(57) [Summary] [Object] To provide an adhesive interlining having a reverse stain preventing layer of an adhesive resin. [Structure] A first resin layer 2 provided in a dot shape on a water-repellent finishing region on the surface of a base fabric 1, and a first resin attached to the first resin layer 2. Second with low melting point
Of resin 3. [Effect] Since the second resin layer 3 that contributes to the adhesion protrudes from the surface of the base cloth 1, the second resin layer 3 penetrates deeply into the material of the adhering partner such as the outer material and adheres to the base material 1 while maintaining a strong adherence (contact). ) Since the area can be substantially reduced, the texture of the fabric after bonding can be made soft.

The adhesive interlining is made by applying hot-melt type thermoplastic resin to various shapes such as dots on one side of a base fabric such as non-woven fabric, knitted fabric or woven fabric. Both can be bonded and joined by heating and pressing with an iron or the like. However, when heat-bonded to the outer material using an adhesive interlining carrying only hot-melt type thermoplastic resin,
Since the thermoplastic resin passes through the interlining base cloth and exudes to the opposite surface (reverse stain), the size of the dots of the thermoplastic resin layer between the base cloth and the dot-shaped thermoplastic resin layer The dot-like lower layer corresponding to the above is provided. That is, by increasing the thermoplastic flow characteristics of the thermoplastic resin of the upper layer as compared with the resin of the lower layer, when heated and pressed to bond the adhesive interlining and the outer material, the thermoplastic resin of the upper layer is Even when the resin moves to the side, since the resin in the lower layer has low fluidity, it is difficult to move to the base cloth side of the interlining, and reverse stain is prevented. Further, by providing the lower layer, the thermoplastic resin layer can be distributed on the base fabric in a desired shape or arrangement, and further,
Since the thermoplastic resin is effectively used for adhesion to the surface material, the adhesive strength can be improved without increasing the amount of resin. These techniques are described, for example, in German Patent Publication No. 2
No. 460855, Japanese Patent Publication No. 46-20869,
It is described in JP-B-52-4671 and JP-B-57-58467.

The whole tends to be flat or flat. Therefore, in order to ensure sufficient adhesion to the outer material, it is necessary to increase the contact area, and as a result, the texture tends to be hard. Furthermore, since the thermoplastic resin layer is planar, it is difficult for the thermoplastic resin to penetrate deeply into the inside of the surface material when it comes into contact with the surface material, and especially when it adheres to the uneven surface material, the adhesive force is insufficient. There was a drawback. Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide an adhesive interlining in which a thermoplastic resin layer is provided on a base cloth by a simple means.

It is possible to directly use the method that is usually carried out for a non-woven fabric, a knitted fabric, a woven fabric, or a composite fabric thereof. For example, it can be carried out by impregnating, coating or printing a silicone resin or a fluorine resin in the form of a liquid such as an emulsion. When impregnated, the entire base fabric is treated to be water repellent, and when coated, a water repellent treated region can be provided on the entire one side surface or the entire both side surfaces. The water-repellent finishing region can be provided only on the part.
The method of impregnation is convenient.

Since it is difficult to raise the first resin layer by surface tension, the effect of the present invention can not be expected so much, and when the water repellency exceeds 90, the surface tension acts too much and the contact area between the base fabric and the first resin is large. Is reduced, and peeling easily occurs at this portion.

As long as it has a smaller heat fluidity than the “resin”, an acrylic resin or a urethane resin is usually used, and a self-crosslinking type is particularly preferable. Similar to the conventional method, these resins are made into a paste form in the form of, for example, an emulsion, and printed in dot form on one side of the base fabric by a roll printer or the like. Here, the dot shape is a pattern formed from a large number of discontinuous points or small areas on the surface of the base fabric, similarly to the conventional method, and the shape of each dot (for example, a circle, an ellipse, or a square). , Polygons such as rectangles and hexagons) and sizes, and the intervals and densities between them are not different from those of the conventional method. The method will be described with reference to FIG. The base cloth 1 is sent to the printer 4, and the lower layer 2 made of the first resin is printed in a dot shape on one surface of the base cloth 1. Then, the base cloth is sent to the spray booth 5 with the printed surface facing downward. In the spray booth 5, the base cloth is raised from the horizontal to the elevation angle α.
Is 0 to 90 °, preferably about 30 to 60 °, and the second resin powder 3 is sprayed by the powder coating spray gun 6 toward the downward printing surface. At this time, the spraying speed of the powder 3 and the like can be easily adjusted appropriately. Next, air is blown from the surface of the base cloth opposite to the printed surface by the air nozzle 7 to remove excess powder attached to the base cloth portion other than the lower layer. In addition, for removing the powder, a means such as vibration, suction, or air blowing from the surface may be used together, if necessary. Then, the base fabric is sent to the dryer 8 to dry the lower layer and fuse the lower layer and the powder on the lower layer to obtain an adhesive interlining. In the present invention, in the above method, as the above-mentioned base cloth 1, a base cloth having a water-repellent processed region in at least one portion may be used. According to this method, the adhesive resin powder can be stably adhered only to the lower layer printed portion of the base cloth, so that no reverse stain occurs, the soft texture is maintained, and the adhesive interlining having sufficient adhesive strength. Can be manufactured.

It has a protruding shape. This state is schematically shown in FIG. FIG. 3 schematically shows a planar resin layer formed on a conventional base cloth having no water-repellent processed area. When the second resin 3 made of a thermoplastic resin powder is sprayed while the resin of the first resin layer 2 formed in this way has adhesiveness, the A structure in which the resin 3 of 2 is attached is obtained.

It is considered that this is because the base cloth is charged with + (plus) by the water repellent treatment, and the thermoplastic resin powder that is the second resin is also charged with + (plus). Therefore, the second resin that contributes to adhesion is concentrated in a small area.

To obtain a point-seal non-woven fabric having a sealing area of 8% and a basis weight of 25 g / m 2 . Next, this non-woven fabric was impregnated with an emulsion containing methyl hydrogen polysiloxane as a main component [trade name = Geranex S-3; manufactured by Matsumoto Yushi-Seiyaku Co., Ltd.] and dried to obtain a base fabric having a water repellency of 70. . An adhesive resin layer was formed on the water-repellent-treated base fabric by using the same device as that shown in FIG. First, a dot-shaped print (70 dots / cm 2 ) containing an acrylic resin as a main component was provided on one surface of the base fabric 1 by the roll printer 4. The amount of solids deposited on Print 2 was 5 g / m 2 .
Next, the print surface is directed downwards to the spray booth 5, and a powder coating spray gun 6 is supplied from below to supply 50 g / min of copolyamide resin powder 3 (melting point 110 ° C.) 3 having a particle size of 80 to 150 μm. Blown in quantity. After that, when the excess powder was removed by the backwashing air nozzle 7, 8 g / m 2 of powder adhered. Then, it was dried at 120 ° C. by a dryer 8 to obtain an adhesive interlining material. Bending values and shearing values were measured as values representing the adhesive strength and texture of the obtained adhesive interlining, and the results are shown in Table 1.
Each test was conducted by the following method.

An adhesive interlining material was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 except that a base fabric having a water repellency of 80 was used as the water repellent treated base fabric. Bending values and shearing values were measured as values representing the adhesive strength and texture of the obtained adhesive interlining, and the results are shown in Table 1.

The adhesive strength of the adhesive interlining material is higher than that of the comparative example in which the water repellent treatment is not performed. Moreover, since the bending value and the shearing value are smaller in Examples 1 and 2 than in Comparative Example, Example 1
It can be seen that the texture when the adhesive interlinings of Nos. 2 and 2 are bonded to the surface is softer than when the adhesive interlining of the comparative example is bonded to the surface.

Therefore, since the adhesion (contact) area can be substantially reduced while maintaining a strong adhesion, the texture of the cloth after adhesion can be made soft. In particular, in the case of adhering to a material having unevenness on the surface, the adhesive strength is greatly improved as compared with the conventional adhesive interlining. In addition, in the manufacturing process, the second resin can be efficiently attached onto the first resin layer. Further, no reverse stain occurs as in the conventional adhesive interlining.
