ク杆7aの内側端を切換えフレーム4に対して軸支した軸
10を上記両本体フレーム1a,1bに設けた縦方向の案内長
孔11に夫々挿入し、また、上記切換えフレーム4の下端
中央部に、前後端に一文字形の作用杆12を夫々設けた軸
13を回動可能に挿通し、更に、一方の作用杆12と切換え

る垂直姿勢の2枚の本体フレーム(1a),(1b)を、上部中
央の軸(2)と、下部両側に設けた軸(3)とによって
所定の間隔が保持されるよう結合し、この両本体フレー
ム(1a),(1b)間にクレーンワイヤーに連結した上下スラ
イド可能な切換えフレーム(4)を上下動可能に設ける
とともに、この切換えフレーム(4)の中央部に縦方向
に長い案内長孔(5)を設け、この案内長孔(5)には
上記軸(2)を挿入せしめ、 また、上記切換えフレーム(4)の両面下部両側には、
内,外側に位置をずらして平行リンク機構(7)を構成
する上下のリンク杆(7a),(7b)の内側一端を夫々左右対
称的に軸支し、この両リンク杆(7a),(7b)の外側端に
は、フック部(8a)を対向的に設けたフック部材(8)の
上部に夫々軸支せしめ、上記リンク杆(7a)の中途部と、
上記軸(3)との間を連杆(9)によって接続されると
ともに、上記リンク杆(7a)の内側端を切換えフレーム
