があった。(Prior Art) A headstock for protecting the upper edge of the skeleton is mounted on the skeleton by abutting a plurality of skeletons when the length of the skeleton is large. Is filled with caulking material to prevent rainwater from entering.
However, since Kasagi is exposed to direct sunlight and can reach temperatures as high as 80 ° C or higher during the daytime, caulking materials deteriorate over the next few years and rainwater gradually infiltrates, causing water to leak into the interior of the building. May corrode the like. In particular, when a casket whose seams cannot be welded like a casket made of enamel panel is used, rainwater intrusion is prevented only by caulking material, so a solution to the above drawbacks is strongly demanded. It was being done. Moreover, since the end portion of the enameled panel made of enamel panel tends to be more vulnerable to corrosion than the other portions, there is a risk that the end portion of the head tree is corroded by the infiltration of rainwater.

Bend inward so that the angle α is 90 ° or less to form a bent part, and bend the tip vertically downward to form a space between the bent piece of the adjacent Kasaki tree. A rain gutter is installed in the room, and the space between the bent pieces above the rain gutter is sealed with caulking material.

い。(1) is a skeleton, (2) and (3) are bases for mounting a board provided on the upper surface thereof, and (4) and (4) are boards made of enamel panel. The Kasagi (4) is provided with downward bent pieces (5) and (6) at its peripheral portion, but the lower part of the vertically downward bent piece (6) formed at the abutting end is As clearly shown in Fig. 3, a bent piece of Kasagi (4) that is bent from the middle toward the inside and adjoins
A space (7) is formed between it and (6). In addition, the inward bent portion (8) is formed so that the upper angle α formed with the vertically downward bent piece (6) is 90 ° or less and the central portion is lowered. I will keep it. This bend (8)
Is bent vertically downward, and its lower end (13) is supported by a U-shaped bracket (9) attached to the upper surface of the base plate (3) for mounting a tree. The bent part (8) and the bent piece (6)
Since the angle α between and is 90 ° or less, water drops flowing down the vertically downward bent piece (6) fall from this bent part and do not reach the lower end (13). This weakest part of the panel is not corroded.

The rain gutter (10) is made of a corrosion resistant material such as SUS304, and the whole is supported in an inclined state so that rain water can flow smoothly, and a pipe-shaped drain port (11) is provided on the lower surface of the tip part. Therefore, the rainwater can be drained to the outside of the body (1). Furthermore, a caulking material (12) is filled between the bent pieces (6) and (6) above the rain gutter (10) to prevent rainwater from entering.

After several years, it is inevitable that the caulking material (12) will gradually deteriorate and rainwater will start to infiltrate from the joint. However, in the present invention, since the rain gutter (10) is installed in the space (7) formed by bending the bent pieces (6) and (6) further inward, the deteriorated caulking material (12) ) Entered into the rain gutter (10) from the ends of the bent pieces (6) and (6), and drained to the outside of the frame (1) from the drain outlet (11) at that end. To be done. Therefore, even after the caulking material (12) is deteriorated, rainwater can be completely prevented from leaking into the interior of the building, and corrosion of the steel frame can be prevented.

This is to ensure that the end of the wooden headstock is not corroded. Therefore, the present invention has an extremely large practical value as a rain wrapping structure of Kasagi, which eliminates the conventional problems.
