As a device for selecting and removing rocks and foreign substances from these clays and transporting them, conventionally, as shown in FIG. 6, for example, as shown in FIG. Rocks and foreign substances are transferred by the waste discharge conveyor 9, and the clay under the sieve is extracted from the two discharge ports of the hopper 3 by the screw feeder 4, and the inlet valve 5 and the outlet valve 7 are arranged in front and rear. After alternately storing in the pressure-feeding tank 6, the compressed air is fed through the discharge pipe 8 by pressure. In addition, as shown in FIG. 7, after the clay received in the vibrating screen 2 is sorted out for foreign matters, three hoppers (upper hopper 3a, intermediate hopper 3b,
A conventional method has also been practiced in which the lower hopper 3c) is sequentially flown down, and each is conveyed by the screw feeder 4 while being discharged by the pressure pump 10 and blowing compressed air from the ejector 8a into the discharge pipe 8 to convey the compressed air.

Therefore, rocks and foreign substances can be transferred smoothly on the vibrating screen. Most of the clay lumps that have passed through the primary vibrating sieve are crushed by the impact when they fall onto the secondary oscillating sieve, and the uncrushed clay lumps are crushed by the jet of high-pressure water, and the secondary vibration Pass through the sieve. In this way, the sediment and sludge that have fallen and accumulated in the clay tank are agitated and transferred, discharged through a vertical screw conveyor by a pressurizing pump, and then plugged by compressed air in the discharge pipe. In particular, for clay lumps that are difficult to pass through the secondary vibrating sieve, not only a fixed jet nozzle but also a movable jet nozzle is provided to partition the clay lumps and perform sufficient crushing to facilitate passage through the vibrating sieve. Considered to do.

00, another movable arm 204 is horizontally fixed to a rotary cylinder 202 that rotates around a fixed support 201 via an arm bottom plate 204a, and a plurality of movable arms 204 (three in the illustrated example) are provided. The water injection pipe 205 is vertically rotatably arranged via a bearing (pillow block) 205b, the upper end of the water injection pipe 205 is connected to a water injection hose 205a via a swivel 206, and the swivel pin 20 is connected by a rotation stop pin.
6 is integrated with the protective cover 204b, another water injection pipe 205c having a plurality of movable jet nozzles 40b on the lower surface is horizontally fixed to the lower end, and is fixed in an inverted T shape.
Attached to the chain wheel 209 and roller chain 20
The water injection pipe 205c is rotated around the vertical axis by the chain wheel 209 on the output side (upper side) of the speed increaser 207 which is activated by the rotation of the rotary cylinder 202 through the chain transmission of 9a. Therefore, in the structure shown in FIG. 5, the water injection pipe 205c is rotated about the vertical axis at the same time as the movable arm 204 is rotated, and the water discharge area of the movable jet nozzle 40b discharged to the secondary vibrating screen 30 is the secondary vibrating screen. It has a planar area over almost the entire width direction of 30, and is more excellent in crushing clay lumps and the like. As shown in FIG. 3, in order to reciprocate within the range of the revolving angle θ necessary for water injection, the striker operates the limit switch provided at the revolving end to switch the rotation direction of the reversible motor 203. In addition, gearbox 2
07 is the arm bottom plate 20 with the lower input shaft through the flange.
4a is bolted, and rotation of the main body is suppressed by engagement between the torque arm 28 and the stopper 208a standing upright from the base 201a of the fixed column 201 so that the main body does not rotate when the rotary cylinder 202 rotates. Inside the mud tank 50, a stirrer 50a is disposed which stirs the processed material and transfers it to the intake of the vertical screw conveyor 70.
Each of the primary vibrating screen 20 and the secondary vibrating screen 30 has a vibrator 20.
b and 30b are attached, and a hydraulic cylinder 20c for adjusting the inclination angle of the primary vibrating screen 20 is provided. 60
Is a conveyor that conveys foreign substances such as rocks, rubber tires, and wood chips that cannot pass through the primary vibrating screen 20 and the secondary vibrating screen 30. The pressure feeding device is composed of a discharge pipe 80 connected to the discharge port of the vertical screw conveyor 70, a pressure pump 90 installed in the middle of the discharge pipe, and an ejector 100 for injecting compressed air.

When the backhoe 18 puts the processed product in the hopper 20a and energizes the primary vibrating screen 20 and the secondary vibrating screen 30, the rocks and foreign matters larger than the mesh of the primary vibrating screen 20 and the secondary vibrating screen 30 among the processed products are removed. Each overflows and is conveyed by the conveyor 60. 1
The lumps of soil such as clay blocks that have passed through the secondary vibrating screen 20 are crushed by the impact of falling onto the transported product falling range 30a of the secondary vibrating screen 30, and those smaller than the mesh of the secondary vibrating screen 30 remain as they are. Although a hard clay lump, which passes through, is decomposed by spraying high-pressure water with a fixed jet nozzle 40a, the clay lump that has not been crushed still overflows if left as it is, which is unsatisfactory. Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the secondary vibrating screen 30 is rolled in an inclined direction, and high-pressure water is jetted while swirling in the lateral width direction of the secondary vibrating screen 30 by the movable jet nozzle 40b. Forcibly disintegrate and pass through the mesh. In this way, the treated materials (sludge, sediment,
(Clay etc.) is stirred and mixed by the stirrer 50a with the injected water, transferred to the intake of the vertical screw conveyor 70 at one end of the mud tank 50, and is raised by the rotation of the screw 70a and is discharged from the upper discharge port. It is discharged and supplied to the discharge pipe 80. The processed material in the discharge pipe 80 is pressurized by the pressurizing pump 90, and is then plug-transported by the compressed air injected from the ejector 100 to be pneumatically transported to a remote destination.

異物へ混在することが避けられる。As described above, in the sludge pumping device 1 of the present invention, the processed product of the conventional device shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 passes through the vibrating screen and moves downward due to the head pressure due to the deposition height of the processed product itself. In contrast to the vertical screw conveyor 70
Since it is strongly transferred by the mechanical transport action by the, it is possible to strongly take in even a small lump, so that the mesh of the secondary vibrating sieve 30 can be enlarged by that amount, and once it is taken into the screw, the rotation of the high-speed screw rotates. In addition to the transfer action, the action facilitates the agitation fluidization and thus facilitates the subsequent transfer. In addition, since the vibrating screen has two stages, it is not only easy to remove rocks and foreign materials, but also the mesh of the primary vibrating screen can be made much larger than that of the secondary vibrating screen, so that the sand itself can pass through. It's very smooth. The conventional ones shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 have only one stage of vibrating screen, so that the mesh size is inevitably reduced. Further, in the present invention, the clay mass that needs to be treated is passed through the mesh by crushing when falling onto the secondary vibrating sieve and by forced crushing by a high-pressure jet water flow with a fixed jet nozzle or a movable jet nozzle. Therefore, it is possible to avoid mixing with rocks and foreign substances.
