As described above, the present invention uses peanuts as a raw material for natto so that it is different from the traditional Japanese-flavored natto such as adzuki beans, green beans, and soybeans, and is a completely new western-flavored natto. Although it is the same as before, it tastes aroma unique to peanuts, making it very interesting natto.

In addition, peanuts are astringent because they are harder to penetrate the sweetness because they are harder than conventional red beans, green beans, and beans, but as a result of various studies, the penetration process of honey is not only once but also several times. By repeating it, you can bring out the mellow sweetness that is unique to Amanatto, and if you remove it with baking soda, you can take advantage of the peculiar taste of peanut without astringency, and you can use various peanuts like conventional ones. It is a completely new kind of peanut amanatto, which is different from the one used as a mixture with confectionery, and is also a confectionery mainly composed of peanuts, which is different from the one eaten by directly seasoning peanuts.
