以上のように、本考案の自動車用部品の取付構造は、自動車用部品の本体側に 取付孔を有する取付部を設け、合成樹脂製の台座の前記自動車用部品側に、前記 取付孔に挿入可能な挿入位置と挿入後に変位して前記取付孔から抜出し不能とな る保持位置との間で移動可能な合成樹脂製の挿着片を一体形成するとともに、ボ ルトの頭部を前記台座に埋設してその軸部を自動車の車体側に突出させて取付具 を構成し、前記取付具の前記台座と係合して前記台座の周方向への回動を規制す る係止手段を設けたものである。したがって、自動車用部品の本体側の取付部の 取付孔に、取付具の挿着片を挿入位置とした状態で進入させた後保持位置とする ことにより、挿着片が取付部に抜出し不能に保持され、挿着片を介して台座及び ボルトも取付部に移動不能に保持される。これにより、取付具のボルトを自動車 の車体のブラケット等の孔に挿通してその先端からナットを螺合することにより 、自動車用部品が車体に組付けられる。このとき、係止手段が台座の周方向への 回動を規制するため、ナットの締付けが確実に行なわれる。また、ボルト及びナ ットの締結力は強固であるため、自動車の振動等によっても、取付具により自動 車用部品の取付力が減少することはない。その結果、自動車用部品を車体に安定 して組付保持することができる。 As described above, the mounting structure for the automobile parts of the present invention is provided with the mounting portion having the mounting holes on the body side of the automobile parts, and is inserted into the mounting holes on the automobile part side of the pedestal made of synthetic resin.
