Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when a new exterior coating is applied to the surface of a concrete structure, such as an outer wall of a high-rise house, a commercial building, or a factory, the old exterior is mainly peeled by hand, and the surface after the peeling is removed. Is further cleaned and the surface is refurbished with new exterior materials. In this exterior renovation work, the exterior material that adheres directly is peeled off using a grinder or chipper to remove the old exterior material, and this peeling and removing work requires the most labor, and the removal work is also required. If not done carefully, many obstacles will occur when applying a new exterior.

The operator uses the high-pressure water having a pressure of about cm 2 to spray an injection pipe equipped with a small-diameter injection nozzle onto the target wall surface by hand to spray the high-pressure water. Naturally, the worker's own body supports the reaction force when the high-pressure water is ejected toward the surface to be treated. For this reason, if this work is continued for a long time, the physical strength is inevitably deteriorated and the degree of fatigue is increased, which is not preferable in terms of occupational safety and health.

間を短縮しなければならない。In particular, in order to improve the efficiency of the peeling work and increase the processing area in a short time, the workability of the above-mentioned high-pressure water is not good, so it is necessary to further increase the pressure of the high-pressure water used. . Therefore, the present inventor sets the pressure of the high-pressure water to 30
It was confirmed that the processing capacity and the workability were increased by increasing it to 0 to 500 kgf / cm 2 . As described above, it was confirmed that if the pressure of the injected water is made higher, the breaking energy due to the collision of the high-pressure water becomes large as expected, and that the peeling work can be performed much more efficiently than in the past. When the pressure of the high-pressure water to be jetted is increased and the diameter of the jet nozzle is larger than the conventional one, for example, 1.5 mm, the discharge water amount also increases in proportion to the pressure of the supplied pressure water (for example, 5
(60 liters / min with pressure water of 00 kgf / cm 2 ), and the breaking energy increases with the increase, so it is possible to easily peel off even stucco (stucco) etc., which was conventionally difficult in the peeling work of the surface layer of the structure. It became so.
However, in the above example, a reaction force of 33.6 kgf / cm 2 is generated as an injection reaction force of the injection water for an operator who holds the injection pipe equipped with the injection nozzle of the high-pressure water, and a large load acts. Therefore, the work must be interrupted in an extremely short time, and the actual work time of the worker must be shortened in inverse proportion to the work efficiency.

To do. After that, the worker rotates the handle 43c of the traveling drive means 43 while supplying and jetting the required high-pressure water to the high-pressure water jet nozzle 5, and the traveling body 4 is jetted with the high-pressure water to treat the work surface A to be treated. Work at a speed that suits the situation. In this state, since the preset distance between the high-pressure water jet nozzle 5 and the work surface A to be processed is always kept constant and traversed, the high-pressure water jet nozzle 5 is attached so that the facing distance thereof becomes the optimum condition. If the above is set, the worker can achieve the purpose only by moving the traveling body 4 while adjusting the traveling speed according to the working situation as described above.

On the upper side, the lever 49 for vertically rotating the injection nozzle is rotated around the support shaft 38a, and a sliding support mechanism is also provided.
The movable part 46 "of 46 is moved back and forth to set the optimum state. After that, the high-pressure water jet nozzle 50 is supplied to the high-pressure water jet nozzle 50 and jetted according to the working position (described later). While operating, the operator rotates the handle 23c of the traveling drive means 23 for traverse to move the drive traveling body 20 along the main guide rail 10 for traverse so that high-pressure water is jetted onto the work surface A to be treated. Therefore, when the desired processing is performed by traversing the main and auxiliary guide rails 10 and 10A for traverse in the laying section, the vertical guide rail 30 attached to the vertical guide rail 30 is attached at the end position. By rotating the upper gear 38a by operating the handle 38f of the row drive means 38, the endless toothed belt 38c is driven to drive the main traveling body.
The treatment operation is performed by moving the 35 along the longitudinal guide rail 30 to a position adjacent to the portion treated by the previous jet of high-pressure water, and then traversing in the opposite direction. After that, both main and auxiliary guide rails for traverse 10,10
The movable range of A is sequentially moved in a reciprocating manner by shifting the position of the high-pressure water jet nozzle 50 in the required pitch in the vertical direction in the above-described manner, so that high-pressure water is jetted onto a wide range of work surface A to be treated and attached exterior material. Work such as peeling and cleaning of the surface after peeling can be performed quickly without imposing a burden on the operator himself. With respect to the movement of the main traveling body 35, the work can be performed by traveling at a speed corresponding to the processing situation on the work surface A to be processed, as in the above-described embodiment.

When the work within the area where 10 and 10A are laid is completed, both the main and auxiliary guide rails 10 and 10A for these traverses and the driving vehicle
20. The auxiliary traveling body 20a (at the same time, the longitudinal guide rail 30 and the main traveling body 35 mounted on the longitudinal guide rail 30) are removed and moved to the adjacent portion, and then the work surface A to be treated is processed in the same manner as described above.
Repeat the operation for processing. It should be noted that the above-described procedure for moving the main traveling body 35 is performed by traversing and sequentially shifting each post-processing range in the vertical direction, but it is not limited to this procedure and the main traveling in the vertical direction is performed. The body 35 may be sequentially moved laterally by the processing width while moving. In this case, the stopping means 27 attached to the drive traveling body 20 is used, and the locking piece 27 of the stopping means 27 is provided while the traverse is stopped.
If the movement of the drive traveling body 20 is stopped by b, the processing work can be performed without shifting the movement of the vertically traveling main traveling body 35. In some cases, it is also possible to operate while moving vertically and horizontally at the same time. In any case, if the relationship between the high-pressure water jet nozzle 50 and the work surface A to be processed is set in advance, the state can be maintained thereafter and the high-pressure water jet can be held in a constant state. Since it suffices to carry out the operation of moving the main traveling body 35 (injection nozzle), the work can be performed efficiently, and further, the work can be performed safely without physical burden. Also, both main and auxiliary guide rails 10 and 10 for traverse
As for the "damage" that occurs after the removal of A, since it is a small space as in the above-mentioned embodiment, it may be manually processed.

Then, it is held in a predetermined state, and the work is facilitated by injecting high-pressure water toward the work surface to be processed while moving it at a required speed. Moreover, since the working reaction force due to the high-pressure jet water does not act on the worker, and the processing work can be continuously performed for a long time without difficulty, for example, the peeling work of the exterior material, which has been difficult in the past, can be done easily and easily. As a result, the work efficiency can be significantly improved. Further, since the worker can easily deal with the high-pressure water jet nozzle according to the situation, it is possible to work safely without danger. If a plurality of transverse guide members are arranged so that the high-pressure water jet nozzle can be moved vertically and horizontally, a wide range of work can be easily and efficiently carried out. The equipment cost can be reduced by relocating the guide member and repeatedly using it.
