造物においては、第3図正面図に示すように、大きい溶
接入熱量によつて敷板1がたわみ変形1′を生じてしま
う。

高速で敷板1面上に吹付ける吹付けノズル11が取付け
られている。またドライアイス粒子製造装置9には、ド
ライアイス粒子14吹付け後に余分なドライアイス粒子
14を回収するための吸引ホース12が接続され、その
先端に吸引ノズル13が取付けられている。

は、吸引ノズル13から吸引ホース12を通してドライ
アイス粒子製造装置9へ回収され、その内部でリサイク
ルされて再び送給ホース10へ送られる。

数の低減と溶接精度の向上を図ることができる薄板構造
物の低歪溶接装置を得るから、本考案は産業上極めて有
益なものである。
