However, even if the ladle is tilted at a constant speed, the tilt angle depends on the ladle shape. Therefore, the molten metal cannot be supplied in a constant and static flow state, and the molten metal remaining in the ladle adheres as a metal oxide film and mixes in at the next pouring. There was a problem.

In addition, since the injection portion for introducing the molten metal into the pipe body is formed at a position higher than the molten metal overflow position in the outflow portion at the rear upper end of the pipe body, the molten metal is formed by the so-called communication pipe principle. It flows out in an overflow state from the outflow part. Therefore, according to the device of the present invention, if the hot water supply from the inlet is constant, the pouring from the outflow portion can always be performed by a static flow at a constant flow rate, and the disturbance of the molten metal in the conventional pouring process can be performed. The flow can be prevented. This also means that the pouring conditions can be made constant at the same time, and the pouring conditions can be easily set.
