<Conventional technology and its problems> The core is formed by blowing sand into a mold for molding a core and firing this sand to mold the core. It was taken out from the inside, the core taken out was sent to the next process, and the mold was used again after cleaning the inside. However, the firing time is the most time-consuming in such a one-stroke cycle. Compared to this firing time, the other sand blowing and cleaning operations are shorter, and the imbalance in the required time for each of these operations Was hindering the smooth progress of the. In other words, if you blow sand and enter the firing process, you cannot do anything, you just have to wait. Further, the equipment cost of the sand blowing device and the take-out device is high, and the low operating rate of these devices also increases the manufacturing cost of the core as a product.

<Operation> While the die mounted on the trolley is being conveyed by the trolley on the traveling road, it is sequentially sent to the sand blowing step and then to the firing step. In this firing process, the length of the traveling road is set longer because the time required for firing is longer than other traveling processes, and when the firing is completed and finished while circulating with other trucks on the traveling road at a constant speed. The process of taking out the core is reached. Therefore, the sand blowing device and the take-out device can be continuously operated, and the core can be efficiently manufactured.

Further, the trolley 40 and the trolley 42 are provided so as to be continuous with the floor trolley 32 and the trolley 36, respectively, on the traverser carriage 28, and the trolley 40 and the trolley 42 are provided with a cable 44 provided on the side of the traverser 24. It is possible to connect and supply power to the trolley 10 on the traverser trolley 28. Therefore, during the firing process, the trolley
Upon receiving electricity from 32, the die 12 is heated by the heater. However, from the standpoint of preventing mold cooling, the heater may be energized if necessary in the mold cleaning process, sand blowing process, or traverser 24, in which case not only the trolley 32 on the firing process side but also other Trolley on the way
Power is also supplied from the 32 and the trolley 40 on the traverser truck 28.
The control and the like are performed by the on-board control device 35 received via the control signal trolley 36 or 42. In the above embodiment, the trolley is used to supply power to the carriage, but the power supply method is not limited to this.

As described above, according to the core molding machine 2 of the present invention, a plurality of carriages 10 are arranged in advance on the traveling path 6, and the mold 12 of the core to be molded is mounted on the carriage 10. If placed, the sand is blown into the mold 10 at the sand blowing station 22, and if the sand is blown, the sand is sent onto the traverser carriage 28 of the traverser 24. Trolley

The hydraulic cylinders 26 of the

It leaves the traverser truck 28 and is placed on the sideways 6a. Trolley
When 10 is placed on the lateral traveling path 6a, the traverser 24 contracts the hydraulic cylinder 26 to return it to the original position, and waits for the next truck 10. Then, when the next trolley 10 is placed, the trolley 10 is sent to the lateral traveling path 6a on the opposite side like the trolley 10 described above. On the other hand, the carriage 10 sent to the firing process is fired as it progresses to the right in the figure in sequence, reaches the traverser 24 at the right end, and is transported to the front side traverse path 6a by the traverser 24, The firing of the core is completed by the time it is conveyed to the core take-out place 16 provided in the lateral traveling path 6a. The core that has been fired is taken out at the core take-out station 16 and conveyed to another process from here, while the die 12 is cleaned inside the die cleaning station 18, and if it is to be exchanged, it is a die exchange station. Replace with another mold 12 at 20, and if there is no need for replacement, sand blower 22
Sand is blown in and the process as described above is followed to burn the core. Therefore, the carriage 10 can be sequentially fed at a constant speed to perform mold cleaning and sand blowing work, and even if mold cleaning and sand blowing work are continuously performed in this way, the firing process is set to be long. As a result, it is possible to secure a sufficient firing time, and it is possible to perform work with different required times at a constant speed on the circulating traveling path 6. Even if the required time is short, there is no waiting state. Therefore, core molding can be efficiently performed.

<Effects of the Invention> As described above, according to the present invention, the core molding machine is provided with a pair of running paths parallel to each other, and traversers for connecting the running paths are provided at both ends of these running rails. On one side of the road, a device for taking out the core, for exchanging molds, and for blowing sand is arranged, and on the other side of the running road, a device for performing a baking process of the die is arranged, and a truck is mounted on the running road. Since multiple cores are provided so that the core molding die is attached to these carriages to circulate on the traveling path and the traverser, a series of operations with different working times such as a blowing stroke and a firing stroke are performed. The cores can be molded efficiently because the steps can be performed continuously in the process and no process waiting for work occurs. Furthermore, if the entire core molding machine is made rectangular, it is possible to effectively utilize the inside of the factory without requiring a lot of space.
