The siding board struck with a screw or the like causes the nail and the screw to loosen due to the repeated expansion and contraction, or is removed, and the siding board itself floats up from the exterior surface of the building, causing unevenness, a so-called waviness phenomenon. Further, if the lift is severe, it may cause an accident such as peeling. Therefore, in order to solve these problems, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-21858 proposes that the bending portion absorbs expansion and contraction, and as shown in FIG. 8, the nailing hole 7 of the starting strip b is lengthened. A structure has been proposed in which the holes are formed and arranged in a line so that they can cope with thermal expansion without waviness.

Will occur. Furthermore, the unevenness generated on the surface of the siding board itself cannot be avoided.

Therefore, the siding board at the lowermost end (beginning of tension) has an effect of not causing looseness, but the siding boards at the upper stages have the same waving phenomenon as described above.

A siding board is formed by dividing the upper back surface part and the lower back surface part by an upward step and lining the heat insulating material, and the horizontal length of the siding board penetrates the thin metal plate and the heat insulating material in the longitudinal direction of the siding board. It is provided with staggered nail holes. As a result, the individual siding boards stretched over the exterior surface of the building can be sufficiently stretched, that is, can be followed even if they are nailed or screwed through the laterally long nail holes provided at the upper ends thereof. Therefore, the nails and screws driven into the oblong nail holes are not loosened, and the outer surface of the building formed by each siding board can form a flat wall surface without waviness.

The siding board 1 is formed by lining a thin metal plate 2 with a heat insulating material 3 to form a long strip. As the thin metal plate 2, a rolled strip-shaped steel plate, an extruded strip-shaped aluminum plate, or the like is used, and these thin metal plates are formed by roll forming or the like. That is, the thin metal plate 2 is divided into an upper surface portion 22 and a lower surface portion 23 by providing a downward step portion 21 at a position roughly divided in the longitudinal direction. Further, a downward engaging side 24 for siding is formed in the longitudinal direction on the upper portion of the upper surface portion 22 by the same molding means, and the lower portion of the lower surface portion 23 is bent to the rear surface side to perform the same upward engagement. Form side 25. Further, the upper surface portion 22 and the lower surface portion 23 are each subjected to a decorative process such as embossing. On the other hand, as the heat insulating material 3, a material such as urethane foam having a high heat insulating property and a high impact resistance is used. Similar to the thin metal plate 2, the heat insulating material 3 is provided with an upward step portion 31 at a position substantially divided into two parts in the longitudinal direction, and the upward step portion 31 is partitioned by an upper back surface portion 32 and a lower back surface portion 33. Normally, if the heat insulating material 3 is poured into the thin metal plate 2 molded as described above while maintaining a predetermined thickness, the upper step 31 and the upper back surface 32 and the lower back surface 33 are directed downward as described above. 23 is integrally formed on the back surface side of the upper surface portion 22 and the lower surface portion 23.

If the holes are formed in this manner, the laterally long holes 4 (4a, 4b, 4c ...) Are formed without interruption in the longitudinal direction of the siding board 1.

Form large. That increases the height h 3 of the holes through the heat insulator 3 than the height h 2 of the through hole of the sheet metal plate 2, and as shown in Figure 6, the width of the holes through the sheet metal plate 2 E The width Φ 2 of the hole penetrating the heat insulating material 3 is made larger than 2 . According to this structure, at least the size of the hole penetrating the thin metal plate 2 and the conformability to the length expansion and contraction can be obtained. In other words, the expansion and contraction of the siding board 1 is not restricted by the hole penetrating the heat insulating material 3.

Hit the pier 51. Ie siding board 1
At the upper end 11 of the wall, the piers 51, 51 ...
The nails n and the screws b are hammered into the horizontally elongated nail hole 4 aligned with. In this case, since the horizontally long nail hole 4 is formed in the upper end 11 without any break, any one of the horizontally long nail holes 4 is always aligned with the stakes 51, 51, ... Nail n and screw b can be driven in. In particular, at the time of driving, if the splints 51, 51 ... Are located substantially in the center of the oblong nail hole 4, the siding board 1 can sufficiently and reliably follow the longitudinal direction.

In this way, by sequentially stacking the siding boards 1, 1 ... From the lower stage and so-called siding, the space O 1 , between the upper back surface part 32 and the lower back surface part 33 of the heat insulating material 3 and the wall base material 5, O 2 is formed, and the heat insulating material 3 and the spaces O 1 and O 2 are combined to improve the heat retaining property of the building itself. Furthermore, the above spaces O 1 , O 2
Also, the presence of the upward step portion 31 enables the drainage treatment of the condensed water generated on the back surface of the siding board and the invading rainwater to be smoothly performed.

Further, since the nail holes themselves are horizontally long and are provided in a zigzag pattern so that there is no break in the longitudinal direction, it is not necessary to index the position of the pier or the like, and the installation work is extremely easy. Furthermore, since the heat insulating material is formed to have substantially the same cross-sectional shape as the thin metal plate, a space is formed between the heat insulating material and the mounting base material to improve the heat retaining property, and the drainage treatment inside can be smoothly performed. It is a highly practical siding board.
