(Operation) When the original fabric roll is transferred onto the original fabric support portion, the movable table is moved forward in the original fabric roll direction by the movable table drive means while the unraveling roller is rotationally driven in a predetermined direction. To move. After the defusing roller first contacts the surface of the original roll, as a result of the controller controlling the movable table driving means, the movable table reciprocates in a small stroke and rotates. The roller will come into contact with the surface of the original roll several times intermittently.

That is, the rotating defibrating roller is repeatedly brought into contact with the surface of the drawn end portion of the cloth body on the surface of the original fabric roll a plurality of times. Therefore, if the driving torque of the motor for driving the defibrating roller is small and the defibrating roller is continuously brought into contact with the surface of the original fabric roll, the defusing roller will stop. In this case, even if the amount of pulling out of the cloth due to the contact of the disentangling roller with the surface of the original fabric roll once is small, the disintegrating roller intermittently contacts the surface of the original fabric roll multiple times. By making contact with each other, the end of the fabric body can be reliably pulled out from the surface of the original fabric by the required length. In other words, the movable table may be reciprocally moved in a small stroke until the end of the cloth is reliably pulled out, and its length can be determined by the elapsed time or the number of reciprocations of the movable table.

As shown in FIG. 4, the timing belt 19 of the transmission system that drives the unraveling roller 13 is configured to be tensioned by the tension pulley 28. This tension pulley 28 is the drive side timing pulley 1
Timing belt 19 is pulled by the rotation of 7
In the unloaded state in which the defibrating roller 13 driven is axially supported by the movable arm 30 which is biased in the direction of the arrow 29 (a spring is not shown) so as to be pressed against Then, as shown in the drawing, the movable arm 30 moves in the direction of the arrow 29 and the tension pulley 28 tensions the timing belt 19. However, as shown in FIG. When pressure is applied and a load is applied, the timing belt 19 on the side pulled by the driving timing pulley 17 linearly tensions and pushes the tension pulley 28 outward, so that the movable arm 30 resists the urging force. Since it moves in the 31 direction, the arrow 3 of the movable arm 30 serves as a detector for detecting that the unrolling roller 13 is pressed against the original roll 4. It is provided a limit switch LSW for detecting a movement in the direction. In the illustrated example, the tension pulley 2 is driven by the actuator of the limit switch LSW.
The movable arm 30 that pivotally supports 8 is also used.

As shown in FIG. 7, the cloth 4a is formed on the surface of the original roll 4.
The detected mark 34 is attached in advance at a position spaced apart from the free end of the. As shown in FIG. 8, the original fabric roll 4 is moved between the pair of belt conveyors 9A and 9B of the original fabric support portion 3 in a direction in which the cloth 4a can be pulled out from the lower side of the original fabric roll 4 by the belt conveyor 9B. List. At the time of this transfer,
As described above, since the original roll 4 rolls on the belt conveyor 9A which has fallen down, the end of the cloth body 4a may be disturbed. Therefore, after the transfer of the original fabric roll 4 is completed, the belt conveyors 9A and 9B are reversely driven for a certain period of time to rotate the original fabric roll 4 in the cloth winding direction. However, when a reflection type photoelectric switch 35 disposed below the belt conveyors 9A and 9B detects the mark 34 on the surface of the original roll after a certain period of time, the belt conveyors 9A and 9B are detected.
Stop the reverse drive of. At this time, the detected end is positioned so that the free end of the cloth body 4a of the original roll 4 is at a position that is a proper distance above the position facing the defusing roller 13 in the defibrating device 10 as shown in the figure. The attachment position of the mark 34 is determined.

When the transfer of the original fabric roll 4 to the original fabric support portion 3 and the positioning of the cloth end portion are completed as described above, the unraveling start command 32 is given to the controller 33. The controller 33 is programmed to perform the control shown in the flowchart of FIG. 9 by the unwinding start command 32.
That is, the motor M1 is driven to rotationally drive the unraveling roller 13 in a predetermined direction, and the motor M2 is driven to rotate both toothed wheels 24a and 24b through the drive shaft 22 in the movable table advancing and descending direction. Driven. Fixed chain 23
When the toothed wheels 24a and 24b that engage with the a and 23b rotate, the movable table 12 moves forward and downward along the guide rail 11, but the torsion coil spring 25 is wound by the rotation of the drive shaft 22. .

As shown in FIG. 5, the disassembling roller 13 is the original fabric roll 4
When the braking force is applied to the unwinding roller 13 by contacting the surface of the movable roller 30, the movable arm 30 pivotally supporting the tension pulley 28 is moved in the direction of the arrow 31 by the tension of the timing belt 19 as described above. The limit switch LSW is turned on. This limit switch LS
When the W is turned on, the motor M2 is stopped and the drive shaft 2
Since 2 is switched to the free state, the driving shaft 22 and the two tooth mechanisms 24a and 24b are rotationally driven in the opposite direction (moving table retracting and ascending direction) by the biasing force of the twisted coil spring 25 that has been wound.

By repeating the above-mentioned action, the movable table 12 repeats the backward ascending movement and the forward descending movement with a small stroke after the disassembling roller 13 first comes into contact with the surface of the original fabric roll 4. The unrolling roller 13 that is rotationally driven to contact the surface of the original roll 4 intermittently. Due to the intermittent contact action of the unraveling roller 13 with respect to the surface of the original fabric roll 4, the free end of the cloth body 4a wound around the surface of the original fabric roll 4 as shown by the broken line in FIG. The rotating force of the reaction roller 13 is intermittently received and fed downward, and finally peeled off from the position facing the reaction roller 13 and transferred onto the belt conveyor 9B. That is, the reaction reaction is completed.

The movable table 12 is moved backward to the upper limit position. The backward movement of the movable table 12 to the upper limit position can be performed only by the urging force of the coiled torsion coil spring 25, but the motor M2 is reversely driven to drive the drive shaft 22 and the toothed wheels 24a, 24a. 24b is forcibly reversed to move the movable table 12
It is also possible to forcibly retreat to the upper limit position.

The method of reciprocally moving the movable table 12 with a small stroke so as to bring the solution-resolving roller 13 into contact with the surface of the original fabric roll intermittently a plurality of times is not limited to the method of the above embodiment. For example, without using the torsion coil spring 25, the toothed wheels 24a and 24b may be repeatedly driven in the forward and reverse directions by the motor M2. Further, a sensor for detecting the surface of the original roll 4 in contact or non-contact when the unraveling roller 13 contacts the surface of the original roll 4 is provided, and the movable table 12 is moved based on the detection signal of this sensor. It is also possible to switch to backward and upward movement. However, in the case of the configuration of the above-described embodiment, it is easy to switch the resolving roller 13 to the backward ascending movement after pressing it firmly against the surface of the original fabric roll 4 with certainty.

(Effects of the Invention) According to the unraveling device of the present invention as described above, as long as the original fabric roll is transferred onto the original fabric support part in a predetermined state, the original fabric roll does not require any manpower. The end of the cloth can be pulled out from the machine, and the efficiency of the unraveling work can be improved and rationalized.

In particular, in the device of the present invention, it is possible to utilize a small and light motor having a small torque as a motor for driving the unraveling roller, and even if it is a pile cloth having a large friction between the cloth weight and the weight portion. The edge of the fabric body can be reliably pulled out within a relatively short time, and there is almost no risk of undeflecting.
