Description of the Related Art For example, the surface inspection is important for products such as automobile outer panels where slight surface irregularities or wrinkles have a great influence on the product value. A surface inspection device using a retroreflective screen has been developed as a means for such surface inspection. According to this apparatus, the unevenness having a height of about 10 μm on the relatively flat surface can be optically emphasized, so that the existing position of the defect can be easily found and the defect can be quantitatively evaluated. . The basic structure of the surface inspection apparatus using the retro-reflection screen is as shown in FIG. 4, and the elements of the lamp 32 are arranged at relative positions so that the light of the lamp 32 hits the surface of the inspection object 33 and is reflected toward the retro-reflection screen 30. To be done. When the surface of the inspection object 33 is arranged between the retro-reflective screen 30 and the lamp 32, the lamp 32
Is reflected by the inspection object 33 toward the retro-reflective screen 30, this light is reflected by the retro-reflective screen 30 in the same direction as the incident optical axis, and is reflected again on the surface of the inspection object 33. It is captured by the camera 31 located at a position slightly distant from the lamp 32. In the image captured by the camera 31, the surface irregularities that cannot be seen with the naked eye are emphasized, and the position of the defect can be easily detected. In the surface inspection apparatus using the retroreflective screen outlined above, the surface of the inspection object 33 needs to have a certain level of gloss (surface roughness Ra = 0.05 μm or less). The glossiness is improved by applying a gloss-imparting liquid such as oil. FIG. 5 shows an outer plate 13 conveyed by a conveyor 6 from a press line 12 for manufacturing an outer plate of an automobile,
An example of a process of inspecting by the surface inspection device 10 using a retroreflective screen is shown, and the lamp 2, the camera 1, and the retroreflective screen 5 which are the components described above are provided, and the surface can be automatically inspected. Is configured. Since the surface of the pressed outer plate 13 has a low glossiness, it is difficult to make an inspection object as it is.
The gloss liquid is applied before it is conveyed to 0. That is, the rust preventive / cleaning oil is applied as a gloss liquid by the gloss liquid spraying device 8 arranged near the exit of the press line 12.

することを目的とする。The surface of the object to be inspected in the above-described surface inspection apparatus using the retroreflective screen is required to have a gloss of 70 or more, and a mirror surface that does not cause minute unevenness when the gloss liquid is applied. Need to be. In the above example, rust-prevention / cleaning oil is applied as a gloss liquid to the pressed steel sheet to obtain a certain degree of inspection suitability. However, a gloss-imparting agent that can improve the surface gloss ratio in a short time, the material of the inspection object It has been desired to develop a gloss-imparting agent suitable for such purposes. The present invention was developed to meet the above-mentioned demands, and an object of the present invention is to provide a gloss-imparting agent for a surface of an object to be inspected by a retroreflective screen that can obtain a required glossiness in a short time.

It was obtained by an experiment in which various liquids were applied to the surface of the object to be inspected to obtain a thin film surface and to immediately obtain the required surface glossiness. The specific values of the contact angle are measured by the droplet method with a direct reading contact angle meter at a working environment temperature of 20 ° C, and a smooth and good coating film is obtained when the contact angle with the surface to be inspected is 15 degrees or less. However, if the contact angle exceeds 15 degrees, cissing, crater, etc. occur and it becomes difficult to form a uniform coating film. In the physical properties of the gloss-imparting agent, when the surface tension is 40 Dyne / cm or more, cissing and craters occur on the film surface coated with the gloss-imparting agent, and a smooth mirror surface is not formed. Also, when the clay is 1.0 cps or less, when the gloss imparting agent is applied on the surface to be inspected, the liquid flows too much and it becomes difficult to form a mirror surface, and when the clay is 50 cps or more, the gloss imparting agent is applied. A pinhole is likely to occur on the film surface, and in order to prevent it, it takes time to increase the film thickness or to make it a mirror surface.
