た、この切欠部12aはその具体的形状の如何を問わな
いが、例えば矩形状、V字状、半円状が挙げられ、就中
矩形状が固定保持性の点で良い結果を与える。尚、フラ
ンジ12の径は、前記の成形用筒体1の内部形状の種類
の如何に拘らず、全て同一径とすれば、後述の基台3を
