(Prior Art) A conventional laminated reinforcement material is first boiled wood to soften it, and then cut it so that a roll-shaped wrapping paper is stretched to form a thin plate, and then cut the thin plate into a desired size. , Force dry and glue in vacuum chamber (eg phenolic,

Hot press at 0 to 150 ° C. for about 40 minutes. Since the laminated reinforcing material formed in this way has neither gloss nor a high-grade feeling, it was necessary to paint on the surface or to attach another decorative paper or a wood board.

Further, since the laminated reinforcing material warps when moisture is absorbed later due to humidity, thin wood sheets were laminated alternately, so that the cross section when cut was dirty and there was no sense of quality.

Configuration of the Invention (Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above problems, the present invention relates to a plurality of thin plates having a fiber structure in which the fiber direction is substantially constant, and at each thin plate stage The point is that silicon oil or paraffin-based oil is impregnated to the entire inside of each fibrous structure, and then the respective thin plates are laminated and bonded by an adhesive so that their fiber directions are aligned and pressure is applied to strengthen the adhesion. I am trying.

(Operation) That is, since the oil is impregnated at each thin plate stage, each thin plate is sufficiently impregnated with oil until it reaches the entire inside of the fiber structure. And, since the thin plates are laminated and adhered so that the fiber directions are aligned, fibers such as wood grain appear neatly on the cut surface of the laminated reinforcement material,
Gloss, water repellency, and sufficient weight are imparted.

First, as in the conventional case, the wood is boiled to soften it, and then a rolled paper is cut to a thickness of about 1 mm so as to be stretched, and then cut into a thin plate 1 having a desired shape as shown in FIG. . Then, the plurality of cut thin plates 1 to 100 to 150
Force drying at a temperature of 5 ° C for 5-10 minutes. As the wood, hardwood wood is suitable, and in the present embodiment, weeds of the family Prunusceae are used.

Next, each of the thin plates 1 is soaked in silicon oil or paraffin-based oil heated to 190 ° C. for 3 to 3.5 hours, and the thin plates 1 are impregnated with the oil until the entire inside of the wood fiber structure is spread. . In this example, a paraffinic oil having a melting point of 60.4 ° C. and an oil content of 0.07% by weight (trade name: S Paraffin, manufactured by Taniguchi Oil Refining Co., Ltd.) is used as the oil.

Then, after each of the thin plates 1 is forcibly dried at a temperature of 60 to 80 ° C. for 4 hours, an adhesive (for example, phenol-based, melamine-based, or urea-based) is applied to the surface, and the grain of the thin plate 1 is parallel to, for example, 10 sheets stacked before and after, 140-15

Although the laminated reinforcing material 2 is formed by stacking wood grains in parallel, it does not warp because it does not absorb moisture such as moisture afterwards because it is impregnated with oil. Also, because the grain is formed by stacking them in parallel, the grain is beautiful on the cut surface. In some cases, the thin wood grain may be crossed. Moreover, by impregnating the oil in the thin plate stage of each one, which can sufficiently impregnate the entire inside of it, a feeling of weight can be obtained and the gloss of the finish can be improved.
A high-quality finish can be obtained without painting.

Although wood is used as the material of the laminated reinforcing material in the above-mentioned embodiments of the present invention, fiber, paper or glass may be used instead of wood. Further, since this laminated reinforcing material does not absorb moisture later, it may be used as an electrical insulating material.

As described above in detail, according to the present invention, since each thin plate is impregnated with oil at the thin plate stage, each thin plate constituting the laminated reinforcing material can be easily spread to the entire inside of each fiber structure. It can be impregnated with oil.
Therefore, it is possible not only to eliminate the need for surface coating after the laminated reinforcing material is formed, but also to give the finished laminated reinforcing material a sufficient weight feeling, and further, in the respective thin plates, the fiber directions such as wood grain are aligned. Since it does not absorb moisture such as moisture even if it is superposed, it does not warp, and fibers such as wood grain appear neatly on the cut surface and it is excellent in giving a high-class feeling. Produce an effect.
