The additive is an inorganic filler such as talc, diatomaceous earth, glass fiber, calcium carbonate, mica, etc. By adding these, properties such as mechanical properties and heat resistance are improved. Currently, molded articles such as automobile bumpers are required to have good recyclability. Conventionally, it has been necessary to add a large amount of inorganic filler to these applications, and in that case, there has been a problem that the recyclability is lowered. In order to improve recyclability, there is a demand for a method of reducing the amount of the inorganic filler to be blended and maintaining / improving the strength.

The pulverized product of the thermosetting resin cured product in the present invention is mainly a mixture of various additives to the thermosetting resin, which has extremely high rigidity, and should be used in place of the conventional inorganic filler. The performance is equivalent to or higher than that of the inorganic filler. The benzene nucleus-containing thermosetting resin is a phenol resin having phenol and alkylphenol as the main skeleton, bisphenol, or an epoxy resin having novolak of phenol or alkylphenol as the main skeleton, and the cured product thereof has rigidity and heat resistance. Are better. The resin cured product may be a resin alone,
Silica, talc, calcium carbonate, inorganic fillers such as glass fibers, or organic fillers such as wood powder and walnut powder as other components, and a cured product having a dense and uniform composition,
Further, since the rigidity is improved, it is extremely effective as a strength improving compounding agent for polypropylene resin.

Good. By blending the pulverized product of the thermosetting cured product with the polypropylene resin, the proportion of the inorganic filler can be reduced to improve the recyclability and further improve the performance. The polypropylene resin composition of the present invention is a molded product as a product shape,
It can be applied to pipes, sheets, etc. and satisfies the required characteristics in each application. The compounding amount of the thermosetting resin cured product is not particularly specified, but about 3 to 70 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of polypropylene, the effect of improving rigidity is particularly good.

Next, 60 parts by weight of polypropylene and 40 parts by weight of the above powder were heated and mixed to form a uniform composition, and a sheet having a thickness of 3 mm was prepared. Comparative Example 60 parts by weight of polypropylene and 40 parts by weight of talc were heated and mixed to form a uniform composition, and a sheet having a thickness of 3 mm was prepared. A strength test was performed on these sheets.
The results are as follows.
