 9 is operated to shut off the conduit 9. Discontinue tap water supply to 5. At the same time, the display panel (not shown) displays an abnormality and notifies the operator of the fact. Since the height of the tap water in the container 5 does not rise higher than the height indicated by the level L 3 , the tap water is unlikely to flow into the vacuum pump 7, and the failure of the pump 7 can be prevented.

A small gap G of, for example, about 5 mm is formed between the case 10 containing the filter medium 4 and the inner wall surface of the container 5 to form an upper space S 1 and a lower space S 2 of the container 5. It is in a communication state through the gap G, and the pressure of both is kept constant. Vacuum pump 7, since the air from the space S 1 at the top, without providing the gap G above and thereby blocking the both spaces S 1, S 2, the pressure in the upper space S 1 is lower The pressure in the space S 2 is much lower than that in the lower space S 2, and there is a risk that tap water will not fall into the lower space S 2. Therefore, a gap G is provided to ensure that the pressure in both spaces S 1 and S 2 is constant. The water is allowed to flow down into the lower space S 2 .

Further, the air in the container 5 is drawn to the vacuum pump 7 through the intake conduit 11, but when the water contained in the air is condensed and enters the vacuum pump 7, the amount of the water increases. There is a risk that the pump 7 will be overloaded and the pump 7 will break down.

Therefore, in this example, a branch pipe 11a is provided in the intake conduit 11 as shown in FIGS.
6 is provided, the operating time of the system is measured by a timer (not shown), and the solenoid valve 16 is opened for, for example, 30 seconds each time the time elapses, for example, 1 hour.
The outside air P is introduced into the intake conduit 11 through 6 and the water droplets condensed in the intake conduit 11 and the vacuum pump 7 are discharged to the outside of the pump 7 by the force of the outside air P. As a result, it is possible to prevent the failure of the vacuum pump 7 in advance.

According to the constitution described in claim 1, water is diffused and sprayed on the filter medium, and the surface of each particle of the filter medium is made into a thin film to allow water to pass therethrough. Since the container is decompressed to remove oxygen in the water, the removal efficiency can be increased, and the generation of red water, scale, rust cobs or slime can be effectively prevented. Moreover, since members that cause clogging are not used, daily maintenance is unnecessary and the life of the device can be greatly extended.
