The thermoplastic synthetic resin film between D is an unnecessary portion, and is manually removed by tweezers after the completion of molding. Therefore, although it is easy to remove a portion having a wide interval such as between the fusing blade portions E and F, it becomes difficult to remove the unnecessary film portion as the distance becomes narrower such as between the fusing blade portions C and D. When the width is 0.5 mm or narrower, it cannot be removed.
It is not possible to form thin wires of 5 mm or less between the molding parts. Therefore, the patches, stickers, etc. molded by the conventional method do not have a high-quality appearance in appearance, especially the thread pattern of the gold molding, etc. There was a flaw I couldn't understand.

Laminate thermoplastic synthetic resin film, from above the film,
A fusing blade portion having a sharp cutting edge along the outer contour line of the pattern,
Width 0.5 mm located slightly above the cutting edge surface of the outer contour line
The following pressing blades are provided, and high-frequency dielectric heating is performed by pressing with an engraving die having a pressing blade portion existing between adjacent blade portions at an interval corresponding to the size of each pattern formed by the molding, A thermoplastic synthetic resin that bulges the film meat corresponding to the bite of the blade part on both sides of each blade part to form a molded part of each pattern between each blade part and abuts on the pressing blade tip of each pressing blade part After thinning the film portion by melting, forming a narrow line-shaped fine groove with a width of 0.5 mm or less that allows the base material to be visually recognized between the molded portions of the individual patterns, the thermoplastic synthetic resin film outside the fusing blade portion is formed. The configuration is adopted to remove.

The film meat corresponding to the volume of the biting part flows into the space between the blade parts, slightly swells the thermoplastic synthetic resin film in the space part, and forms parts corresponding to the individual patterns formed by the molding on each blade. Form between parts.

Since the thermoplastic synthetic resin film in the pressed portion is pressed in a molten state, a part of it penetrates into the base material,
It becomes remarkably thin and becomes a fine linear groove with a width of 0.5 mm or less where the base material can be seen, which is located between the molding parts of the individual patterns.

Alternatively, the embroidery-shaped stitch pattern is trimmed in a state in which the decorative thread corresponding to each decorative thread is bulged, and the decorative thread corresponding to each decorative thread is trimmed in the color tone of the base material visually recognized in the narrow groove. It can be expressed as a state.

の成形方法。1. A thermoplastic synthetic resin film is laid on the upper surface of a base material, and a fusing blade portion having a sharp cutting edge along the outer contour line of a pattern and slightly above the cutting edge surface of the outer contour line from the film. It has a pressing blade tip with a width of 0.5 mm or less located above, and presses it with an engraving die having a pressing blade portion existing between adjacent blade portions at an interval corresponding to the size of each pattern formed by the molding. Performs high-frequency dielectric heating, swells the film meat corresponding to the bite of each blade on both sides of each blade to form a molded part of each pattern between each blade, and at the pressing edge of each pressing blade After melting the thermoplastic synthetic resin film portion that has come into contact with it to reduce the thickness, after forming fine line-shaped narrow grooves with a width of 0.5 mm or less that can visually recognize the base material between the molding portions of the individual patterns, the fusing blade portion Thermoplastic synthetic resin to remove outer thermoplastic film A method for forming emblems with a fat film.
