(57) [Summary] [Purpose] When manufacturing building materials, paving materials, etc. using resin-based wastes and other industrial wastes, the aforementioned wastes that can satisfy the required compressive strength. A method for solidifying an object is provided. [Structure] As an example of reusing the resin-based waste, an alumina-based solidifying agent is mixed with incineration ash of the resin-based waste, and water is added and kneaded. The mixing ratio of the resin waste, the solidifying agent and the water is 5 to 10: 2 to 5: 1 to 4 respectively. After kneading, it is put into a mold, press-molded, taken out from the mold and cured. The uniaxial compressive strength of the product obtained by such a process is as shown by the solid line in FIG.
When it is set to 00 kg / cm 2 , the strength required for the pavement plate shown by the chain line is satisfied. Fine aggregate may be added to the above composition. Alternatively, an artificial stone composed of stone powder and a resin may be used as the surface layer, and a lower layer may be obtained by mixing industrial waste fine powder with an alumina-based solidifying agent and kneading the mixture with water.

Description of the Related Art A large amount of resins are used for home electric appliances, household articles, etc., but the amount of resin-based waste generated by discarding these has become enormous in recent years. As one of the means for reusing such resin-based waste, a ash obtained by incinerating the resin-based waste is mixed with a Portland cement-based solidifying agent, and water is added to this to knead the mixture. Attempts have been made to solidify into a desired shape by molding. The solidification referred to here is a level at which a strength of a certain value or more required for practical use is realized, and not a level at which it is simply solidified.

It is known that the interlocking block has a laminated structure in which a tile is used as a surface layer and concrete is used as a lower layer. In this case, the tile and the concrete are individually prepared, and then the two are bonded with an adhesive to obtain a product. Examples of using industrial waste include:
As a sidewalk pavement material, the surface layer is a hardened colored cement with natural fine stones or artificial crushed stone as aggregate, and the lower layer is a hardened cement with aggregated granulated slag obtained by melting industrial waste. Some are joined by press molding. However, there has been no proposal for a method for producing a pseudolite obtained by stacking and solidifying natural stone powder and industrial waste powder.

(1) When a solidifying agent such as Portland cement is added to the resin-based waste, it can be solidified but cannot be solidified until the strength required for a building material or paving material is obtained. It is considered that the cause is that the resin-based waste and the solidifying agent have a relatively large specific surface area and require a large amount of water, and thus are hard to solidify to a predetermined strength. (2) A laminated structure product using industrial waste as a paving material cannot be continuously manufactured. That is, the surface layer and the lower layer must be manufactured separately. And it cannot be laminated unless an adhesive is used between the surface layer and the lower layer. (3) When the surface layer and the lower layer are laminated with an adhesive, the artificial stone in the surface layer may be broken by pressing. It is considered that the cause is that the surface layer is completely solidified, so that if the surface layer or the press die has irregularities, the pressure is unevenly applied and cracks. The present invention focuses on the above conventional problems, and when manufacturing building materials, paving materials, etc. using industrial waste, it is possible to easily obtain the compressive strength required for these, and to continuously and easily It is intended to provide a method for solidifying industrial waste that can be produced.

Since the time is short, the product strength can be increased as compared with the case where the Portland cement-based solidifying agent is used. Also,
When a Portland cement-based solidifying agent is used, the product adheres to the mold, so the releasability is not good, but when an alumina-based solidifying agent is used, demolding is fast and the mold releasability is good. Furthermore, by adding fine aggregate to the resin waste and the alumina solidifying agent, the proportion of fine particles in the whole is reduced,
Since the specific surface area is small, the amount of water can be reduced. Therefore, the ratio of water / solidifying agent becomes small, and it becomes easy to solidify. At the same time, the particle size distribution is broadened and the incorporation of particles is improved, so that the strength of the product can be increased.

A mixture of an alumina solidifying agent and water and kneading, or a mixture of these and kneading with fine aggregate is poured as a lower layer material, so that the respective particles are incorporated at the boundary between the surface layer and the lower layer. Therefore, both can be integrated, that is, laminated. In this case, the lower layer solidifying agent has good adhesiveness with the resin, and thus is easily laminated. Also,
If the surface layer material is press-molded together with the lower layer material when it is semi-solidified, cracking does not occur in the surface layer and the layers can be easily laminated.

As a concrete aggregate, 62% by weight of concrete fine powder of construction waste was mixed with 18% by weight of trade name Thomas ceramics as an alumina-based solidifying agent, and 20% by weight of water was added and kneaded. A mixture having a particle size of 5 mm or less and a particle size of 74 μm or less 3% and a particle size of 74 μm or more and 5 mm or less and 5 mm or less added with 97% of sand was kneaded and charged into the upper surface of the mold 6 and press-molded. FIG. 5C shows a state in which the surface layer material and the lower layer material are compressed by the press.
This molded product is taken out of the mold, and after curing, the mold 5 of the surface layer material 3 is removed. As shown in (d), the surface layer material 3 and the lower layer material 4 are removed.
A pseudo-stone obtained by stacking and was obtained, and the uniaxial compressive strength on the 28th day satisfied the standard value of 330 kg / cm 2 . In this example, since the surface layer material was in a semi-solid state, it had elasticity, and the surface layer did not crack even when pressed by a press, and the lower layer material could be easily laminated. Further, since the surface layer material is pressed in a wet state, it is easy to adhere. The surface layer material and the lower layer material can be sufficiently bonded without using an adhesive agent, but by using an adhesive agent on the joint surface as in this example, the lamination becomes easier.

It is possible to manufacture products having the required strength for building materials, paving materials, etc. Further, using stone powder mixed with resin in the surface layer, waste fine powder and an alumina-based solidifying agent in the lower layer or kneaded with water by adding fine aggregate to this, and successively pouring them into a mold to solidify or When is semi-solidified, it is possible to obtain a pseudo-stone having a laminated structure that can be sufficiently endured as a building material or paving material by press-forming with a lower layer. Therefore, by using the method for solidifying industrial waste according to the present invention, it becomes possible to reuse the waste which has been difficult to be appropriately treated conventionally as a raw material for building materials, paving materials and the like.
