ている。(B) Conventional technology In the manufacture of conventional electrolytic capacitor tab terminals, the head is pressed using an upper die and an aluminum rod is pressed between the upper and lower dies to flatten and roll at the same time or the upper and lower dies of the press. Since the part protruding to the outside of the upper and lower molds is cut by the cutting blade by using the return of the spring, the push-cut is made from one of the upper and lower sides to the other. For this reason, the cutting surface of the aluminum plate of the head portion is a clean cutting surface at the portion where the cutting blade is inserted, but the cutting end portion is a type that is pushed or broken off, and is jagged (first (Shown). Therefore, the aluminum foil may be damaged when the head is fixed to the aluminum foil and encapsulated, and the product becomes a defective product at that time, so that a clean finish of the cut surface is required.

(特願昭58-172789)。For the improvement, the present applicant cuts the head aluminum plate from the upper and lower surfaces at the same time and cuts the last cut part by advancing one cutting blade to eliminate a part that is broken and becomes jagged. The head has an undamaged cutting surface, and the roll forming of the head aluminum plate and cutting of the protruding part are performed in one stroke of the press, making the manufacturing process simple and the manufacturing equipment simple. We are proposing a manufacturing device for electrolytic capacitor tab terminals, which is also inexpensive to manufacture (Japanese Patent Application No. 58-172789).

Problems to be solved However, in this case, the upper and lower cutting blades are configured separately, and their movements are also different, but since one of them is further advanced, its installation position adjustment and timing adjustment are extremely delicate, Installation is a difficult task. For this reason, the die conversion is a difficult business that consumes time and labor, and considering the current situation that the die conversion is frequently performed according to the type of the tab terminal, the loss of work efficiency is extremely large.

The purpose of this is to propose an efficient tab terminal manufacturing device that can perform die replacement without being bothered by the installation position and timing adjustment of the cutting blade. It is formed in the same shape as the head and is installed facing each other, and at least one male mold is engaged with the drive mechanism, while two cutters provided on the side faces of the male upper mold to the male lower mold are appropriately spaced apart from each other. It is characterized in that a sheet of cutting blade is formed and the cutter is connected to the drive mechanism.

Reference numeral 4 denotes a male lower type, which may be fixed to the support base 5 so as to be vertically adjustable or slidably supported, and the lower end thereof may be pressed by a cam or the like via the support base 5. The width and length of the tip surfaces of the male molds 1 and 4 are formed so as to correspond to the size of the head portion 6a of the tab terminal 6. Numerals 7 and 7 are female-type cutters, and sharp blades 7a and 7b are formed at respective tips thereof at appropriate intervals in the vertical direction, and the tips are opposed to both sides of the male upper die 1 and the male lower die 4, respectively. Install it. The cutters 7 and 7 are attached to the movable table 8 with bolts 9 and 9 by aligning the through holes 11 and 10 provided therein. In the above description, the male mold and the female mold are separately formed on the upper and lower sides, but it is needless to say that the male mold and the female mold may be placed on a plane to be left and right molds. A push rod 12 is pivotally supported by a pivot plate 13 fixed to the descending table 2, a lower end is placed on the movable table 8, and an upper end is pivotally supported by the connecting rod 17. The connecting rod 17 is connected to the airframe through the spring 16 or is connected to a cam. This cam may be provided separately from the cam used when the male upper die 1 is cam-operated, but timing adjustment is necessary. Reference numeral 18 is a spring, which is installed on the lower surface of the movable table 8 or the upper surface of the stopper 19.

The raw material obtained by welding the CP wire 6b to the aluminum rod is placed on the male lower die 4 or between the male upper die 1 and the lowering of the press or The male upper mold 1 is lowered by the operation of a cam or the like, and the male lower mold 4 is raised as necessary. By this operation, the aluminum bar is flattened between the male upper and lower molds 1 and 4. Superior type 1
Simultaneously with the lowering of the lower end of the push rod 12, one end of the pushing rod 12 is pressed down by the lowering of the pivot support plate 13 provided on the lowering stand 2, and the movable plate 8 linked to the tip of the pushing rod 12 is lowered against the spring 16. While sandwiching the aluminum rod between the male mold 1 and the male mold 4, the cutter 7,
7 slides on the male die 1 and descends so that the lower end of the male die 1 and the upper end of the male lower die 4 sandwich the aluminum rod between the upper and lower blades 7a and 7b of the cutter 7. (Fig. 3, 2). When the male mold 1 further descends, the aluminum rod is rolled between the male upper and lower molds 1 and 4 to be flattened and a protruding portion is formed.
The cutters 7, 7 descend there, and hit the protruding flash 6c. This hit is performed by the sharp blades 7a and 7b, and a more beautiful cut surface is cut into the flash portion 6c. Immediately before the completion of the cutting, the movable table 8 descends while pressing the spring 18, hits the stopper 19, and is prevented from further descending (FIG. 3). Therefore, the cut from above is also completed.
When the movable table 8 reaches the lowering point, the male mold 1 starts to move up. At this time, the repulsive force of the spring 16 pulled by the push rod 12 through the connecting rod 17 and the repulsive force of the spring 18 that is pressed down by the push rod 12 onto the movable table 8 are lower than the downward pressure on the movable table 8. As a result, the movable table 8 rises sharply. Alternatively, the pressure on the movable table 8 may be reduced by lowering the connecting rod 17 in the direction of lowering it via a cam or the like. Then, the blades 7b and 7b of the cutters 7 and 7 are shaped so as to jump up from below, the remaining portion is cut off, and the flash 6c is cut off (FIG. 3 and FIG. 4). This flash 6c
Is held between the upper and lower blades 7a and 7b (FIG. 3), and is blown in a predetermined direction by the air blown into it to be collected. For this reason, the burrs part 6c is cut in from above and below,
There is no blade section formed after the sheared surface, and nobody part. The initial cut is preferably made from 1/2 to 2/3 from the top of the head 6a of the tab terminal 6, but the cut from the upper and lower sides may be near the center of the side surface.

用効果著大である。According to the present invention as described above, the male upper mold and the male lower mold are formed in the same shape as the tab terminal head and are installed opposite to each other, and at least one male mold is engaged with the drive mechanism. Since the one cutter provided on the side surface of the male type or the male type has two cutting blades formed at appropriate intervals, and the cutter and the drive mechanism are connected to each other, aluminum is used. Since the plate cuts only the last remaining surface of the plate from both the upper and lower sides with one blade, there is no sagging during cutting, and the sheared surface is formed extremely neatly. Of course, the cutting is performed in one stroke per process such as pressing, the manufacturing time is shortened, the manufacturing cost is low, and the manufacturing apparatus is easy. In addition, the female molds that make up the cutter are integrally formed on the top and bottom, and the left and right molds can be installed and fixed on the same table, and their attachment and adjustment are easy, and die replacement is extremely easy. I was able to completely eliminate the difficulty of. However, the burr is retained between the upper and lower blades, and it can be blown away by air etc. separately from the product, and it is possible to prevent accidents caused by being mixed with the product and causing damage.
