Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 この考案は瓦固定金具に関し詳しくは軒先部において瓦
を固定する瓦固定金具に関する。
〔従来の技術〕
従来、屋根軒先部における瓦の固定手段として、第３図
（イ），（ロ）に示すように瓦Ａの接続段部Ａ′に固定
金具B1，B2を用いて瓦先端部を固定し、瓦の飛散等を防
止することが行なわれる。
〔従来技術の問題点〕
ところで、上記固定金具B1，B2は共に瓦Ａにきわめて近
接した位置に打ち付け固定されるため、固定時に瓦を同
時に打ち据えてしまって破損させることがある欠点があ
った。
〔考案が解決しようとする課題〕
この考案は上記問題に鑑み、軒先瓦の打ち付け固定が瓦
の破損のおそれなく、しかも確実に行なえる瓦固定金具
を提供することを目的としてなされたものである。
〔課題を解決するに至った技術〕
即ち、この考案の瓦固定金具は基面に密着する基板部の
一端がＶ字状に折り返されて折り返し片とされ、該折り
返し片の先端が上方に凸となるよう湾曲され、前記折り
返し片と前記基板部とに同一見透し線上に位置するよう
に釘孔が穿設されて成ることを特徴とするものである。
〔実施例〕
次にこの考案の実施例を説明する。
第１図はこの考案の実施例の斜視図、第２図は実施例の
使用状態を示す断面図である。
この考案の瓦固定金具１は基面２（第２図）に密着する
基板部３の一端がＶ字状に折り返されて折り返し片４と
され、この折り返し片４の先端５が上方に凸となるよう
湾曲成形されて成り、このＶ字状折り返し片４と基板部
３とに同一見透し線６上に位置するように釘孔7,8が穿
設されて構成されている。
上記において、基板部３及び折り返し片４は帯状の薄金
属板の折曲により成形され、表面には腐蝕防止用コーテ
ィング、例えばクロムメッキ、あるいは防蝕塗装などが
施されている。
〔作用〕
この考案の瓦固定金具１により瓦Ａを固定する場合、第
２図に示すように瓦固定金具１を配置し、斜め方向（矢
印Ｘ）より釘９を打ち込んで固定する。
このとき、釘９の打ち込みにより折り返し片４が瓦Ａを
押さえる方向に押さえられ、湾曲する先端５によって瓦
Ａは固定される。
そして、固定時は折り返し片４の弾性変形により確実に
瓦Ａは固定され、また、釘打込時は、上記弾性により衝
撃が緩和される。さらに釘は斜め方向に打ち込まれるの
で直接瓦Ａを打ち据えてしまう危険もない。
〔効果〕
この考案は以上説明したように釘を斜め方向に打ち込む
構成としたので瓦破損の危険が少なく、また、金具の弾
性を利用して確実に瓦が止着されるなどの効果を有し、
構造も至って簡単で安価に製造出来るなど種々の実用的
効果を有する。

第１図はこの考案の実施例の斜視図、第２図は実施例の
使用状態を示す要部断面図、第３図（イ），（ロ）は従
来例の要部断面図である。

  1. 【請求項１】基面に密着する基板部の一端がＶ字状に折
    り返されて折り返し片とされ、該折り返し片の先端が上
    方に凸となるよう湾曲され、前記折り返し片と前記基板
    部とに同一見透し線上に位置するように釘孔が穿設され
    て成ることを特徴とする瓦固定金具。
