Regarding tatami laying in each room, do you lay the tatami directly on the concrete floor? It is the current situation that tatami mats are laid via a synthetic resin material such as a sheet-like laminate for heat insulation.

Further, there are many problems such as a part of the tatami mat sinking. Moreover, the durability of the tatami itself is reduced, and the original function of the tatami mat cannot be achieved.

That is, the gist is that a pipe member made of a synthetic resin material such as polyethylene is provided between the floor and the tatami mat, and a plurality of grooves are provided along the circumference of the pipe member in parallel according to the floor area. In addition, the air circulation hole is appropriately provided through the outer peripheral wall of each of the above pipe members,
The blower pipe is continuously provided to the pipe member via a wall,
This is a drying mechanism for tatami mats, which has a mechanism such that air is blown and dried from the outside through the blower pipe.

The tatami drying section main body (1) is placed according to the area of the same floor section A, and the tatami section B is laid on the tatami drying section main body (1). Therefore, the tatami mat drying unit main body (1) is in a state of being interposed between the floor part A and the tatami mat part B, and the mutual relationship between the floor part A surface, the tatami mat part B surface, and the tatami mat drying part body (1). As shown in FIG. 3, the minimum contact area is provided by the groove portions (2), (2) ... Circumferentially provided on the outer peripheral surfaces of the pipe members (3), (3). That is, floor A and tatami B
The surface will have maximum air contact area.

The air is blown into the pipe members (3), (3) ... of (1), and is further discharged from the air circulation holes (5), (5) ,. It will come into contact with the surface of the part A and the back of the tatami part B, and together with the moisture between the floor part A and the tatami part B, exhaust to the outside from the delivery pipe (8) separately connected to the tatami drying main body (1) through the wall part C. It is what is done.
