This kind of contact switchgear generally has a problem that the contacts are welded by an arc generated at the time of making and breaking. For this reason, a high melting point W, Sn based on Ag as the contact material
O 2 In 2 O 3 , SnO 2 BiO 5, etc. are dispersed to improve arc resistance by increasing the melting point, or mechanically using the deflection of the leaf spring as seen in hinge type relays, for example. There has been one in which the contacts are slid (wiping) and at the same time a cleaning effect is obtained. However, the former has the drawback that the contact resistance increases and the temperature rise increases,
The latter has not yet been a sufficient measure against welding in terms of wiping amount and wiping force.

Therefore, an invention has been submitted that realizes both welding resistance and reduction of contact resistance by a structure in which an arc is generated at the arc contact using a high melting point arc contact and a low resistance conductive contact (for example, Japanese Patent Application No. No. 60-12832, No. 48-21138, No. 49-114430). However, since both of the contacts are movable members, this product has manufacturing defects such as an increase in the number of parts and an increase in accuracy of parts.

According to this invention, the second member supported by the elastic spring
By driving the intermediate part of the contactor of the above with the drive means, it is possible to perform an operation in which the arm contacts are inserted first and cut off afterwards, so it is necessary to make both contacts rotatable as in the conventional case. In addition, since the spring and the second contactor are integrally formed by extending the leaf spring, the number of parts can be significantly reduced, the number of assembling steps can be reduced, and the cost can be reduced, and the connecting portion can be provided. In the case of preventing temperature rise due to increase in resistance, and further improving reliability as a device because there is no connecting portion, since the support structure of the contactor is extremely simple and easy to manufacture because it is supported by the spring, Moreover, component precision is not required. Further, both the welding resistance performance and the contact resistance stability performance can be improved. Further, by forming the second contactor with a leaf spring, the contact bounce of the arc contact can be reduced and the life can be improved as compared with the conventional example. That is, since the bent portion is formed along the side edge of the second contact and the notch is formed in the portion with which the driving means is engaged, the rigidity of the leaf spring can be increased and the contact pressure can be increased. Contact bounce can be reduced.

Embodiment An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. That is, in FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 is a first contactor that is fixed to the base 2 and becomes a solid side, and two contacts, that is, an arc contact 3a made of a high melting point material (for example, AgW, AgWC, etc.) and a low contact. Conductive contacts 3b made of a resistance material (for example, Ag, AgCdO, etc.) are arranged side by side so that the arc contacts 3a are located on the tip end side to form the fixed contacts 3. The first contactor 1 is bent at an intermediate position between the arc contact 3a and the conductive contact 3b so that the tip end side thereof is closer to the second contactor 4 described later at a predetermined angle θ1. Also, the first
The fixed contact terminal 1a is formed by extending the base end side of the contact 1. Reference numeral 4 denotes a second contact, which is formed of a leaf spring, and in the embodiment, bends the bent portion 4a along both side edges in order to make the leaf spring rigid, and further, the middle of the bent portion 4a. The intermediate portion of the second contactor 4 has elasticity and a notch portion 4b for engaging with a driving means 7 described later is formed. An arc contact 5a made of the same material as that of the fixed contact 3 of the first contact 1 is provided at the tip of the second contact 4 at a position facing the arc contact 3a and faces the conductive contact 3b. A conductive contact 5b made of the same low resistance material is provided at a position, and the movable contact 5 is constituted by the arc contact 5a and the conductive contact 5b. The second contactor 4 is bent at the intermediate position between the arc contact 5a and the conductive contact 5b such that the tip side is away from the first contactor 1 at a predetermined angle θ2, and the predetermined angle θ2 is It is desirable to be equal to or smaller than the angle θ1, and these angles θ1 and θ2 are the fixed contact 3 and the movable contact 5 when the first contact 1 and the second contact 4 are not bent.
When the angle formed by the first contactor 1 and the second contactor 4 immediately after the first contact is θ3, θ1 + θ2≈2θ
It is desirable to set it to 3. The intermediate portion of the second contactor 4, that is, the notch portion 4b, is engaged with the engaging recess 6a of the card 6 of the driving means 7 for driving the second contactor 4. Therefore, the card 6 regulates all positions from the opening of the second contactor 4 to the stable contact.

When the second contactor 4 is driven by the card 6 of the driving means 7, the base end portion 9 of the second contactor 4 is moved from the open state to the contact state of the arc contacts 3a and 5a. After rotating to the center and reaching the contact state of the arc contacts 3a and 5a, the arc contacts 3a and 5a rotate about the contact point, and when the rotating operation is completed, the conductive contacts 3b and 5b are arranged to contact each other. Specifically, the same leaf spring is extended from the base end portion 9 of the second contactor 4, and is bent or bent in a W shape to form an expandable and contractable spring 8. The end of 8 is fixed to the base 10 fixed to the base 2, and the spring 8 also serves as an electric path. By integrally forming the second contactor 4 and the spring 8 in this way, the number of parts can be further reduced. Therefore, the second contactor 4 is in a position in which the second contactor 4 is normally opened by the spring 8, that is, when the card 6 is not driven, and the second contactor 4 is in a separated state by the extension force of the spring 8, and when driven by the card 6,
It will compress the spring 8 and the spring force accumulated thereby acts as a contact pressure.

(Operation) FIG. 1 shows a separated state. In order to bring this state into the contact state, the card 6 presses and drives the intermediate portion of the second contactor 4. Therefore, the second contactor 4 rotates around the base end portion 9 side, and eventually the arc contacts 3a and 5a come into contact with each other as shown in FIG. 2 (closed state). Further, the driven second contact 4 is rotated about the contact point between the arc contacts 3a and 5a, and the spring 8 is compressed. Meanwhile, the conductive contacts 3b,
The gap between 5b also decreases, and the conductive contacts 3b and 5b contact each other immediately before the maximum displacement position of the card 6. Then, at the maximum displacement position of the card 6, as shown in FIG.
The a and 5a are separated from each other, and only the conductive contacts 3b and 5b are in contact with each other. At this time, the notch 4b in the middle of the second contact 4 is also elastically deformed, and at that time, the conductive contact 3
b and 5b slide (wiping) together and contribute to contact pressure.

Conversely, when returning from the contact state to the open state, see Fig. 3 → 2
It operates in the order of FIG. That is, when the card 6 starts to return from the stable contact state, the second contactor 4 first causes the conductive contacts 3b and 5b by the restoring force of the card 6, the restoring force of the cutout portion 4b and the stretching force of the spring 8. The gap between the arc contacts 3a and 5a gradually decreases by rotating around their contact points, and eventually the arc contacts 3a and 5a come into contact with each other. After that, as shown in FIG. 2, the arc contacts 3a, 5a are rotated about the contact points thereof, and the arc contacts 3a, 5a are also separated (interrupted state) to return to the open state of FIG.

As it is clear from this operation, the closing that the arc occurs,
The arc contacts 3a and 5a function at the time of interruption, and the conductive contacts 3b and 5b function at the time of stable contact, respectively, so that both the welding resistance performance and the contact resistance stability performance can be improved. Further, the second contactor 4 engages with the driving means 7 at its intermediate portion and has a spring 8 capable of expanding and contracting at the base end 9 side thereof, so that both contactors are rotated as in the conventional case. It is possible to reduce the number of parts drastically without needing to enable it, to reduce the cost because the assembly man-hours can be saved, and to prevent the temperature rise due to the increase of resistance when there is a connection part, and because there is no connection part, it is a device Of course, the electric wire connecting the second contact 4 and the base 10 is not required,
The supporting structure of the contactor 4 is extremely simple, and the accuracy of parts is not required. When the contacts are closed, the spring 8
Acts on the second contactor 4 so as to mitigate the impact, and reduces impact noise.

Furthermore, since the second contactor 4 is formed of a leaf spring, not only the number of parts can be reduced, but also the contact bounce when the arc contact 5a is closed can be reduced. That is, to explain using the equivalent model of the contactor of FIGS. 4 and 5, the second contactor 4 in both FIGS.
The contacts 11a and 11b corresponding to are rigid,
The contactor 11a in the figure is a large conductor having a large thickness like the conventional contactor, and the contactor 11b in FIG. 5 is as thin as the leaf spring of this embodiment. And 12
a and 12b are movable contacts, 13a and 13b are fixed contacts,
4a and 14b are springs corresponding to the spring 8, and 15a and 15b.
Is a card, 16a and 16b are stoppers, and 11c is a spring due to elastic deformation of the leaf spring in the notch 4b of the second contactor 4. Now, in these figures, when the cards 15a and 15b are driven in the direction of the arrow, the contact 1
1a and 11b rotate around stoppers 16a and 16b, respectively, and movable contacts 12a and 12b move to fixed contacts 13a and 13b.
13b and the contact 11 due to the collision at the time of contact
A repulsive force in the direction BF acts on a and 11b. This repulsive force causes contact bounce, but the repulsive force is the card 15
It becomes a couple around the engaging portions of a and 15b. by the way,
In order to reduce the contact bounce, it is necessary to reduce the energy of collision (when the speed is the same). For that purpose, the movable contacts 12a and 12b and the contacts 11a and 1 are used.
It can be seen that it is necessary to reduce the mass or the moment of inertia of 1b. Therefore, when comparing FIGS. 4 and 5, it can be seen that the contact bounce can be reduced because the mass in FIG. 5 is smaller. Also, the contacts 11a, 11
Even if the rigidity of b is the same, since the middle portion of the second contactor 4 has elasticity, that is, the spring 11c due to the cutout portion 4b, the spring constant of the vibration system is increased to increase the natural frequency, and as a result, the time of contact bounce is increased. Can be shortened.

This contact bounce causes a bounce arc between the arc contacts, and even if a high-melting material is used, the contacts will gradually wear out and consumable powder scatters over time, but eventually the arc contacts The life of the contact is reached when the contact of the arc contact and the contact of the conductive contact occur at the same time due to the consumption of. Therefore, it can be seen that the contact bounce greatly affects the wear of the arc contact, but the life can be improved by reducing the contact bounce as in the embodiment.

According to this invention, the second member supported by the elastic spring
By driving the middle part of the contact of the above, the arc contacts can be put in and cut off later, so it is necessary to make both contacts rotatable as in the conventional case. This has the effect of reducing contact bounce.
