により駆動機構19が駆動制御されリング供給杆7bが
矢示方向に移動して、前部の円弧状弾性リング8がリン
グ供給ガイド17aの前端から満巻枠2cの側板2b内
に繰り出され、この円弧状弾性リング8は、吸着パツト
(図示省略)等で満巻枠2cの巻取線1aの終端部1b
外周に嵌合、弾着され(図3C参照)、円弧状弾性リン
グ8の弾着によりその終端部1bが仮り止めされそのバ
ラケが効果的に防止される。この第2実施例による巻取
線1aの終端部1bの仮止は、基本的に図1,2に示し
