で上ったうさぎの目と口に紅しょうが等の細工をする
と、赤い目の耳を立てた可愛いい白うさぎの変形ゆで卵
ができるのである。黄味は必ず中央(卵そのまま)に安
定していて、周囲ぐるっと白味でおおわれている。(図
