(57)【要約】 【目的】 金属温水器１台分の価格で本考案の無金属太
陽熱温水器は受熱量が２倍となる。 【構成】 太陽の当る屋根上の傾斜面には無金属太陽熱
温水器を配設し、上記温水器の上面はガラス板等で被覆
して内表面は全面黒色で太陽熱を吸収し、前記空気室の
中は受熱管を多数内蔵して温水タンクに接続するように
したもので次に温水タンクの保温装置には各家庭使用ず
みの廃品特に綿製品等で幾重にも歩厚く断熱材として包
囲し、更に水中では密封した塩ビ管の浮沈を利用しての
自動排気口を具えるようにしたものである。

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は、無金属太陽熱温水器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来の太陽熱温水器は金属製のものであった。鉄材等では腐蝕問題が発生する ために止むなく高価なステンレス鋼板が使用されてきた。前記ステンレス鋼板は 鉄材より約３倍高いのでこのような高騰材料を使用したのでは受熱面積の拡大が 費用の点で難点が生ずる。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
そこで本考案は経済的太陽熱温水器を提供するものである。通称塩ビ管は軽量 で安価でその上耐久性もすぐれている。すでに水道工事土建業者にも使用されて いる。 周知の如く、太陽熱温水器は屋根上の傾斜面に長時間据置かけるもので空気室 温度と温水温度は同一となる。特に瞬間温度を必要としない。したがって結果的 には無金属温水器の方が安価になることになる。

【課題を解決するための手段】
太陽の当る屋根上の傾斜面には無金属太陽熱温水器を配設し、上記温水器の上 面はガラス板等で被覆して内表面は全面黒色で太陽熱を吸収し、前記空気室の中 には受熱管を多数内蔵して温水タンクに接続するようにしたもので、次に温水タ ンクの保温装置には各家庭使用ずみの廃品特に綿製品等で幾重にも歩厚く断熱材 として包囲し、更に水中では密封した塩ビ管の浮沈を利用して自動の排気口を具 えるようにしたものである。

【実施例】
温水タンクの上面はガラス板等で被覆して内表面は全面黒色で太陽熱を吸収し 、したがって空気室が加温されると内蔵の受熱管が加温されることになる。次に 加温された温水は自然上昇して温水タイクに貯蔵されるようになる。 次に配管を説明する。 受 熱 管 ２０ミリ−厚２．５ミリ 温水タンク ２５０ミリ−厚８．７ミリ 被 覆 管 ３００ミリ−厚１０．５ミリ

金属温水器一台分の価格で本考案の無金属太陽熱温水器の受熱量が２倍と なる。 軽量で安価で耐久性がすぐれている。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 太陽の当る屋根上の傾斜面には受熱装
    置、温水タンク、被覆装置には硬質塩化ビニール管を使
    用接続したことを特徴とした無金属太陽熱温水器。
  2. 【請求項２】 各家庭使用ずみの綿製品を回収業者から
    購入し、前記廃品の綿製品を使用して幾層にも歩厚く断
    熱材として包囲したことを特徴とする廃品物の利用装
    置。
  3. 【請求項３】 水中では密封した塩ビ管の浮沈を利用し
    た自動排気口を具えるようにしたものである。
