る方法が適用されており、この脱エチレンの手法として
は、脱エチレン吸着剤を使用する方法、脱エチレン
包装材を使用する方法及び真空適用による除去方法な
どが提案されている。これらの手法は保鮮効果としては
極めて有効であると云われているが、それぞれの手法に
は次のような欠点がある。
