かった。(Prior art and its problems) In general, when sunlight is excessively incident from a window of a sash in a solarium, a building, a house, etc., the contrast between light and dark in a room where light is applied becomes excessively strong,
It is unpleasant because it is dazzling and makes it difficult to see things, and it is harmful because it causes the room temperature to become unnecessarily high and promotes the brown color of furniture and other interiors. Therefore,
Ideally, the sunlight from the daylighting section should enter the room in a soft state. Conventionally, sunshades and blinds have been known as means for dealing with this. However, this is a light-shielding means, and almost all the light is shielded, so that it has a drawback that it has a poor light-reducing function and the operation is troublesome. Further, since there is no function of protecting the translucent plate of the light collecting part for each light shielding means, the translucent plate must be protected by another means.

A method for producing a curved light-transmitting transparent plate having an adhesive layer for adhering the same, and an optical filter paint layer formed between at least the inner side of the outer light-transmitting plate and the adhesive layer. After forming an optical filter paint layer on the back surface of at least the outer transparent plate of the curved light-transmitting plates, a sticky thread core with viscosity is attached to the mating surface of the peripheral edge of one of the transparent plates. Stick the butyl seal material in a part of the opening and the other part in a continuous manner, and attach the other transparent plate to this via the butyl seal material, and then sandwich the transparent plate with a jig. Attached and fixed, the space formed inside the sealing material from the opening A liquid adhesive resin agent obtained by mixing the above catalyst into a liquid acrylic resin that is semi-cured by a catalyst is injected into the resin, and the adhesive resin agent is semi-cured to bond and integrate the two translucent plates. Since this butyl sealing material has viscosity, it remains in a deformed state even if external force is removed. When a stick-shaped sealing material is attached to a light-transmissive plate, it deforms in response to its curved shape. As it is left as it is, it is easy to handle,
Even when sandwiching both translucent plates with a clamping jig, the pressing force deforms in response to shape errors and distortion caused by the curved surface shape, so the translucent plate and the butyl seal material are sealed without any gaps. Moreover, since the butyl seal material contains the thread core, it does not break. Therefore, the liquid adhesive resin agent does not leak from the space.

Will be injected between the optical filter paint layer and the inner light-transmitting plate, because both the optical filter paint layer and the adhesive layer are made of synthetic resin,
They are well compatible with each other and do not cause problems such as peeling. Therefore, the inner and outer light-transmitting plates can be firmly and reliably joined together.

In addition, since the optical filter paint layer is formed on the combined translucent plate, glare,
It is possible to prevent indoor overheating and browning of furniture and the like, and since the optical filter coating layer is protected between the inner and outer light-transmitting plates, it is not peeled off by an external force and is easy to handle.

Such an optical filter paint layer 4 is, for example, alkyd resin and a solvent distilled from petroleum and purified to be weather resistant. It can be formed by applying a paint containing a pigment or the like. The color pigment is appropriately selected and used according to the purpose such as antiglare and overheat prevention. When the main purpose is to prevent UV rays, the color pigment is not included and the optical filter coating layer is used in a clear state.

This can be formed, for example, by mixing a liquid acrylic resin with a catalyst and injecting it between the inner and outer translucent plates 1 and 2 to semi-cure at room temperature. In this case, the liquid acrylic resin and the catalyst are mixed. The mixing may be carried out by a mixing / injection apparatus suitable for it, and the injection may be carried out in a continuous or batch system.

1、2は結合一体化して合せ透光板となる。First, as shown in FIG. 3 (a), the outer light-transmitting plate 2 is housed in a paint container 6 containing a resin paint containing a color pigment, and the above-mentioned paint is pumped by a pump 7 and a spray gun 8. 2 is spray coated on the inside of the optical filter layer 4 in advance
Is formed (paint thickness of about 5 to 10 microns). Then, naturally dry for about 2 weeks. Next, as shown in FIG. 3B, a viscous rod-shaped butyl seal material 9 containing a thread core is attached to the inner peripheral edge of the outer light-transmitting plate 2 excluding a part 2a. Further, as shown in FIG. 3C, the inner light-transmitting plate 1 is fitted inside the outer light-transmitting plate 2, and the two inner and outer light-transmitting plates 1 and 2 are fixed by a sandwiching jig 11. . The distance between the two transparent plates 1 and 2 is about 2 mm. As a result, the peripheral portions of the inner and outer light-transmitting plates 1 and 2 are sealed by the butyseal material 9 except for a part 2a, so that the liquid adhesive resin agent 12 mixed with the catalyst is discharged from the opening formed by the non-sealing portion 2a. It may be injected into the space S inside the butyl sealant 9.
In addition, polymethylmethacrylate was used as the liquid adhesive resin agent 12, benzoyl peroxide and dimethylaniline were used as catalysts, and about 1% of benzoyl peroxide and dimethylaniline were added to 100 weight of polymethyl lutaacrylate. When used at room temperature, it was semi-cured after 5 to 6 hours. As a result, the adhesive layer 3 is formed, and the inner and outer translucent plates 1 and 2 are combined and integrated to form a combined translucent plate.

Since this butyl seal material 9 has viscosity,
It will remain deformed even if external force is removed,
When the butyl sealing material 9 is attached to the translucent plates 1 and 2, it is deformed immediately in response to the curved surface shape, so that it is easy to handle and the sandwiching jig 11 is used to both the translucent plates 1 and 2. Even when sandwiched between the transparent plate 1 and the transparent plate 1, the pressing force deforms in response to shape errors and distortions caused by the curved surface shape.
The butyl seal material 9 and the butyl seal material 9 are sealed without a gap, and the butyl seal material 9 does not break because it has a core. Therefore, the liquid adhesive resin agent 12 does not leak from the space.

The constituent resin agent 12 is the optical filter paint layer 4 described above.
Is injected between the inner transparent plate 1 and the inner transparent plate 1, but since both the optical filter coating layer 4 and the adhesive layer 3 are made of synthetic resin, they are well compatible with each other and do not cause problems such as peeling. . After the formation, a sticky butyl seal material containing a viscous rod-shaped thread core is partially opened on the mating surface of the peripheral portion of one of the light-transmitting plates and the other portion is continuously adhered to the mating surface. The light-transmitting plates are aligned with each other through the butyl sealant, and the material light-transmitting plates are sandwiched and fixed by a sandwiching jig, and the catalyst is introduced into the space formed inside the sealant through the opening. Liquid adhesive resin obtained by mixing the above catalyst with liquid acrylic resin that is semi-cured by After injecting an oily agent and semi-curing the adhesive resin agent,
A method for manufacturing a combined translucent plate for use in a daylighting section, characterized in that a plurality of translucent plates are combined and integrated.
