It is bendable, and when the instrument window cleaning tool is on the outside and the free end side of the meter-reading mirror member is bent toward the base end of the telescopic rod body,
The edge of the instrument window cleaning tool on the joint member side is the corner for wiping the instrument window. When wiping the instrument window with the instrument window cleaning tool, strongly tighten the edge of the instrument window cleaning tool on the joint member side. It can be pressed against the window, and even when cleaning the instrument window with the base end of a long telescopic rod, it is possible to reliably wipe the necessary part and perform meter reading. Moreover, even if the dirt falling from the instrument window drops downward, there is no risk of falling on the meter-reading mirror, so even when a large number of meters are sequentially read, the meter-reading mirror is less dirty and does not hinder the meter-reading.
