善した良好な硬化剤を提供するものである。(Explanation of Prior Art) A conventional putty composition is composed of a main agent obtained by mixing an unsaturated polyester with a filler and a curing agent obtained by converting a peroxide into a paste. Commonly used peroxides are ketone-based peroxides such as methyl ethyl ketone peroxide, methyl isobutyl ketone peroxide, cyclohexanone peroxide, and methylcyclohexanone peroxide, and acyl-based peroxides such as benzoyl peroxide. Since the redox catalyst is used to cure at room temperature, the ketone peroxide uses a cobalt salt such as cobalt naphthenate as a catalyst, and the acyl peroxide uses an amine compound such as dimethylaniline as a catalyst. From this combination, the characteristics as an unsaturated polyester putty composition for automobile repair are exhibited. When benzoyl peroxide is used, the adhesion to the adherend is good, but the coated surface is contaminated by the amine of the catalyst. Also, when the putty is cured, tackiness does not easily become tack-free on the adhesive surface to the air. When a ketone-based peroxide is used, the adhesion to the adherend is slightly inferior to the acyl-based one, but there is almost no stain on the coated surface. Further, the tack-free property of the para surface after curing is faster than that of the acyl system, but the reaction is slow and the rise of hardness is slow. The present invention solves these conventional problems and provides a good curing agent with significantly improved workability.

硬化剤に関する。(Structure of the Invention) The present invention is characterized in that one container is filled with a ketone-based peroxide and an acyl-based peroxide by interposing a partition wall, and the two liquids are discharged from the container and mixed when used. And a curing agent for an unsaturated polyester putty composition for automobile repair.

所保管が必要となる。As mentioned above, ketone-based peroxides and acyl-based peroxides each have drawbacks as curing agents, but when we pursued a method of using both at the same time, only the advantages of both appeared and the conventional car repair putty It has been found that the characteristics are greatly improved. However, when a ketone-based peroxide and an acyl-based peroxide are mixed, the life cycle of the curing agent is shortened, and storage in a cool and dark place is required for commercialization.

Problems also occur in the quality of the unsaturated polyester putty composition.

By pressing the push rod 5 against the plunger 4, the hardeners 2 and 2 ′ come out from the tip on the side opposite to 1 through the partition wall 3. Further, in the case of a film-like container, at the time of use, the mouth of the container is opened by the notch 7 of the film heat-sealing portion 6, and the winding handle 10 is rotated from the end portion sealed by the plastic jigs 8 and 9 to squeeze the film. Meanwhile, the curing agent is discharged from the extrusion port and mixed to be used as a curing agent for the unsaturated polyester putty composition for automobile repair.
