That is, when the central portion of the face plate extends beyond the peripheral portion, the central portion becomes pestle in the thickness direction, and conversely, when the peripheral edge extends beyond the central portion, the entire face plate twists like a propeller. Therefore, there is a problem in that it is difficult to make the surface of the face plate look nice and accurate.

In the inner portion excluding the peripheral edge portion, a plurality of bulging portions in which upwardly extending cuts that extend in a substantially horizontal direction are projected to the inner surface side of the face plate, and vent holes are formed between the plurality of flat surface portions that are flush with the peripheral edge portion. The three-dimensional louver formed by opening each of the louvers is integrally formed, and the sound-absorbing material with the cloth attached to the surface is pressed between the double-sided plates with the surface pressed against the tip edge of the upward cut of each louver. It is characterized by being held.

It is absorbed by the sound absorbing material arranged in. Therefore, even if the face plate is present facing a space such as an office, it is possible to prevent the sound from being repeatedly reflected on the metal surface, and to reduce the noise level in the room.

It is possible to prevent the sound absorbing material from sliding down even if it is housed in the door, without adhering the sound absorbing material to the face plate. That is, when the sound absorbing material is sandwiched by the two face plates whose longitudinal cross sections are symmetrical, the sound absorbing material is constricted by the tip edge of the upward cut portion at the same height portion on both surfaces thereof and becomes constricted. Therefore, the sound absorbing material is
The constricted and reduced thickness portion and the enlarging and thickened portion are alternately continuous, which makes it difficult to slide downward. Therefore, the surface of the sound absorbing material is not hardened and deteriorated by the adhesive, and most of the sound absorbing material does not adhere to the face plate and the sound absorbing effect is not diminished.

Moreover, the face plate has its peripheral portion flush with the flat part of the louver, and the bulging part of the louver is projected to the inner surface side of the face plate. Can be not smooth. Moreover, since the ventilation hole of the louver is formed between the upward cut of the bulging portion that protrudes inward and the downward cut of the flat surface, the cut even if the face plate is integrally formed by pressing or the like. Does not turn to the outside. Therefore, even if clothes or the like of a person passing by opening the door are brought into sliding contact with the surface of the face plate, the clothes or the like will not be caught on the face plate and damaged. Further, with such a structure, even when the surface dirt of the face plate is wiped off with a cloth or the like, the cloth or the like is not caught and the cleaning operation can be smoothly and quickly performed. Further, if the louver is integrally formed on the face plate as described above, the above-mentioned peco phenomenon and propeller phenomenon can be alleviated. That is, if a three-dimensional louver is formed on the face plate, the rigidity of the face plate increases,
The sticking in the thickness direction is effectively suppressed. Further, since the difference in elongation between the central portion and the peripheral portion of the face plate is absorbed by the opening portion of the louver, the propeller phenomenon is alleviated.

Is adhered to both sides 63 of the. The louver 7 is integrally formed by press working on the inner portion 83 of the face plate 8 excluding the peripheral portion 81. The louver 7 is a three-dimensional one having a horizontally extending upward cut 71 protruding toward the inner surface 84 side of the face plate 8. The louver 7 has an inward bulging portion 72 and a flat surface portion 73 flush with the peripheral edge portion 82. Vent holes 74 facing downward are opened in multiple stages. The double-sided plate 8 has a symmetrical vertical cross section, as shown in FIG.

I am setting it up. The thickness W of the sound absorbing material 9 is set to be slightly larger than the distance L between the leading edge 71a of the upward cut 71 of the louver 7 in the double-sided plate 8. Therefore, the sound absorbing material 9 is sandwiched between the double-sided plates 8 with its surface pressed against the upward cut 71 of each louver 7. However, the sound absorbing material 9 wrapped in the cheesecloth 91 and the face plates 8 are not bonded.

とができる。Moreover, with such a structure, the leading edge 71a of each upward cut 71 of the louver 7 protruding toward the inner surface 84 side of the face plate 8.
Then, the gauze cloth 91 attached to the surface of the sound absorbing material 9 is caught.
Therefore, although the face plate 8 and the sound absorbing material 9 are not adhered by an adhesive or the like, the sound absorbing material 9 does not slide downward. That is, when the sound absorbing material 9 is sandwiched by the two face plates 8 whose longitudinal cross sections are symmetrical, the same height portions on both surfaces of the sound absorbing material 9 are pressed against the upward cut 71 and are constricted. Therefore, in the sound absorbing material 9, a portion where the thickness is reduced and the thickness is reduced and a portion where the thickness is increased and the thickness is increased are alternately continuous, and it is difficult to slide downward.
If the sound absorbing material is adhered to the face plate using an adhesive, the surface of the sound absorbing material is hardened or deteriorated to make it difficult to obtain a sufficient sound absorbing effect. However, as described above, the sound absorbing material 9 is adhered to the face plate 8. If it is not necessary, such an inconvenience is not caused, and not only the assembling work can be simplified, but also the sound absorbing performance can be improved, which is an excellent effect. Since the louver 7 has a three-dimensional structure, a space S communicating with the outside through the ventilation hole 74 is formed above the upward cut 71, and the space S is restrained by the adhesive or the like. The sound-absorbing material 9 which is not yet exposed. Therefore, also from this point, high sound absorbing performance can be expected.

Can be made. Moreover, the face plate 8 has its peripheral portion 82 and the flat surface portion 73 of the louver 7 flush with each other, and the bulging portion 72 of the louver 7 is projected to the inner surface side of the face plate 8. The surface of can be made smooth without protrusions or ridges. Moreover, since the ventilation hole 74 of the louver 7 is formed between the upward cut 71 of the bulging portion 72 protruding inward and the downward cut 75 of the flat portion 73, the face plate 8 is formed by pressing or the like.
Even if it is integrally molded, the cut end 75 does not face outward. Therefore, even if clothes or the like of a person passing by opening the door are brought into sliding contact with the surface of the face plate 8, the clothes or the like will not be caught on the face plate 8 and damaged. Further, with such a structure, even when the surface dirt of the face plate 8 is wiped off by a cloth or the like, the cloth or the like is not caught and the cleaning operation can be smoothly and quickly performed. Further, if the louver 7 is integrally formed on the face plate 8 as described above, the louver 7 also acts as a rib, and the rigidity of the face plate 8 is improved and it is effective that a peking phenomenon occurs. Can be prevented. Further, when the louver 7 is formed, the materials are separated from each other at the vent hole 74 portion of the louver 7,
Even if there is a difference in the elongation of the material between the peripheral edge portion 82 of the face plate 8 and the inner portion 83 thereof, the difference in the elongation is caused by the ventilation hole 7
Absorbed by the presence of 4. Therefore, the problem that the face plate 8 is deformed like a propeller can be eliminated.

The leading edge 171a of the upward cut 171 is sharpened. With this configuration, the cloth material 191 attached to the surface of the sound absorbing material 109 can be more easily caught by the upward cut 171. Therefore, it is possible to more reliably prevent the sound absorbing material 109 from sliding down. .

It is possible to effectively absorb the sound emitted in the space, and it is possible to effectively reduce the noise level in the space without difficulty. In particular, the sound absorbing material is held between the face plates so that it cannot slide down without using an adhesive, which simplifies the production and maximizes the performance of the sound absorbing material. A high sound absorbing effect can be obtained.

Moreover, since the projections and ridges do not project on the surface of the face plate and the cuts of the face plate material do not exist facing outward, it is possible that people or clothes running on the face plate will come into sliding contact. No matter what happens, clothes will not get caught on the face plate and get scratched. Therefore, it is suitable as a door through which a person passes in close proximity. Further, with such a structure, even when the surface dirt of the face plate is wiped off with a cloth or the like, the cloth or the like is not caught, and the cleaning operation can be performed smoothly and quickly. Since there are many opportunities for humans to touch the surface of a door,
It is required to maintain a clean state, and it is also a great effect that the efficiency of cleaning work can be measured.

Since the sound absorbing material attached thereto is sandwiched and held, it is possible to effectively prevent the sound absorbing material from slipping off without using an adhesive that reduces the sound absorbing effect. Therefore, even in a door where a shock is likely to be applied each time it is opened and closed, the position of the sound absorbing material does not shift, and a high sound absorbing effect can be exerted for a long period of time.
