(57) [Summary] [Purpose] In a curtain runner, each of the runners tends to be laterally in the lateral direction of the rail or slightly tilted in the longitudinal direction when the curtain is opened, even if the curtain is opened. It will not be pushed or pulled by wrinkles, there will be almost no running resistance, running stability will be increased, and the curtain can be opened lightly and smoothly. [Structure] A convex portion 2 is formed on either one of the front and rear portions of a curtain runner 1, and a concave portion 3 is formed on the other side so that the convex portion 2 can be engaged. The convex portions 2 and the concave portions 4 are arranged so as to be engageable between the runners 1 and 1. Further, the convex portion 2 and the concave portion 3 of each runner 1 are formed to be long in the vertical direction, or formed in two steps above and below. Furthermore, the length of each runner 1 in the front-rear direction is made longer.
Description
【0001】[0001]
The present invention relates to an improvement of a curtain runner.
【0002】[0002]
Conventionally, a curtain runner that hangs a curtain and travels on a curtain rail, whether it is a sliding type that slides on the rail or a rolling type that has rollers, has many runners of the same type arranged on a well-known rail. It is used (see, for example, Utility Model Publication No. 42-4998 and Utility Model No. 60-185993).
In addition, in the case where the opening and closing movement of the curtain is not manually performed but is performed electrically by a cord or wire, the above-mentioned is the same as the above except that a leading vehicle for hanging the leading portion of the curtain is added. Similarly, many runners of the same type are arranged and used (see, for example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 4-45482).
【0004】[0004]
In the above-mentioned conventional curtain runner, the running condition of the runner became unstable especially when the curtain was opened. That is, when opening a curtain that has been closed, the runners on the side where the curtain begins to open (runners on the side closer to the leading car in the electric opening type) start traveling on the rail in the direction to open the curtain. After the first runner moves to the position of the next runner, the two runners run together by contacting the next runner and then to the position of the next runner. Is opened.
When the above curtain is opened, as shown in FIG. 12, the curtain 5 gradually overlaps and forms vertical wrinkles as it is opened (see also Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 55-5108). In addition, since each runner 1 that slides or rolls on the curtain rail 4 in the longitudinal direction has a size that is slightly movable in the lateral direction of the rail 4, each runner 1 has a vertical wrinkle of the curtain 5. As a result, it is pushed in the lateral direction of the rail 6 and is slightly laterally twisted on the rail 4, which makes it slightly distorted. This is more likely to happen if the curtain fabric is thick.
By the way, in the conventional runner 1, as shown in FIG. 12, the front part and the rear part thereof are flat, and when the adjacent runners 1 and 1 come into contact with each other, it is simply a point or face-to-face contact. Each runner 1 runs on the rail 4 independently. Therefore, each runner 1 tends to turn sideways on the rails 4 when it receives a lateral force, and the running resistance becomes large when running on the rails 4 in the longitudinal direction. Is no longer running. In addition, since each runner 1 independently travels on the rail 1, the runners tend to tilt in the vertical direction, in other words, they tend to tilt in the longitudinal direction of the rails, which also impairs running stability.
Therefore, particularly when the curtain is opened and closed over a long distance by using a long curtain rail, a large resistance force is generated when the curtain is opened regardless of the manual opening / closing type or the electric opening / closing type, and traveling stability is deteriorated. Therefore, in the case of the electric opening / closing type, the curtain cannot be opened unless a large motor is installed.
The present invention is intended to solve the problems of the conventional curtain runner. That is, the object of the present invention is to prevent the runners from laterally moving sideways in the lateral direction of the rail to increase the running resistance and impair the running stability, especially when opening the curtain, with a simple structure. The purpose of this is to provide a curtain runner that prevents the rail from tilting in the longitudinal direction and increases running stability in this respect as well, allowing the curtain to be opened smoothly with a light force.
【0009】[0009]
The curtain runner according to the present invention has a front portion and a rear portion of each runner 1 each having a convex portion 2 formed on one side thereof, and the other portion formed with a concave portion 3 capable of engaging with the convex portion 2 described above. 4, the convex portions 2 and the concave portions 3 are arranged so that they can be engaged with each other between the adjacent runners 1 and 1.
In the above structure, it is desirable that the convex portion 2 and the concave portion 3 of each runner 1 are formed to be long in the vertical direction or formed in two steps above and below. Further, it is preferable that the length of each runner 1 in the front-rear direction is formed longer.
The runner 1 includes a sliding type and a rolling type with a roller 6. Further, the shapes of the convex portion 2 and the concave portion 3 formed on the front and rear portions of each runner 1 are triangular in plan view as long as the adjacent runners 1 and 1 can engage with each other (see FIG. 1). Through FIG. 9), it may be a square shape, a semicircular shape (see FIGS. 10 and 12), or the like. In the figure, 4 is a curtain rail and 6 is a roller.
【0012】[0012]
In the curtain opening / closing device using the curtain runner according to the present invention, a large number of runners 1 are arranged on the curtain rail 4 so that the convex portions 2 and the concave portions 3 can be engaged with each other between the adjacent runners 1. (See FIGS. 2, 5, 7, and 9).
When the curtain 5 is opened, in the manual opening / closing type, when the curtain is pulled, the curtain starts to be opened from the runner 1, and in the electric opening / closing type, the leading car is moved by moving a cord or wire by a drive motor. Starting from the runner 1 on the side closer to the leading car, the cars run on the rails 4 in the direction to open the curtain.
When the first runner 1 travels to the position of the next runner 1, the two runners 1, 1 run together as a result of being in contact with the next runner 1, and the next runner 1 When running to position 3, the runner 1 comes into contact with the runner 1 and the three runners 1, 1, 1 run together, and the curtain is opened sequentially.
In the above case, the curtain runner 1 according to the present invention has the convex portion 2 formed on one of the front portion and the rear portion thereof and the concave portion 3 formed on the other portion thereof. The convex portion 2 and the concave portion 3 can be engaged with each other.
Therefore, when the running runner 1 comes into contact with the next runner 1, the convex portion 2 and the concave portion 3 are engaged with each other, so to speak, it is close to a state where they are connected and integrated (FIG. 2 and FIG. 2). 3 ・ Fig. 5, Fig. 7, Fig. 9, Fig. 11). The runners 1, 1, 1 connected and integrated by this engagement are largely restricted in their movement in the lateral direction on the rail 4, unlike the single runner that is free on the rail. It will be.
Therefore, the runners 1 are almost not laterally oriented even when subjected to a force in the lateral direction of the rails 4 due to the vertical wrinkles formed as the curtain opens, and the runners 1 on the rails 4 are prevented. There is almost no running resistance when traveling in the longitudinal direction, and it runs lightly and smoothly.
Further, the convex portion 2 and the concave portion 3 of each runner 1 are formed to be long in the up-down direction (see, for example, FIGS. 1 and 10), or formed in upper and lower two stages (see, for example, FIG. 4 and FIG. 8), the runners 1 and 1 adjacent to each other are in an engaged state in which they are in contact with each other over a long area in the up-down direction (see FIG. 3). Therefore, the plurality of engaged runners 1, 1, 1 are less likely to be tilted in the vertical direction when traveling, in other words, are not tilted in the longitudinal direction of the rail 4, which also stabilizes the running. It increases the quality and runs smoothly.
Further, if each runner 1 is formed to have a long length in the front-rear direction (see, for example, FIG. 4), the vertical wrinkles formed as the curtain is opened do not interfere, and the adjacent runners 1, 2 The convex portion 2 and the concave portion 3 are engaged with each other. That is, in the conventional runner, the vertical wrinkles of the curtains may come into contact with each other before the runners come into contact with each other when opening the curtain, and the runner may be pushed or pulled by the curtain, which makes running uneasy. It became fixed. However, if each runner 1 is formed to have a long length in the front-rear direction, the adjacent runners 1 and 1 engage with each other at the convex portion 2 and the concave portion 3 before the vertical wrinkles of the cartes come into contact with each other. , Connected and integrated. For this reason, each runner 1 also has improved running stability and runs smoothly.

1 and 2 and 3 show an embodiment of a sliding carter runner used for a curtain rail 4 having a C-shaped cross section, in which a triangular convex portion 2 is formed at the front portion (left side portion in FIG. 2). In addition, a triangular concave portion 3 which can engage the convex portion 2 is formed on the rear portion (right side portion in FIG. 2). The convex portion 2 and the concave portion 3 are formed to be long in the vertical direction.

【0025】[0025]
[Effects of the Invention] As is clear from the above, the curtain runner according to the present invention has a simple structure, but when the curtain is opened, there is almost no running resistance between the runners and the rails and running stability. It is also increasing, and you can drive smoothly and lightly. There is no need to upsize the motor even when opening curtains on long rails.
That is, in the conventional curtain runner, when the curtain is opened, each runner tends to be laterally in the lateral direction of the rail, or tilts in the vertical direction, in other words, in the longitudinal direction of the rail. There was a tilt. For this reason, each runner had a large running resistance and required a large amount of force, and the curtain was pushed or pulled by the vertical wrinkles, which made the running unstable and could not open the curtain smoothly. Also, when opening a curtain with a particularly long rail, it was necessary to upsize the motor.
On the other hand, the curtain runner according to the present invention is provided with the convex portion and the concave portion that can be engaged with the front portion and the rear portion of each runner, and therefore, when the curtain is opened, the adjacent runners protrude from each other. The part and the recess are engaged to connect and integrate. Therefore, even when a force is applied to each runner in the lateral direction of the rail when opening the curtain, each runner is prevented from lying sideways, and there is almost no running resistance on the rail, and running The stability is also increased, so the curtain can be opened smoothly with a light force. There is no need to upsize the motor when opening curtains on long rails.
If the front and rear projections and recesses of each runner are long in the up-down direction or formed in two upper and lower steps, each runner is in a long engagement state in the up-down direction when engaged. become. Therefore, it is possible to prevent each runner from tilting in the vertical direction, in other words, to tilt in the longitudinal direction of the rail, which also improves running stability and enables smooth running.
Further, if each runner is formed to have a long length in the front-rear direction, adjacent runners can engage with each other by the convex portion and the concave portion even if vertical wrinkles are formed as the curtain is opened. Therefore, the runner will not be pushed or pulled by the vertical wrinkles of the curtain. Therefore, in this respect as well, each runner will have more stable running and will be able to run smoothly.
