[Prior art]

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, this type of loading / transporting apparatus includes a conveyor 14 for transporting a work from a previous process, a sensor 21 for monitoring a work 25 transported on the conveyor 14, as shown in FIG. It is located between the guide rod 20 having a flat inner surface for guiding the work 25 to be conveyed on the conveyor 14 without escaping laterally, and between the guide rod 20 and the alignment guide 15, and moves in the vertical direction. A plate-like shutter 19 that can be formed, an alignment guide 15 that is located at the end of the conveyor 14 and that is arranged close to the upper ends of the upper surface of the conveyor 14 and that is connected to an air cylinder that is driven up and down. A plate-shaped push-out plate 18 that can move between the alignment guide 15 and the conveyor 14 in the horizontal direction perpendicular to the conveying direction, and is located outside the rear end of the alignment guide 15 and fixed to the rear end of the push-out plate 18. A stopper 16, a plate-like workpiece loading tray can multiple stage housing was loading device for transporting stacked configured workpiece from the stocker 17 connected to the drive device can be driven in the vertical direction.

When the work 25 is loaded by the conventional loading device, as shown in FIG. 2, the work 25 conveyed on the conveyor 14 is first counted by the sensor 21 and guided by the guide rod 20. While being fed into the alignment guide 15. It is stopped by the stopper 16 attached to the push-out plate 18 and sequentially aligned in the alignment guide 15. When the sensor 21 counts a predetermined number, the shutter 19 is operated to descend so as to hold the work 25 so as to prevent the work 25 from being further fed to the alignment guide 15 side. At this time, the shutter 19 descends at a time difference calculated from the transport speed, assuming that the workpiece 25 is transported at a constant interval. The predetermined number of works 25 aligned in the alignment guide 15 are aligned by being pushed up by the alignment guide 15 and pushed laterally by the pushing plate 18 to the loading tray 22 on the stocker 17 which is set horizontally with the conveyor 14. Be loaded.

FIG. 3 is a top view for explaining a state in which the workpieces 25 aligned on the conveyor 14 are pushed out by the pushing plate 18 and the alignment of the workpieces 25 is disturbed when the conveyor 14 is continuously operated in the conventional stacking apparatus. is there. In the case of the conventional stacking apparatus, as shown in FIG. 3A, a predetermined number of pieces are aligned on the alignment guide 15, and the work 25 thereafter is stopped by the shutter 19 and transferred to the stack tray 22 by the pushing plate 18. Therefore, when the alignment guide 15 is lifted, the conveyor 14 continues to move, and as a result, the alignment of the work 25, which has been removed from the guide, is disturbed as shown in FIG. 3B. Therefore, in the conventional device, when a predetermined number of lines are aligned on the alignment guide 15 and the shutter 19 is lowered, the conveyor 14 has to be temporarily stopped and transferred to the stacking tray 22, which is inefficient. there were. In addition, there is a problem that the work 25 is damaged by the shutter 19 when the carrying speed or the carrying interval of the work 25 from the previous process is changed for some reason.

[Action]

When the work is conveyed and loaded by the loading device of the present invention, when the work is fully aligned in the alignment guide and the work is aligned up to the sensor position in front of the clamp, it is detected that the sensor is full and the clamp is operated. Since the work outside the alignment guide is dammed, even if the work transfer time or interval from the previous process is deviated, the work can be sorted by a certain amount without damage. Also, since the alignment guide can slide laterally, it can be transferred to the temporary placement table in the aligned state. By installing a temporary stand and moving the push-out plate to the lower side of the conveyor, loading on the loading tray and alignment in the alignment guide can be performed separately, so loading and alignment can be done without stopping the conveyor. Since the guides are also transferred by a short distance, they can be efficiently transferred and loaded in a short time.

As shown in FIG. 1, the stacking apparatus of the present invention aligns the works 25 continuously supplied from the previous process, and stacks a predetermined number of the works 25 on the stacking tray 13 in an aligned state, and It is a stacking device that stores the stacking trays 13 on which multiple sheets are stacked. A conveyor 1 for horizontally transferring the work 25 from the previous step is provided horizontally. Above the both side ends of the front part of the conveyor 1, a reference rod 2 having a flat inner surface is fixed in proximity to the conveyor 1. A sensor 12 for monitoring the work 25 on the conveyer 1 is arranged immediately before the alignment guide between the clamp 8 and the clamp 8 for temporarily mooring the work 25 behind the guide rod 2. Immediately after the sensor 12, it can move in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction, a drive device is attached to the back surface of the sensor 12, and the work 25 is temporarily moored by sandwiching the work 25 with the guide rod 2 on the opposite side. A clamp 8 is installed. At the rear part of the conveyor 1, the alignment guides made of two plates are fixed, approaching the upper ends of both sides. A plate-shaped stopper 5 is fixed to the end of the alignment guide 7 in the conveyance direction, and an alignment guide drive unit 6 for driving the conveyor 1 in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction perpendicular to the conveyance direction of the conveyor 1 is attached. Between the conveyor 1 and the stocker 11 for accommodating the stacking tray 13, a plate-shaped temporary placing table 9 having a flat upper surface is arranged. The temporary table 9 is connected to a vertical drive device so as to be movable in the vertical direction. Between the conveyor 1 and the pedestal of the conveyor, there is provided an extruding plate 10 composed of a plate having a flat surface in the conveying direction. A drive device for sliding the push-out plate 10 in a direction perpendicular to the carrying direction is connected to the rear surface. A plurality of stages for accommodating empty and mounted stacking trays 13 are provided on the opposite side of the conveyor of the temporary placing table 9, and a stocker 11 connected to a driving device that can move the whole vertically is provided.

With this loading apparatus, an example of loading a rectangular parallelepiped molded body work 25 on a flat loading tray 13 as shown in FIG. 1 will be described. The work 25 continuously fed from the previous step. Is fed into the alignment guide 7 by the conveyor 1, stopped by the stopper 5 attached to the end of the alignment guide 7, and stored while being aligned in the alignment guide 7. When fully aligned in the alignment guide 7, the work 25 is further aligned to the position of the sensor 12 in front of the clamp 8. When the work 25 reaches the position of the sensor 12, it is detected that the sensor 12 is aligned in the alignment guide 7 by a predetermined number, and as a result, the clamp 8 operates to stop the work 25 outside the alignment guide 7. Therefore, by using this apparatus, even if the time and interval for transferring the work from the previous step are deviated, the work can be sorted by a predetermined number without being damaged. Further, the works 25 aligned in the alignment guide 7 can be transferred to the temporary placement table 9 in the aligned state by sliding the alignment guide 7 in the lateral direction. When the alignment guide 7 moves to the temporary placing table 9, it moves up and returns to the original position on the conveyor, and the alignment can be started again. Since it is transferred while being placed in the alignment guide 7, it can be transferred without disturbing the aligned state without stopping the conveyor 1. Further, since the temporary placing table 9 which can move up and down is provided between the conveyor 1 and the loading tray 13, and the pushing plate 10 is provided on the lower side of the conveyor 1, loading on the loading tray 13 is performed by the alignment guide 7 This can be done while the alignment is being done within. Therefore, when using this device, the alignment guides can be transferred in a short distance, so that it can be processed in a short time, and it can be loaded in an aligned state without stopping the conveyor. I could have it.

[Effect of device]

According to the present invention, as described in the embodiment, when the work is conveyed and loaded, the work can be transferred without stopping the conveyer, and the processing contents of the work are divided into the transfer processing and the loading processing, so that the work can be transferred and loaded in a short time.
