(57) [Summary] [Purpose] To eliminate the unreasonableness and shorten the construction period of the excessive amount of steel frames in columns in steel-framed multistory frames. [Structure] The columns 1 for the upper floor and the columns 2 for the lower floor are erected separately from each other, and the beams and slabs 4 on the second floor are cut off without interfering with the columns 1 for the upper floor. As an installation, the upper and lower floors will be supported by a separate frame structure that will be treated as a one-story building, eliminating excessive steel frames and shortening the construction period by separate construction.

Further, since the entire length is designed to have the same cross section according to this dimension, the upper floor portion has an unnecessary amount of steel frames, resulting in an increase in cost. The present invention has been made in view of such problems of the conventional technology, and the purpose thereof is to reduce the amount of unnecessary steel frame while maintaining the performance function that must be fulfilled as a pillar. Therefore, it aims to provide a steel-framed multi-story structure that is economically finished.

為、工事工期の短縮につながる。[Operation] Since the upper and lower floor frames are offset from each other as separate frames, each frame is treated as a single-storey structure. Therefore, the columns for the upper floor need to support only the roof load, and the columns for the lower floor need to support only the beams and slab loads on the second floor, and each column does not need to have an increase in shearing force during an earthquake. Therefore, the amount of steel frame can be reduced. Moreover, since the upper floor and the lower floor can be separated, the construction period can be shortened.

In the above, the upper floor pillars 1, ... And the lower floor pillars 2 ,. The upper floor pillar 1 supports a roof 3, and the lower floor pillar 2 supports a beam / slab 4 on the second floor. The beam / slab 4 must not be connected to the upper floor pillar 1, and in the illustrated example, the beam / slab 4 is arranged inside the outer upper floor pillar 1 and Upper floor pillar 1
In the section, the slab is intentionally cut off to achieve edge cutting. An upper-floor frame A and a lower-floor frame B which are independent of each other are formed here, and both are treated as a one-story house. The burden on the columns 1 and 2 in such a frame is light, and the member cross section is small and the amount of steel is small. In addition, the upper and lower floors can be separated and can be completed in a short time.

(1) Both upper and lower floors will be treated as a single-storey structure, and the amount of steel frames will be smaller than in conventional multi-storey buildings, resulting in cost reduction. (2) If the upper part is constructed first, the lower floor can be constructed without being affected by the weather. Especially, it has great merit for the construction of the second floor, which requires a long construction period. (3) It will lead to shortening the overall construction period.
