However, the above-mentioned conventional methods generally have the following drawbacks. The hot-melt adhesive that is melted and held on the brush is solidified at room temperature in a very short time, so that the so-called pot life that can be used for the bonding work is extremely short. For this reason, the same bonding work must be performed quickly, and therefore the work is not easy.

Embodiment 1 In FIGS. 1 and 2, reference numeral 1 denotes a container, which is made of metal or the like, is mounted on a base 2 made of Teflon resin as an example, and a heater 3 is provided outside the bottom thereof.
Reference numeral 4 denotes a guide member housed in the container 1, on which a porous member 5 is provided, and the member 4 is attached to a vertical movement device 6 provided outside the container 1,
This allows it to be moved up and down. The vertical movement device 6 is formed by an air cylinder as an example, and is connected to a compressor (not shown). Reference numeral 7 indicates the pipe. The guide member 4 and the porous member 5 form an attachment member 8. Reference numeral 9 is a spring, 10 is a piston rod, 11 is a bracket provided on the guide member 4, and 12 is an arm of the vertical movement device 6. Reference numeral 13 represents a holding portion for the spring 9.

Although the guide member 4 is formed of a stainless plate as an example, it may be formed of an outer iron plate, an aluminum plate, a copper plate, a brass alloy plate, or the like.
Reference numeral 14 indicates a reinforcing member (Fig. 2). As shown in FIG. 3, the upper end of the guide member 4 is formed in a mountain shape in cross section. This is because if the portion is formed in a flat shape, a large amount of the hot melt adhesive is held in that portion, which causes a difference from other portions, and is for preventing it. Next, 15 is a large number of tubular portions (FIG. 2) formed on the guide member 4.
Vents 16 (FIG. 3) are formed in the upper portions of the respective parts 15 to prevent the pressure fluctuation in each cylindrical part 15 due to the vertical movement of the adhering member 8, which will be described later.

The operation will be described with reference to FIG. 1. First, the hot melt adhesive 30 in the container 1 is melted by the heater 3. Next, the vertical movement device 6 is operated to raise the guide member 4 in the direction of arrow A4, and the porous member 5 is caused to come out of the liquid surface 31 of the hot melt adhesive 30. In this case, the object 25 to be bonded is previously positioned above the liquid surface 31. 32 is a holding member of a device (not shown) for holding and moving the object 25, and 33 is an elastic member of the member 32.

And in this case, the lower part of the guide member 4 is immersed in the liquid of the adhesive 30 as shown in the figure, so that the tubular portion 15 holds the heat provided by the hot melt adhesive 30,
This is continuously applied to the hot melt adhesive on the porous member 5. For this reason, the hot melt adhesive on the member 5 does not solidify and is adhered on the object 25.
Further, in this case, the spring 9 helps to adhere the adhesive 30 evenly.

Next, the object 5 is raised in the direction of arrow A4 by a device (not shown). At the same time, it is rotated 90 ° in the direction of arrow A25 and stopped at the position indicated by 25a. Then, another object 25b to be adhered thereto, as an example, the disappearance model is moved as shown by an arrow A25b, and adhesion is performed. Since the heater 3 is built in the heating body 21 in the apparatus shown in FIG. 6, the heating body 21 may be entirely allowed to come out from the liquid surface 31 of the hot melt adhesive 30. The other operations are performed in substantially the same manner as that shown in FIG.

Further, since the guide member is formed of a large number of cylindrical bodies, it is possible to effectively guide heat. Further, since the tubular body has the vent hole formed in the side wall thereof, it is possible to prevent the pressure inside the tubular body from fluctuating as the tubular body moves up and down. Further, since the cylindrical body has a substantially mountain-shaped cross section at its upper end, it is possible to prevent the amount of the hot melt adhesive adhering to the porous member from becoming uneven. Further, by using a net for the porous member, the amount of the hot melt adhesive adhered to the porous member can be made substantially uniform.
In addition, when the porous member is formed of a metal net, the durability can be further increased. In addition, the heating member provided with the porous member can further prolong the pot life of the hot melt adhesive adhered to the porous member. Moreover, what made the disappearing model for casting casting the object to be bonded,
The disappearing model can be bonded well.
