(57) [Summary] (Modified) [Purpose] Replenishing drinking water stored in the receiving tank that is required to be installed in buildings, condominiums, etc. to the receiving tank at all times with good quality without deterioration. Each time it is used, it purifies naturally and prevents deterioration of water quality so that it can be stored without sedimentation. [Structure] A U-shaped siphon effect is created by two pipes and a common floating chamber whose tip extends deeply into the bottom of the water receiving tank. By controlling the sub-valve with a small force and inducing the opening and closing of the main valve by these actions, a large amount of water is discharged at one time, and residual water can be adjusted by taking out and putting in an extension pipe The feature is that it can be easily adjusted to be short or long.

In 2), the float (41) of the ball tap rotates by its own weight downwards about the lever shaft (49) to stop, but at this time, the tip of the lever (48) is inserted into the hanging hole (52). Since the integrated valve fitting (50) and its rubber packing (50-1) that are assembled together are separated from the valve seat (51), tap water continues to be supplied from the tip of the fitting into the water receiving tank, but finally. When the float (41) of the ball tap is pushed up by reaching the water surface (40-1) filled with water, the lever (4
8) replaces the valve fitting (50) with the valve seat (51) around the lever shaft (49) and strongly presses the rubber packing (50-1). As shown in FIG. It will be stopped. After that, even if the amount of water in the basin is reduced, the water is supplied to the water tank (40-1) by changing the pushing force of the float (41) of the ball tap pushed up to the water surface (40-1). This is a direct-acting type water supply valve that overcomes the valve seat (51) to which water supply pressure is applied by the increase of the lifting force of the float (41) of the ball tap to be pushed up and blocks it.

る。[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In a building / condominium, the amount of water is stored by multiplying the average number of people per household, which is estimated to be 250 liters per day, and the number of households, which is 4 people, by the number of rooms. There are two types of water receiving tank systems that require the installation of a water receiving tank.First, the high water tank system is the main water that is stored above ground or underground by multiplying the total number of households. Set up a water tank,
Building a small aquarium with a constant amount of water as an auxiliary tank
Installed at a height of 5 meters or more above the roof of a condominium, etc., and by supplying water to the rooms on each floor by this drop, if the amount of water in the elevated water tank decreases, the main receiving tank will be pumped to the elevated water tank. It is replenished by pump pressurization until it becomes. The other method is to remove water from the elevated water tank and supply water directly to the room on each floor from the main water tank with a pump instead of supplying water from the head. This is called a pressurized water supply method. Explaining these, in the high water tank, because it is outside (rooftop) due to the structure of its installation, the temperature inside the water tank rises due to sunlight, solar heat, etc., and the water becomes 40 degrees Celsius at midsummer. This will increase more than once. This will be explained in detail later, but it will support the generation of water algae and deteriorate the water quality as drinking water, and of course, toxic water algae will directly harm the human body. Due to the concentration of soot and smoke in the air, which is associated with acid rain, high-pitched aquariums are so painful that small animals (birds, mice, etc.) enter the aquarium from the damaged area, and eventually they are drowned, which is a hygienic problem. Is unimaginable, and because of the rainwater leaking from the connection between the mounting part and the rooftop, the pain in the building is severe, so recently it was installed above ground or underground without installing a high water tank. Main water tank ( Below, only) that the receiving tank, a system by the pump connexion pressed directly to the water supply to the room on each floor there has been summer and the principal. As a result of these, it has been somewhat improved hygienically, and it has also contributed to aesthetics. In recent years, in terms of hygiene, it has been obliged by the Building Law to provide a vacant lot around the water tank about 60 cm square. As a result, the underground buried type will disappear in the future, but in essence, the uneconomical and unsanitary conditions of the conventional water tank have not been improved at all. First of the drawing
Explaining with the schematic drawing of FIG. 1, first, the float (41) of the ball tap is pushed up by the water surface (40-1) rising by continuously supplying tap water from the ball tap (39) into the water receiving tank (38). When the pump (42) is activated, it is necessary to supply water to the pressure tank (44) connected to the water supply pipe (43) for supplying water to the room on each floor. In general, the pressure is stored and the pressure switch (45) is activated to cut off the power supply to the pump when the pressure reaches a specified value. At this pressure, when a basin full of water is ingested from the water faucet (46) of the room on each floor, the pressure in the pressure tank suddenly drops and the pressure switch operates to supply power to the pump and reintroduce the inlet (47). The water level in the water tank slightly drops as the water in the water tank is pumped up, so the float of the ball tap that is pushed up to the water surface falls, and tap water is again fed into the water tank, and water supply is stopped again when the water level is full. Also, when the water tap is screwed in, the pressure in the pressure tank rises and the pressure switch operates, cutting off the power to the pump and stopping. The operation of the ball tap, which has been used without change from the past, will be described with reference to FIGS. 9 and 10 of the drawings. The operation of supplying tap water to the first installed water receiving tank is as shown in FIG. At the water surface (40-2) where the float (41) of the ball is not full, the float of the ball tap drops and the lever (4
8) rotates around the lever shaft (49) to the opposite side of the valve seat (51) and stops. This valve lever (51) which is moved with the hanging hole (52) also moves to the opposite side. Since tap water flows into the water tank from the valve seat, the water surface (40-1) at the time of full water pushes up the float of the ball tap, and as a result, the valve metal fitting is rotated by the lever (48) as shown in FIG. It is strongly pressed against the valve seat (51), by which the water supply is dammed. As you can see from this structure, the valve fitting that functions as a water stop valve is always directly influenced by the movement of the float of the ball tap and tells the water surface to swim like a wave. The valve fitting (51) also chatters to the movement of the float of the ball tap. As a phenomenon, it acts like hitting the valve seat (51), and finally the rubber packing (50-1) portion of the valve fitting deteriorates and finally does not function as a water shutoff valve.
As a result, tap water always flows into the receiving tank and is supplied even if it reaches the specified full volume, and finally the overflow port (5
It will flow out of the receiving tank from 3). This is a toleration of the drainage of valuable water resources obtained by purifying the river water at enormous cost and expensive chemicals, and the owner is forced to use it uneconomically. However, here, the dead water is a poisonous dead water, which is far from the drinking water obtained by purifying the river water with enormous cost and expensive chemicals without being maintained as sanitary drinking water, which is the biggest problem. The problem is that the water that becomes settled water and stays in a large amount in the receiving tank is the problem.
It will not be solved as long as the conventional method is adopted. Because of the structure of the ball tap, even if a small amount of water is consumed in a washbasin, the ball tap operates due to the fluctuation of the water surface and the fluctuations cause the tap water to be supplied to the water tank. New tap water and agitated water without stirring and explosive action. The water precipitates and is supported by outside air, sunlight, solar heat, etc., and finally the generation of water algae and the generation of microorganisms using this algae as a medium and toxic water algae using this microorganism as a medium. It is hard to imagine the damage to the human body because it occurs black and white, and in the large outbreak of these small animals that feed on aquatic algae, it is about a few millimeters that the faucet of the room on each floor ( 46) It goes without saying that the water flows along with water, and at this time, a request for a water quality test is first issued to a waterworks, which requires only a water quantity of 10 tons or more in the receiving tank to be checked once a year. It has been This is because are excluded. As a result, the water in the receiving tank is all discarded once, and this large amount of water is a waste of expensive water resources, as described above, and the cleaning and disinfecting work inside the receiving tank is performed. These problems will increase as the cost of the building becomes expensive and it has become impossible in recent years to build a single-family house by individuals due to soaring land prices. The current situation is that no solution has been made. The problem to be solved by the present invention is that, as described above, the drinking water that has been filled up by supplying water into the water tank that is obligatory for the consumption of all households is of good quality without sedimentation (dead water). It is necessary to secure water in the water tank so that water can be constantly supplied to the rooms on each floor with excellent water quality, and it is possible to consume expensive and water-deficient water resources without waste.

In the state where the lever (10) integrated with the float is stopped by hitting the bottom (11) of the main body around the center, the raised plate (9) is separated from the groove (35) of the sub valve (29). Is in a state. For this reason, the ball valve (36) in the body (34) of the sub valve (29) has fallen to the bottom of the body (34).
The tap water (hereinafter referred to as water) that has flowed into the orifice (7) is fed from the orifice (7-2) to the body (3) of the auxiliary valve.
4) flows out into the groove chamber (35) and is discharged into the float chamber (12), and the water pressure in the water inlet chamber (19) increases, and finally the piston (3) integrated with the main valve (2) is pushed up from below. The main valve (2) is pushed down into the piston chamber (5) by overcoming the force of the spring (6) that is being held. At this time, the main valve hole (18) and the main valve (2) are in close contact and blocked. The large amount of water that had been discharged will flow out into the discharge chamber (17) in a nice and refreshing manner. This is shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 of the drawings. Eventually, when a large amount of water discharged from the discharge chamber (17) accumulates in the water tank that can store water up to the upper part (59) of the main body, When a part of the air flows into the float chamber (12) from the common ports (26) (26-1) below the pipes (25) (23-1), the air in the float chamber (12) flows in. The water is pushed up by the force of the water, and finally the valve plate (16) is pushed up from the exhaust port (14) provided in the upper part (59) of the body to be exhausted (discharged) while the water enters the float chamber (12). 13) is pushed up around the lever shaft (8), and finally the float (13) hits the upper part of the float chamber (12) and stops.
At this time, the upper water surface (55-2) is set in advance as the full water amount in the water tank (refer to the mounting position of the main body). At this time, the convex plate (9) provided on the lever (10) is the auxiliary valve (29). ) Groove (3
The ball valve (36) is pushed into the orifice (7-2) and is stopped. At this time, the water flowing in from the orifice hole (7-1) in the water inlet chamber (19) for the first time is introduced into the orifice valve (7-) by the ball valve (36).
By blocking the water flowing out from 2), the pressure of the water flowing into the piston chamber (5) increased, and when it was balanced with the water pressure in the water inlet chamber (19), it was compressed in the piston chamber (5). The force of the spring (6) presses the main valve (2) integral with the piston (3) into the valve seat hole (18). As a result, the water to the discharge chamber (17) is blocked and the water supply to the water tank is stopped. Again, in order to supply water into the water tank, the opening operation of the main valve (2) is performed by the common ports (26) (26) at the tips of the two pipes (23) (23-1) extending to the bottom of the water tank.
-1) Even if one of them is away from the water surface, the float chamber (1
When the water inside 2) flows and the buoyancy of the float disappears, and when the float falls to the bottom (11) of the main body, the convex plate (9) provided on the lever (10) causes the sub valve (29). When the ball valve (36) separates from the groove (35) of the nozzle and the ball valve (36) separates from the orifice hole (7-2), the hydraulic pressure in the piston chamber (5) passes through the orifice hole (7) and is discharged from the orifice hole (7-2). Therefore, a differential pressure is generated between the pressure in the piston chamber (5) and the pressure in the water inlet chamber (19), and the main valve (2) is again pushed into the piston chamber (5) side, thereby opening the valve.

ろである。As described in the section of the means for solving the problems and the section of the operation of the present invention, the present invention is installed as shown in FIGS. 12 and 13 of the drawings, and water is supplied to the water inlet chamber (19) of the main body. Always connect water. As shown in FIG. 13 of the drawing, when the water is first filled in the water tank (the position of the upper surface (55-2)) and the water supply is stopped, the respective pipes (23) (25)
And the inside of the float chamber (12) is continuously filled with water, and the float (13) is stopped by hitting the upper part by buoyancy by the water in the float chamber (12). Even if the pump (42) works from the mouth (47) to ingest the water in the water receiving tank as much as a basin or a large amount of water,
While the common port (26) at the tip of the extension pipe (25) is under water, the operation of stopping the water supply does not make a slight movement. This means that even if the water in the receiving tank is greatly undulated, the water in the float chamber (12) and the pipes (25) (23) that are in deep contact with the water are deep.
This is because the float (13) is pushed up by the water that does not cause slight movement in the siphon effect with -1). This is a big difference from the conventional ball tap system. That is, even if the water surface is once stopped, no matter how much the water surface swells, a single drop of water will not feed water into the receiving tank. This avoids wasteful discharge of expensive water from the overflow port (53) as in the conventional case, and thus the overflow port is unnecessary in the use of the present invention, and the construction cost is increased accordingly. However, the problem of the effect of the present invention, which has been solved first, is to solve the problem of hygiene by eliminating impurities from the outside air. With the extension pipe (25) for use, it was possible to consume a large amount of water in the water receiving tank at one time from the full water amount to the reduced water amount, without leaving old water, and always being able to store new water. The greatest effect of this is that once the water is fully stored, it is stored in the water tank with sunlight or solar heat or for a long period of time, and the disinfectant such as chlorine in tap water as drinking water evaporates and precipitates. There is no factor that becomes water and is dependent on the process of water algae development, and a large amount of new tap water (once a third) is left in the receiving tank (about 1/3 is a guideline). ) Moreover, the fresh air in the water receiving tank, which has been replaced by water consumed by the water consumption, is agitated and explosive to re-disinfect the residual water with a new disinfectant such as chlorine in tap water. Since a large amount of replenishment into the water receiving tank at the same time as causing (purifying action) drastically lowers the heat inside the water receiving tank due to solar heat, etc., it was possible to completely eliminate the high temperature that is the cause of water quality deterioration. Especially. Originally, if the government stipulates only the storage and storage of the amount of drinking water that enters the human body, only 10 tons or more should be instructed on how to maintain the quality of drinking water for a long time, without requiring a water quality inspection. It should be the maximum effect of the present invention that solves all of these serious problems.
