2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, a Ziegler type catalyst system in which a halogen-containing magnesium compound and a titanium compound are used for producing polypropylene has a high activity, so that the amount of polypropylene produced per unit amount of catalyst is dramatically improved. Let As a result, the amount of catalyst remaining per unit amount of polypropylene can be considerably reduced, and the decatalyzing step is unnecessary. However, the polypropylene thus produced uses a non-supported low activity catalyst system,
There is a defect that the transparency is inferior to the polypropylene produced by decatalyzing.

When it exceeds m, the transparency of the composition is deteriorated, which is not preferable.

It is not more than 3 ppm by weight, particularly preferably not more than 3 ppm by weight. When the magnesium content exceeds 5 ppm by weight, the transparency is deteriorated similarly to the above, which is not preferable. The transparency of the propylene-based polymer composition is influenced by both the aluminum and magnesium contents, and in order to obtain good transparency, all contents must satisfy the above conditions.

In the present invention, the aluminum and magnesium contents can be reduced to the above specified amounts or less by preferably decatalyzing after the production of the component (A) propylene polymer. Examples of the decatalytic method include washing and removing the produced propylene-based polymer, preferably using a mixed solution of n-heptane / isopropyl alcohol in a 50:50 weight ratio, or isopropyl alcohol / liquid propylene. A method of washing and removing with a mixed solution may be used. Further, the aluminum and magnesium contents can be set to the above predetermined amounts without performing the above decatalysis. For example, in the production of the component (A), the magnesium content is lowered by making the polymerization time sufficiently long, preferably 3 hours or more, and the aluminum compound dissolved in the liquid propylene used in the polymerization reaction is converted into liquid propylene. Examples include a method of reducing the aluminum content rate by performing a rejection that removes in a liquid state without evaporating. In the present invention, since the aluminum and magnesium contents which are originally low due to high activity are set to the above-mentioned predetermined amounts or less, decatalysis may be performed under mild conditions as compared with the case of using a conventional non-supported catalyst system having low activity. , Economically excellent.

The crystals were separated by filtration and washed 7 times with 100 ml of n-hexane at room temperature. Thus, 5.5 g of a solid catalyst component having a titanium compound supported on magnesium chloride was obtained. (B) Copolymerization of Propylene / Ethylene 32.0 mg of the above solid catalyst component, 1.2 mmol of triethylaluminum, 0.24 mmol of diphenyldimethoxysilane and n were added to a 5 liter autoclave which had been purged with nitrogen and sufficiently dried. -Add 7 ml heptane and hold for 5 minutes. Next, 8.0 liters of hydrogen gas as a molecular weight control agent (standard state), 3 liters of liquid propylene and 5.85 of ethylene.
After pressurizing gram, the internal temperature of the autoclave is 70 ℃.
The temperature was raised to 0 to carry out polymerization. 0.4 per minute ethylene during polymerization
It was continuously fed into the system at a rate of gram. After 1 hour, unreacted propylene, ethylene and hydrogen were purged, and then 2 liters of a mixed solution of n-heptane / isopropyl alcohol in a weight ratio of 50:50 was introduced into the system without touching air. The internal temperature of the autoclave was raised to 70 ° C., and after stirring for 30 minutes, the supernatant of the internal solution was decanted and removed. The decatalysis operation using this n-heptane / isopropyl alcohol mixed solution was repeated twice. The polymer was taken out from the autoclave and dried.

[Comparative Example 5] Component (A): propylene-based polymer It was produced as follows. (A) Preparation of catalyst The catalyst used in Comparative Example 5 was the same as the catalyst described in Example 1 of JP-A-52-107294, and was produced by the same method. That is, a 2 liter flask equipped with a stirrer was placed in a constant temperature water bath kept at 0 ° C.,
Add 700 ml of purified heptane and 2 to the flask.
Fifty milliliters of titanium tetrachloride was added and mixed. Then, while maintaining the temperature of this heptane solution of titanium tetrachloride at 0 ° C., 315 ml of diethyl aluminum chloride (corresponding to 1.1 mol per 1 mol of titanium tetrachloride), 117 ml of ethyl aluminum dichloride (four A mixture of 400 mol of purified heptane and 0.5 mol of titanium chloride) was mixed dropwise over 3 hours. After the dropping is completed, the contents are heated with stirring and 1 hour later, 65 ° C.
And further stirred at this temperature for 1 hour to obtain a reduced solid. The reduced solid obtained was separated, washed with purified heptane, and then dried under reduced pressure at 65 ° C. for 30 minutes. The reduced solid obtained here has a reddish purple color, and the peak at 2θ = 42.4 degrees (β-type crystal) in the X-ray diffraction spectrum is 2θ = 5.
It is considerably smaller than the peak at 1.3 degrees (δ type). Next, a suspension is prepared by dispersing 25 grams of this reduced solid in 100 milliliters of purified heptane, and then, in this suspension, an amount of hexachloroethane corresponding to 1 mol of hexachloroethane per 1 gram atom of titanium in the reduced solid is prepared. Chlorethane 10
The solution was added in the form of a solution containing 25 g of hexachloroethane in 0 ml, and further an amount of dinormal butyl ether corresponding to 0.6 mol per 1 g atom of titanium in the reduced solid was added and mixed with stirring.

Then, 6.4 liters of hydrogen gas (standard state) as a molecular weight control agent, 3 liters of liquid propylene and 5.85 g of ethylene were injected under pressure, and then the internal temperature of the autoclave was raised to 70 ° C. to carry out polymerization. During the polymerization, ethylene was continuously fed into the system at a rate of 0.4 g / min. In the compositions of Examples 1 to 3 which were decatalyzed as shown in Table 1, the magnesium and aluminum contents were both below the predetermined values, and Comparative Example 1 in which decatalysis was not carried out Compared with the composition of No. 2, the transparency was dramatically improved. The composition of Example 4 had a sufficiently long polymerization time to lower the magnesium content and the aluminum content by rejection, and the transparency was also good. On the contrary,
In Comparative Example 3, the rejection was not performed, so the aluminum content was higher than that in Example 4, and the transparency was poor. Comparative Example 4 does not undergo decatalysis, and therefore has poorer transparency than Example 1. Further, since the polymerization time is short, the magnesium content is high and the transparency is poor as compared with Example 4. It was found that in Comparative Examples 3 and 4, the transparency was poor, and good transparency could not be obtained unless the magnesium and aluminum contents were both equal to or less than the above predetermined values. Comparative Example 5 is a composition prepared by decatalyzing a non-supported catalyst. Compared with the composition of Comparative Example 5, the compositions of Examples 1 to 4 were almost the same in transparency and were sufficiently satisfactory.
