Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 足の血行の促進と水分の発散とを兼ね備えた
中敷きを提供する。 【構成】 中敷きを２枚の薄いシートから構成し、一方
３を開口を有する革で、他方１をゴムなどの材料で形成
し、ゴムシート１に足を支持する突起２を設ける。ゴム
シート１を、開口を有する革シート３の開口部の下に配
置し、革シート３を、周縁部の幅広の帯状部５と、つま
先の領域に対応した横断帯部６と、土踏まずの内側部分
に対応した領域７とから構成する。両方のシート１,３
を縫合部４あるいは接着などの手段で連結して一体化
し、かつ靴底本体に対して一般的な方法で重ね付けて靴
底を形成し、この靴底を、靴底を除いた履物の組立品を
受けるのに適したものとする。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、履物用中敷きの改良に
関し、詳しくは、開口した革の部品であるシート材を、
血液の循環を促進するために突起が設けられたゴムのシ
ートに縫いつけたり接着したりして一体化した構造の中
敷きに関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術及びその課題】従来より、種々のタイプの
中敷きが知られている。ある例では弾性材料により突起
を有するものとして形成され、当該中敷きを特定の履物
に用いたときに、ユーザーの足の血行を促進し、治療的
効果を生じる。
【０００３】他の例としては、一体になったクッション
材と弾性材ないしはゴムの層を有する中敷きがあり、ま
たその他の例では、通気性を高めるように作られた中敷
きがある。
【０００４】関連するものとしては、実用新案第208.30
5号に記載された靴底を挙げることができる。この靴底
では、中央の領域に円柱状の突起が形成され、かかとと
つま先部分に対応する端部の領域には、織り混ぜられた
仕切りの間に別の突起が設けられている。これらは全
て、各ポイントで効果的な密着性を生じる吸引作用を得
るためである。
【０００５】同様に関連するものとして、実用新案第27
4.981号を挙げることができる。この例では、靴底は、
下部層と、それとは別のクッション性の上部層とから形
成され、両方の層は突き合わされた面に、互いに係合す
る適切な凹部と突起とを有しており、その領域が他より
も硬く、他の領域が必然的に柔らかくなるようにして、
ユーザーに快適さを与えるようにしている。
【０００６】また、同様に関連するものとして、スペイ
ン特許第P−8900063号を挙げることができる。この履物
用の靴底は厚いコルクの芯材を有し、その回りに加硫さ
れたゴムのリムが設けられ、かつその上に、足の解剖学
的形状を外見上維持する、開口を有する薄い革のカバー
を保持し、さらに、その下には、通常の靴底本体、もし
くは地面と接触するために適切な抵抗を持った靴底本体
を有している。

【発明の要旨】本発明に係る中敷きは、２つの部材を組
み合わせた構造であって、その２つの部材が下側支持体
である靴底本体で補助されるという特徴を有している。
【０００８】２つの基本部材の一方は、ゴムなどの弾性
材料の中敷きで形成され、歩行時にユーザーに対して治
療的効果を与え、通気性を高め、かつ快適性を増すよう
に、凸状表面を有する複数の突起を備えている。他方の
部材は、ゴムのシートに縫合や貼着により固定される、
開口を有する革のシートで構成されている。そして、中
敷きに靴底本体を取り付けることにより、中敷きが非常
に硬くなり、ユーザーの快適さを損なわずに優れた仕上
げ品質を得ることができる。
【０００９】この意味において、開口を有する革のシー
トは、つま先の部分を横断する領域と土踏まずの内側の
かなり広い領域に加えて、突起が設けられたシートの周
縁部分を覆うようにのびている。また、開口を有する革
のシートの周縁部は、突起の設けられたシートの表面か
ら少し起き上がった状態を維持する幅広の帯状部分を形
成するという特徴を有している。そして、この起き上が
った部分が、中敷きの外形線の境界を定め、言い替えれ
ば、中敷きの解剖学的形状を定めている。
【００１０】このように、本発明の中敷きは、突起を有
するゴムのシートと、その周縁部にのびていて開口を有
する革のシートとの結合すなわち組み合わせにより、従
来の中敷きよりも優れた仕上げ品質を有した状態で、非
常に高い硬度を得ることができる。また、ユーザーの血
行を促進するために突起が設けられた従来の一般的な中
敷きが通常は有していない、開口を有する革のシートに
より、水分の発散も可能となる。

【実施例】以下に、本発明の特徴をより良く理解できる
ように添付した図面を用いて、本発明に係る履物用中敷
きの新規な構成と効果について説明する。
【００１２】図には、本発明の中敷きが２枚のシートで
どのように構成されているかが示されている。符号１を
付けている一方のシートは、ゴムなどの弾性材料で形成
され、上端部が凸面状に湾曲した多くの突起２を有して
いる。符号３を付けている他方のシートは、開口を有す
る革の部材からなり、この革シート３は、縫合部４や、
接着などの他の一般的な手段によりゴムシート１に固定
されている。
【００１３】開口を有する革シート３は、ゴムシート１
に対して周縁部で固定されていて、その周縁部の幅広の
帯状部５と、つま先部分に対応した横断帯部６と、土踏
まずの内側部分の表面に対応して定められた広い領域７
とを有している。上述のようにして固定されたこれら２
枚のシート１,３が、支持体として機能する靴底本体８
に重ねて固定されて靴底が形成され、その後は、その靴
底に応じた履物の残りの部分を組み付けるだけでよい。
【００１４】上述した方法で連結されたシート１及び３
は、高い硬度を持った中敷きを形成し、シート３を開口
した革素材で構成しているために水分の発散が可能とな
る一方で、突起２が設けられているので、血液の循環が
促進され、ユーザーの足に対する治療的効果が得られ
る。これらの２つの特徴は、弾性材料で形成した、突起
を有する従来の中敷きでは得られなかったものであり、
それは、従来の中敷きでは、水分を発散できないことに
加え、上述した本発明の中敷きにより得られるような剛
性や硬度に欠けるためである。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 支持体である靴底本体(8)上に組み付け
    られて、履物の締結部を受ける靴底を形成する履物用中
    敷きであって、 ２枚のシート(1,3)の組み合わせで構成され、 一方のシート(1)は、ゴムなどの弾性材料で形成され、
    かつ複数の突起(2)を有し、 他方のシート(3)は、開口した革のシート材で構成され
    るとともに、上記シート(1)に対して縫合(4)もしくは接
    着により取り付けられて、該シート(1)の突起(2)の大部
    分を露出させるとともに、該シート(1)の突起(2)が形成
    する面から上方へのびる幅広の周縁帯状部(5)を構成
    し、 上記シート(3)は、つま先部分に対応した横断帯部(6)
    と、土踏まずの内側端に対応して定められた領域(7)と
    を有することを特徴とする履物用中敷き。
