(Means for Solving the Problems) When simultaneously enclosing a vertically long rod-shaped or plate-shaped food product and an oxygen scavenger in a bag, an electromagnet is provided on one side so as to sandwich the lower end of the bag in a vertical state. Also, a pair of swinging arms are arranged facing each other, after opening the bag mouth, the oxygen scavenger is first introduced, the electromagnet is excited to close the swinging arm, and when the swinging arm is opened next, the above oxygen scavenger is removed by the electromagnet. It is characterized in that after the product is adsorbed and held to the back side in the lower part of the bag through the bag, the food product is introduced and the excitation of the electromagnet is stopped afterwards.

(Example) FIGS. 1A and 1B show the feeding action of the oxygen scavenger 1, and FIG.
Is a bag, and is held in a suspended state by a chuck means (not shown). Reference numerals 3a and 3b denote a pair of rocking arms arranged so as to sandwich the lower end of the bag 2 in a certain length range, and one end of the rocking arm (3a in the illustrated example) has an electromagnet 4 at the tip thereof. Is installed. Reference numeral 5 is a hopper for feeding an oxygen scavenger.

In the figure, A is the swing arm 3a prior to loading the article 7,
3B shows a state in which the oxygen absorber 1 is released, and the oxygen scavenger 1 is adsorbed by the electromagnet 4 on the side of the swing arm 3a and adsorbed and held on the back surface side below the inside of the bag 2. B is a state in which the article 7 is loaded in this state, and C is a swing arm 3a, 3 after loading.
In the state where b escapes from the bag 2, the excitation of the electromagnet is stopped. At this time (when the swing arm 3a escapes),
Since the oxygen scavenger 1 has already been charged and has been pushed to the lower back surface side position in the bag 2, it does not move freely.

In addition, in the next sealing process, in addition to this, the bag gripping chuck pulls to the left and right before sealing to close the bag mouth to reduce the air volume in the bag, and further press the air to further reduce the air volume. When the bag mouth is sealed, the oxygen scavenger works to further reduce the pressure inside the bag due to the oxidation phenomenon, and the oxygen scavenger between the food product and the bag is easily moved by being pushed from the outside by the atmosphere. There is nothing to do.

In the above description, the method of controlling the excitation of the electromagnet is omitted, but it may be replaced with a permanent magnet. In this embodiment, the article 7
The charging hopper 6 is slightly tilted so that the charging is well distributed on the side opposite to the position where the oxygen scavenger is located (see FIG. 2).

(Effects of the Invention) The present invention is configured as described above, and the oxygen absorber 1 is introduced into the bag prior to the introduction of the article, and the oxygen absorber 1 is adsorbed from the outside of the bag by using the electromagnet, thereby the inside of the bag. The oxygen absorber 1 is held only in a specific portion of the lower part, and then the article is put therein. As shown in FIG. 3, the oxygen absorber 1 is always kept in the lower part of the bag 2 even after the article 7 is put therein. Will be placed at a specific location.

The position where the oxygen absorber 1 is disposed in the lower part of the bag is on the back side of the bag 2 so that the product handling description, the manufacturing date, the manufacturer's name, etc. are printed. The reason for this is that the printed characters can have a shielding effect for the oxygen absorber, and since the portion is generally an opaque portion, it is excellent in that the oxygen absorber 1 becomes difficult to see from the outside of the bag. is there. In addition, if there is a picture pattern portion, it may be freely arranged to be arranged at that portion.

According to the present invention, the oxygen scavenger is located at the same location in each bag, and since it is difficult to see from the outside of the bag, the product value is improved as compared with the conventional cluttered product. It becomes.
