（４）の引きと戻しにより左右の回転体（２）の回転と
停止とを操作する。後部中央の停止指示器の回転体
（２）の回転と停止の制御は、自転車のブレーキと直結
しワイヤー（４）の引きと戻しにより制御する。回転体
（２）は自転車の走行による、風圧を利用した回転する
ファンでファンの回転と停止との区別で、合図できるも
のとする。回転体（２）の構成は回転体内部にスプリン
グ（５）を設けて、スプリング（５）で押すブレーキフ
ァン（６）として、スプリング（５）をワイヤー（４）
で引くとブレーキファン（６）が回転しワイヤー（４）
を戻すとスプリング（５）が作用して回転が止まる構造
とする。使用方法は右折の場合、自転車（１）のハンド
ル右側の操作ノブ（３）でワイヤー（４）を引き、右折
完了後は操作ノブ（３）を戻す。左折はハンドル左側の
操作ノブ（３）で同様の操作を行う。停止の場合は後部
中央の回転体（２）が、ブレーキをかけることでワイヤ
ー（４）が引かれるので回転体（２）が回転し停止の合
図ができる。他に操作ノブ（３）をスイッチとし回転体
（２）をモーターとして、電気的な制御も可能であり、
