BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention integrally extrudes a thin coating layer that is strong and has low frictional resistance and smoothes each joint surface of a vehicle body panel or a weather strip that is mounted on a door panel of an automobile door lift window. The present invention relates to a method for molding a weather strip of an automobile for the purpose of molding.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a weather strip of this kind, to which an elevating window of an automobile is pressed, requires smooth and comfortable opening / closing operation of the elevating window and is required to maintain watertightness. It is necessary to use without doing. Therefore, this type of weather strip has a small friction resistance at the glass pressure contact portion where the ascending / descending door glass window is in pressure contact,
Since it is required to have flexibility, elasticity and cushioning property, a foam made of synthetic rubber or thermoplastic elastomer, which is a material that can be reduced in weight, having some irregularities on the surface is formed by extrusion molding. However, the conventional ones are those in which urethane-based, nylon-based, etc. synthetic resin paints are applied to prevent the weakening of the foam, or molybdenum, etc., which has good lubricity, at the part where the door glass window comes into contact. A synthetic resin tape containing an adhesive is generally used.

As described above, in the case where the surface of the joint surface of the conventional weather strip with the glass window is coated with the synthetic resin paint, the friction resistance increases and the smoothness is not obtained, and the coating cost and application Since the process is required, there is a drawback that it is an expensive and troublesome work. Also, when a synthetic resin tape is bonded to the joint surface between the weather strip and the glass window with an adhesive, the working process is very difficult and troublesome, and the curved surface and corners of the weather strip are not covered with the synthetic resin tape. There was a problem that it could not be firmly bonded. Further, the foam of the thermoplastic elastomer is easily scratched even with a small amount of rubbing, and the surface of the foam is easily roughened by a solvent such as white gasoline. The present invention solves each of the problems described above, and an object of the present invention is to extrude a weatherstrip body and to integrally form a thin film layer on the exposed surface and a portion in contact with a lifting window. The present invention intends to provide a method for forming a weatherstrip which is molded into a sheet having a low frictional resistance on the surface of the foam and is significantly toughened.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the weather strip body (1) of the present invention is formed by molding a thermoplastic elastomer foam material of a polyolefin resin in the longitudinal direction using an extruder. At the same time as this extrusion molding, in order to protect the surface of the foam, the surface of the weather strip body and the joint surface between the door and the lifting window are 0.05 mm.
Synthetic resin thin film layer compatible with the following foam materials is simultaneously pressed and deposited by another extrusion molding machine, then extruded by one die and integrated to form a strong and frictional surface. It is a thin film layer with low resistance applied.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Explaining an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the drawings, a weather strip main body (1) mounted on a vehicle body panel portion and a door panel portion which can be pressure-contacted to respective elevating windows of an automobile is made of a thermoplastic polyolefin resin. Other extrusion machines that insert an elastomer foam material into an extrusion molding machine have a thickness of 0.05 mm at a part of the surface of the weather strip body (1) or at each joint where the door lifting window (6) is joined. Synthetic resin compatible with high molecular polyethylene foam material of polyolefin resin to form the following thin thin film layer is injected, simultaneous extrusion using two extrusion machines, and then one die The mixture is allowed to pass through the inside to polymerize both, and a thin film layer is formed on the surface of the foam. As the polyolefin resin for forming a thin coating of 0.05 mm or less of the thin coating layer, polypropylene, various ethylene resins, etc. are used. In addition, when the thin coating layer is 0.05 mm or more,
The surface becomes flat and frictional resistance increases, which is inappropriate.

As described above, in the weather strip body (1) to be molded, the thermoplastic elastomer foam material made of polyolefin resin is put into one extrusion molding machine. Into the other extrusion molding machine, high molecular polyethylene, which is a chemical resistant polyolefin resin having a small frictional resistance and forming a thin film adjusted to 0.05 mm or less, is charged.
Extrusion molding is simultaneously performed using the above two extrusion molding machines, and then polymerization is performed inside one die. At this time, the material of the thermoplastic elastomer foam of the main body of the weather strip foams, and the high molecular weight polyethylene of the polyolefin resin that forms the skin-like portion and the thin coating layer on the surface is compatible with each other and firmly and integrally polymerizes. The thin film layer on the surface has low frictional resistance and can obtain excellent gloss on the surface.

According to the weather strip of the present invention,
Since the thin coating layer is also applied to the contact part of the pressure contact part of the door lifting window, the friction resistance is small and the opening / closing operation of the lifting window can be performed lightly, and as before, it is a synthetic resin paint or synthetic resin tape. As in the case of the above-mentioned adhesion, there is no fear of being easily worn or peeled off, and there is an effect that it can be used firmly for a long period of time. The thermoplastic elastomer foam material, which is the constituent material of the weatherstrip body, and the polyolefin resin that forms the thin coating layer are compatible with each other, so that they are integrally polymerized by heat and pressure during extrusion. It is toughened and has an excellent effect of preventing rough skin due to damage such as abrasion. In addition, since the weather strip body and the thin film layer on the surface were simultaneously molded by each extrusion molding machine, both were closely polymerized and adhered, and the thickness of the weather strip body was 0.05 mm without impairing the flexibility of the foam body of the weather strip body. There is an effect that the thickness can be adjusted to the following moderate thickness. Further, since the joining surface of the door lifting window and the portion exposed to the exterior are formed into a thin thin film layer, the effect of preventing light scratches on the surface of the foam and the ruggedness of the foam without being erased can be achieved. As it is coated, friction resistance is low and there is an effect that joining and separating by opening and closing the door lifting window can be operated lightly. In addition, the weather strip body and the thin film layer on the surface are extruded by one mold die. By doing so, both are strongly polymerized integrally, and the thin coating layer can be easily formed, so that the processing step is extremely simple and can be provided at low cost, which is a convenient effect.
