(57)【要約】 【目的】 太陽熱温水器一台分の価格で受熱量が二倍型
になる。 【構成】 太陽の当る屋根上の傾斜面には無金属太陽熱
温水器を配設し、上記温水器の上面はガラス板等で被覆
し、受熱装置や温水タンクは大小の塩ビ管で組合せ、保
温装置は各家庭使用ずみの廃品特くに綿製品等で幾重に
も歩厚く包囲し、更に水中で塩ビ管の自動浮沈を利用し
た排気孔の装置。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は、無金属太陽熱温水器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来の太陽熱温水器は鉄材等では腐蝕問題が発生するために止むなく高価なス テンレス鋼板が使用されている。前記ステンレス鋼板は鉄材より約３倍高いので このような高騰材料を使用したのでは価格面で受熱面積の拡大に支障が生ずる。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
そこで本考案は受熱装置や温水タンクは軽量で特に安価で耐久性のある硬質塩 化ビニール管大小の組合せて接続し、又温水タンクの被覆装置には同平板材を用 いるようにしたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
太陽の当る屋根上の傾斜面には無金属太陽熱温水器を配置し、上記温水器の上 面はガラ板等で被覆し、受熱装置や温水タンクは塩ビ管大小で組合せ接続し、保 温装置は各家庭使用ずみの廃品特に綿製品等で幾重にも歩厚く包囲し、更に塩ビ 管の自動浮沈を利用して排気口を具えるようにしたものである。

【実施例】
図１は本考案の一実施例の断面図であって１〜４は図１と同様である。材料は 硬質塩化ビニール管である。内径…４ミリメートル 受熱装置に用ふ。内径３０ ０ミリメートル 温水タンクに用ふ。

【考案の効果】
無金属太陽熱温水器は材料が安価で耐久性があり、従来の金属温水器一台分の 製作費用で受熱面積が二倍になり、即ち、太陽受熱量が二倍となる。

  1. 【請求項１】 太陽の当る屋根上の傾斜面の温水器には
    硬質塩化ビニール管大小で受熱装置や温水タンクに接続
    使用したことを特徴とする無金属太陽熱温水器。
  2. 【請求項２】 各家庭使用ずみの綿製品を回収業者から
    購入し、前記廃品綿製品で幾層にも歩厚く温水タンクを
    包囲したことを特徴とする廃品綿製品の利用装置。
  3. 【請求項３】 水中で塩ビ管の自動浮沈の排気口装置。
