(Prior Art) As a specific example of a refrigerating apparatus having an automatic temperature control function,
For example, a refrigerating device for a marine container described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 61-4198 can be mentioned. In the device, an internal thermostat is provided in the freezer, and based on a signal emitted from the internal thermostat in accordance with a high / low temperature state with respect to the set temperature of the internal temperature, the operation and stop of the refrigeration device are automatically performed. Controlled. And, in the above device, a cooler fan for circulating the operating cooling air into the refrigerator,
While the inside temperature is below the set temperature and the apparatus is in a stopped state, for example, intermittent operation is performed for a predetermined time at intervals of 3 minutes.

On the other hand, even in a refrigerating apparatus configured as an air conditioner for cooling and heating the room, operation and stop are automatically controlled based on a signal from an indoor thermometer that detects a room temperature. In such an air conditioner, when the room temperature reaches the set temperature and the operation is stopped, the indoor fan for circulating the indoor air is normally maintained in the stopped state. In other words, by not giving as much compulsive stirring force to the indoor air in the set temperature state as possible, the user does not feel airflow or noise, thereby maintaining and improving air conditioning comfort. It is designed to do so.

In order to further improve air conditioning comfort, the point at which the operation stop signal is issued (thermo-off point) when the room temperature reaches the set temperature and the point at which the restart signal is issued (thermo-on point) are usually slightly different temperatures. It is also made to set as. For example, when the temperature set by the user during the cooling operation is 25 ° C., the thermo-off point is set to 25.0 ° C. and the thermo-on point is set to 26.0 ° C., so that automatic setting is performed.
In other words, when controlling the operation with the thermo-on point and the thermo-off point at the same temperature, the hunting phenomenon occurs due to frequent repetition of the operation and the stop, which causes the user to feel uncomfortable. However, by providing a certain temperature difference between the thermo-on point and the thermo-off point as described above, the repetition frequency of operation and stop can be suppressed, and as a result, it is possible to improve air conditioning comfort. It will be. The temperature relationship between the thermo-on point and the thermo-off point reverses in height during heating operation. In other words, during the cooling operation, the detected temperature falls to the thermo-off point, which is lower than the thermo-on point, and the thermo-off state occurs. On the other hand, during heating operation, the detected temperature rises to the thermo-off point, which is higher than the thermo-on point. It becomes.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) By the way, in the air conditioner as described above, the room temperature detection sensor in the indoor thermostat passes through this indoor heat exchanger in the vicinity of the inside of the indoor unit, particularly the indoor heat exchanger. It is arranged on the air circulation path. When the above-mentioned automatic operation control of the operation and the stop is performed based on the detection signal from the room temperature detection sensor, the thermo-off point is reached and the operation is stopped (hereinafter referred to as the thermo-off state). After restarting, the timing of restarting tends to be delayed, and as a result, the deviation of the room temperature from the set temperature becomes large, and there is a problem that air conditioning comfort cannot be sufficiently obtained. This is due to the fact that there is a relatively large temperature difference between the thermo-on point and the thermo-off point as described above, but it is also due to the following. That is, in the thermo-off state, since the fan is maintained in a stopped state, the indoor air does not circulate in the indoor unit, and therefore the temperature detected by the room temperature detection sensor is the ambient temperature in the indoor unit, and this temperature is This means that the temperature does not always sufficiently follow the temperature of the indoor air where the user is located. In particular, for a while after the thermo-off point is reached and operation is stopped, the indoor heat exchanger is in a low temperature state during cooling operation and is in a high temperature state during heating operation. The ambient temperature in the affected indoor unit is different from room temperature. Therefore, even when the room temperature exceeds the set temperature, the restart signal based on the temperature detected by the room temperature detection sensor is not generated, and the deviation from the set temperature becomes large, resulting in deterioration of air conditioning comfort. Of. Therefore, as described above, it is conceivable to continuously repeat the intermittent start / stop of the fan in the thermo-off state, but in this case, the uncomfortable feeling of the fan is generated.

The present invention has been made in view of the above, and an object thereof is to frequently generate a thermo-on point and a thermo-off point at different temperatures near the set temperature in order to suppress the repetition frequency of operation and stop. An object of the present invention is to provide a refrigerating apparatus capable of performing operation control capable of reducing a control temperature deviation from a set temperature while eliminating the problem of stoppage. Further, in the refrigerating apparatus as described above, a fan is unnecessary. The purpose is also to reduce start and stop.

(Means for Solving Problems) Therefore, in the refrigerating apparatus of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, the heat source side heat exchanger 7, the pressure reducing mechanism 8, and the use side heat exchanger 10 are sequentially connected to the compressor 1. To form a refrigerant circulation circuit, and to attach a fan 12 to the use side heat exchanger 10, and to operate the fan 12 so that the air passing through the use side heat exchanger 10 is on an air circulation path before passing. Further, an air temperature detecting means 13 is provided in the air temperature detecting means 13, and when the temperature detected by the air temperature detecting means 13 during operation exceeds a thermo off point through a thermo on point, the refrigerant circulation and the fan 12 are stopped, and A refrigeration system comprising operation control means 22 for circulating the refrigerant and restarting the fan 12 when the detected temperature exceeds the thermo-on point after passing the thermo-off point, the refrigeration apparatus stops after exceeding the thermo-off point. Time measuring means 31 for measuring the stop time from the time when the temperature is stopped, and an operation request to the operation control means 22 when the detected temperature when the stop time reaches a predetermined time is between the thermo-off point and the thermo-on point. A first stop start-up means 32 that outputs a signal, a stop-time fan control means 33 that operates the fan 12 for a specific time when the detected temperature is on the side opposite to the thermo-on point rather than a thermo-off point, and after the specific time has elapsed The second stop start means 34 for outputting an operation request signal to the operation control means 22 is provided when the detected temperature is on the thermo-on point side rather than the thermo-off point.

Further, in order to reduce unnecessary start / stop of the fan, when the detected temperature after the lapse of the specific time is not on the thermo-on point side, the fan that maintains the fan 12 in the stopped state until the operation is restarted by the operation control means 22. (Operation) In the above refrigeration system, when the temperature detected by the air temperature detecting means 13 exceeds the thermo-off point and the operation is stopped (hereinafter referred to as the thermo-off state), the detected temperature reaches the thermo-on point. Apart from the above, the operation is restarted under the condition that the detected temperature at the next two times exceeds the thermo-off point even if the temperature does not reach the thermo-on point. That is, it is two times after the thermo-off state has passed for a predetermined time and after that, the fan 12 is operated for a specific time. Therefore, in the thermo-off state, even if the change in the detected temperature tends to be delayed with respect to the temperature change in the control region as described above, the restart is performed earlier than in the conventional case. Further, after the lapse of a predetermined time, the temperature of the air in the control area is detected by operating the fan 12 for a specific time, and the restart is performed based on the detected temperature in which the heat effect of the use side heat exchanger 10 is eliminated. As a result, it becomes possible to restart the operation more promptly than before in response to the temperature change in the control region. Therefore, it is possible to perform temperature control with higher accuracy and with less deviation from the set temperature than ever before.

Further, in a state in which the detected temperature does not reach the thermo-off point even after the fan 12 has been operated for a specific time, there is no great difference between the detected temperature and the air temperature in the control region, and the heat effect of the use side heat exchanger 10 is small. Since it means that the fan 12 is not so large, the fan stop means 35 controls the fan 12 not to start while the thermo-off state continues thereafter.

The cooling / heating switch on the remote control 25 is on the cooling side,
When the operation switch is turned on, the set temperature at that time is input to the control microcomputer 21, and with respect to this set temperature,
The thermo-on point and the thermo-off point are determined with a temperature difference of 1 ° C. with the set temperature sandwiched therebetween. For example, if the set temperature is
At 25 ° C, the thermo-on point is determined to be 26.0 ° C and the thermo-off point is determined to be 25.0 ° C. When the detected temperature input from the room temperature sensor 13 is higher than the temperature at the thermo-on point, an operation request signal is input from the control microcomputer 21 to the outdoor control device 22, and the outdoor control device 22 causes the compressor 1 to operate. Is started, the outdoor fan 11 is started to be driven, and the indoor fan 12 is driven by the control microcomputer 21 to start the cooling operation. When this cooling operation is continued, the room temperature gradually decreases, and when the control microcomputer 21 determines that the temperature detected by the room temperature sensor 13 has reached the thermo-off point via the thermo-on point, the operation request signal is As a result, the outdoor controller 22 stops the compressor 1 and the outdoor fan 11, and outputs an indoor fan stop signal to the control microcomputer 21 to cause the indoor fan 12 to stop.
The operation of is also stopped and the operation is stopped (thermo-off state). When the room temperature rises with the lapse of time in the thermo-off state, and the detected temperature exceeds the thermo-on point, the control microcomputer 21 outputs an operation request signal again, whereby the above-described cooling operation is restarted. In this way, by stopping the cooling operation at the thermo-off point (25.0 ° C) and restarting the cooling operation at the thermo-on point (26.0 ° C) repeatedly, it is possible to suppress the repetition frequency between the operation and the stop moderately and set the room temperature to the set temperature. Automatic operation is performed, which is maintained at (25 ℃).

By the way, in the above thermo-off state, the indoor fan 12
As described above, the temperature detected by the room temperature sensor 13 provided in the indoor unit Y is likely to impair the followability with respect to the ambient temperature of the room where the user is located, and during the cooling operation. Due to the cold radiation from the indoor heat exchanger 10 in the low temperature state during the operation until then, the room temperature sensor 13 cannot detect the room temperature accurately,
As a result, the comfort of the user is likely to be impaired without restarting forever, even though the room temperature is rising. Therefore, in the above embodiment, a function for improving the responsiveness of the restart to the room temperature change in the thermo-off state is further provided, and hereinafter, this function is configured in the control microcomputer 21 shown in FIG. A description will be given based on the flowchart.

In FIG. 4, step S1 is a step of determining the operation state of the compressor 1, and immediately after the operation switch of the remote controller 25 is turned on, the compressor 1 is operated.
Is in a stopped state, so at this time step S1
Is NO, the process proceeds to step S2, and the temperature (Th) detected by the room temperature sensor 13 is set to the thermo-on point (To).
Compare with n). At the time when the operation switch is turned on, the detected temperature Th is naturally higher than the thermo-on point Ton. Therefore, in step S3, the operation request signal is output from the control microcomputer 21 to the outdoor control device 22. As described above, the compressor 1 and the like are activated, and in step S4, the driving of the indoor fan 12 is also started, and the cooling operation is started. Next, step S5 is a step of performing a reset process of a timer t which will be described later, and the process returns to step S1 through this step S5.
At this time, since the compressor 1 is in the operating state, the process proceeds from step S1 to step S6, and in this step S6, the detected temperature Th is compared with the thermo-off point Toff, and Th is To.
While it is higher than ff, this step S6 to the above step S6
Repeat steps S3, S5, S1 and S6 until the detected temperature Th falls below the thermo-off point Toff.
The output of the operation request signal in S3, that is, the driving of the compressor 1 and the like by the outdoor control device 22 and the driving of the indoor fan 12 in step S4 are continued to maintain the cooling operation state.

Continuing the above cooling operation, the detected temperature Th becomes the thermo-off point Toff.
When it goes down to step S6, the process moves from step S6 to step S7,
As a result, the output of the operation request signal is stopped in step S8 while 0 is set to the fan activation processing bit during stop (N) described later, and the operation of the compressor 1 and the like is stopped.
Also, the operation of the indoor fan 12 is stopped in step S9,
It is switched to the thermo-off state where the cooling operation is stopped. Next, at step S10, the above-mentioned stop fan start processing bit N
Since N is 0 immediately after the transition to the thermo-off state, the processing of steps S11 to S12, that is, the time count operation of the timer t is started, and then the time count value of the timer t is calculated in step S13. Until the predetermined time t1 (for example, 6 minutes) set in advance is reached, the process returns from step S13 to S1, and the processes of steps S2, S8, S9, S10, S11, and S13 are repeated to perform the cooling operation. Is stopped. When the detected temperature Th becomes equal to or higher than the thermo-on point Ton in the meantime, the process proceeds from step S2 to step S3 to restart the above-described cooling operation, and at the step S5, the time counting operation of the timer t is stopped. , After the time value is reset, each processing step S1, S of the above-described cooling operation continuation

On the other hand, when the detected temperature Th is kept lower than the thermo-on point until the thermo-off state elapses, for example, a predetermined time t1 set as 6 minutes, the process proceeds from step S13 to step S14. In step S14, the detected temperature Th after the elapse of the predetermined time t1 is compared with the thermo-off point Toff. At this time, if Th is higher than Toff, the process proceeds to step S3, and the cooling operation is restarted. That is, when the detected temperature Th after the elapse of the predetermined time t1 from the time of entering the thermo-off state is higher than the thermo-off point, the cooling operation is restarted without waiting for the temperature to rise to the thermo-on point. As a result, as described above, even when the change in the temperature detected by the room temperature sensor 13 provided in the indoor unit Y is delayed compared to the rate of change in the increase in the room temperature in the thermo-off state, it is more responsive. The operation will be controlled.

Further, in step S14, if the detected temperature Th is maintained at the thermo-off point Toff or lower, step S1
In step 5, the timer t is reset, and step S16
After setting the stop fan activation processing bit N to 1 in step S17, in step S17, the indoor fan 1 is maintained in step S18 while the stopped state of the operation request signal is maintained.
Only the operation of 2 is started. When the operation of the indoor fan 12 is started, step S19
The process from S20 to S20 starts the time counting operation of the timer t, and this time counting value is a predetermined time.
Until t2 (for example, 1 minute) is reached, the process returns from step S21, S23 to step S17, and repeats steps S18, S19, S21, S23, that is, the operation of only the indoor fan 12 is continued. During this time, the detected temperature Th is the thermo-on point.

On the other hand, if the detected temperature Th does not exceed the thermo-on point Ton until the specific time t2 elapses, the process proceeds from step S23 to step S24, and the detected temperature Th is set to the thermo-off point toff.

When the detected temperature Th is maintained at the thermo-off point Toff or less in the determination in 24 as well, the timer t is reset in step S25, and then the process returns to step S1 and further steps S1 to S2 and S8. , S9, the operation of the indoor fan 12 is stopped while the operation is stopped. At this time, since the stop fan start processing bit N is set to 1, the processing from step S10 to steps S1, S2, S8, S9 and S10 is repeated thereafter, and the detected temperature Th is the thermo-on point in step S2. Until it is determined that the temperature becomes Ton or more, the indoor fan 12 is stopped and the thermo-off state in which the operation stopped state is maintained is continued. That is, the above step S
The fan stop means 35 is constituted by 7, S10 and S16. Each time the cooling operation is restarted under the above-mentioned operation restart conditions and then the thermostat is turned off again, the indoor fan 1 is operated after a predetermined time t1 elapses and thereafter for a specific time t2.
The determination control for restarting the cooling operation is performed by comparing the detected temperature Th with the thermo-off point Toff after activating 2.

As described above, in the above embodiment, the detected temperature is the thermo-on point when the operation is stopped in the thermo-off state.
Apart from determining whether or not Ton has been reached, the detected temperature Th at the elapse of a predetermined time t1 is compared with the thermo-off point Toff set at a temperature lower than the above Ton. It is designed to restart driving,
Further, after the elapse of the predetermined time t1, the indoor fan 12 is operated for a specific time t2, the detected temperature Th after that is compared with the above Toff, and the cooling operation is restarted by this result. As a result, even when the change in the temperature detected by the room temperature sensor 13 arranged in the indoor unit Y in the thermo-off state lags behind the change in the room temperature, the operation can be restarted more promptly. The indoor fan 12 is operated for a short time after a predetermined time has elapsed, and the indoor heat exchanger 10 which is in a low temperature state for a while at the time of the above-described thermo-off is determined by the detected temperature after circulating the indoor air into the indoor unit Y. The detection error of the room temperature due to the influence of is eliminated, and the cooling operation is restarted immediately in response to the change in the room temperature. As a result, the amount of deviation of the room temperature from the set temperature becomes smaller than in the past, and while it is possible to operate the room temperature with higher accuracy by the set temperature, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of the hunting phenomenon that frequently starts and stops. Air conditioning comfort for users is improved.

Further, in the above embodiment, the predetermined time is set in the thermo-off state.
The indoor fan 12 is operated only once for a short time t2 after the elapse of t1, and then the indoor fan 12 is maintained in a stopped state until the operation is restarted by thermo-on. That is, the influence of the low temperature state of the indoor heat exchanger 10 decreases with the elapsed time of the thermo-off state,
Therefore, the fact that the detected temperature does not reach the thermo-on point Ton due to the operation of the indoor fan 12 means that the heat effect of the indoor heat exchanger 10 is small and the detected temperature is close to room temperature. By stopping the operation of the indoor fan 12 after that in the thermo-off state, the operation time of the indoor fan 12 can be suppressed to a necessary minimum, and the air flow feeling in the thermo-off state reduces noise as much as possible. It is possible to perform the air conditioning operation with less discomfort to the user.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, in the refrigeration apparatus according to the first aspect, the restart of the operation from the thermo-off state includes the condition that the detected temperature reaches the thermo-on point, and the detected temperature after a predetermined time elapses. After that, even if the detected temperature after operating the fan for a specific time has not reached the thermo-on point, it is performed on condition that it exceeds the thermo-off point. It is possible to restart the operation more promptly with respect to the temperature change of, and as a result, it becomes possible to operate with a smaller deviation from the set temperature.

Further, in the refrigerating apparatus according to the second aspect, there is no great difference between the detected temperature and the air temperature in the control area in a state where the detected temperature does not reach the thermo-off point even after the fan has been operated for a specific time. Since it means that the heat effect of the heat exchanger on the use side is not so large, therefore, during the subsequent thermo-off state, the fan stop means does not control the fan to start. By doing so, it is possible to reduce unnecessary start / stop of the fan, and thus to improve the comfort of use in, for example, an air conditioner.
