り、浴温は450〜500℃である。吐出用ポンプ4は
溶融亜鉛浴3をもち上げ鋼板に直接吹付けるためのポン
プである。亜鉛吐出口5は鋼板に直接吹付けるための吐
出口であり、巾方向に5〜20個取りつけ巾方向移動可
能である。ワイピングノズル6はメッキ層厚を調整する
ためのN2 或いはAir吐出ノズルである。サポートロ
ール7はポットロール2直上、溶融亜鉛浴内で形状矯正
及びドロスのもち上がり防止のためのピンチロールであ

る。メッキ層の厚さ調整は吐出口5直上のワイピングノ
ズル6にて行う。以上の内容によりサポートロールを用
いることなく、形状の矯正及びドロスのもち上がりを防
ぐことが可能であり、従来課題であったスリップ疵、ド
ロスのかみこみによる押疵のような外観不良が解消とな
