It is provided at the position

The protrusion 21 is for being combined with the concave portion of the holder 7 for positioning, and the connector insertion hole 20 is formed in a rectangular shape at the periphery thereof, and the connector 15 is inserted therein. That is, the lead wire of the coil 6 can be drawn out from the connector insertion hole 20.

Description of Plunger Operation--See FIG. 9 FIG. 9 is an explanatory diagram of the operation of the plunger. FIG. 9A shows a state in which there is no coil exciting current, and FIG. 9B shows a state in which the coil is excited. .

-1: When using the plunger, with the holder 7 fixed to the device, an electric current is intermittently applied to the coil 6 to excite it (excitation with a pulse). If the exciting current does not flow through the coil 6, the repulsive force of the first magnet 9 and the second magnet 10 causes a return state (state of FIG. 9A).

In this case, the movable portion moves in the direction of the arrow N in the figure, and the stopper portion 16 is in a state of abutting against the convex portion 19 of the lid 11. -2: When an exciting current is passed through the coil 6, the iron core 4 is attracted to the tip portion (magnetic pole portion) of the second yoke 3, and the movable portion moves in the direction of arrow M in the drawing (state of FIG. 9B). At this time, the iron core 4 hits the second yoke 3. However, there is a gap between the magnet mounting plate 8 and the first magnet 9 provided on the coil bobbin 5, and the two do not collide.

-3: When the exciting current of the coil 6 disappears again, the repulsive force between the first magnet 9 and the second magnet 10 causes the movable portion to move in the direction of the arrow N shown in FIG. 9A. Return to the state.

At this time, the movable portion moves to the return position (state of FIG. 9A), and the stopper portion 16 collides with the convex portion 19 of the lid 11. This collision causes the movable part to bounce. -4: By repeating the above operation, the shaft 1 alternately moves in the directions indicated by the arrows M and N in the figure. That is, the shaft 1 reciprocates (vibrates) in the directions of arrows M and N with a constant stroke to determine the length of the yarn.

In this case, for example, the moving distance (stroke) of the shaft 1 is 3 mm, and the number of times of repetition (frequency) is 1000 times / minute.

【0023】[0023]

[Problems to be solved by the device]

The conventional device as described above has the following problems. (1) When the movable portion moves to a predetermined return position, the stopper portion 16 of the movable portion collides with the convex portion 19 of the lid 11. This collision causes the movable part to bounce.

Therefore, abnormal vibration is generated in the shaft, and the accuracy of the plunger operation is reduced. (2) Abnormal vibration occurs on the shaft at the time of collision, so when it is used for the feeder (thread feed mechanism) of the automatic loom and the thread feed is fixed to a certain length, the operation becomes unstable. .

The present invention solves such a conventional problem and prevents the movable part from bouncing when stopping the movable part at a predetermined return position to improve the operation accuracy of the plunger. , The purpose is to enable stable operation.

【0026】[0026]

[Means for Solving the Problems]

FIG. 1 is a diagram for explaining the principle of the present invention. In FIG. 1, the same parts as those in FIGS. 7 to 9 are designated by the same reference numerals. Further, 23 is a damper holding claw, 24 is a damper metal plate, and 25 is a damper rubber (elastic body for damper).

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention has the following configuration. (1) The holder 7, the yokes 2 and 3 provided on one side of the holder 7, the lid 11 provided on the other side of the holder 7, the coil bobbin 5 provided inside the yokes 2 and 3, and the coil bobbin 5 It comprises a coil 6 wound around the shaft, and a movable part integrating the shaft 1 and the iron core 4, and the iron core 4 is driven by intermittent excitation of the coil 6 to reciprocate the shaft 1 at a constant stroke. In a feeder plunger for an automatic loom to be operated, a stopper part 16 for stopping the movable part at a predetermined return position is provided at a part of the movable part, and an elastic body for damper is provided on the lid 11. (Damper rubber 25), a damper including a damper metal plate 24 placed on the damper rubber 25 is provided, and the damper metal plate 24 constituting the damper and the stopper portion 16 are arranged to face each other, and the movable portion is Predetermined return When moved to location, the stopper portion 16, by impinging on the damper metal plate 24, the movement of the movable portion is stopped, and was to suppress the bounce de of the movable portion.

【0028】[0028]

[Action]

The operation of the present invention based on the above configuration will be described with reference to FIG. When a plunger is used, with the holder 7 fixed to the device, a current is intermittently applied to the coil 6 to excite it (excitation with a pulse). In this case, if the exciting current does not flow through the coil 6, the repulsive force (back tension) of the first magnet 9 and the second magnet 10 causes a return state.

At this time, the movable portion moves in the direction of the arrow N in the figure, and stops with the stopper portion 16 of the movable portion abutting the damper metal plate 24 of the damper provided on the lid 11. When an exciting current is passed through the coil 6, the iron core 4 is attracted to the tip portion (magnetic pole portion) of the second yoke 3, and the movable portion moves in the direction of arrow M in the figure. Then, the iron core 4 hits the second yoke 3. At this time, there is a gap between the first and second magnets 9 and 10, and both do not collide (non-contact).

When the exciting current of the coil 6 disappears from this state, the movable part moves in the direction of the arrow N in the figure due to the repulsive force (back tension) between the first magnet 9 and the second magnet 10. Then, the shaft 1 returns to a predetermined return position.

At this time, the stopper portion 16 of the movable portion collides with the damper metal plate 24 of the damper. The energy at the time of collision is generated by the damper metal plate 24 and the damper made of the damper elastic body (damper rubber 25). Be absorbed.

Therefore, when the stopper portion 16 and the damper metal plate 24 collide, the movable portion hardly bounces and immediately stops. By repeating the above operation, the shaft 1 alternately moves in the directions of arrows M and N in the drawing. That is, the shaft 1 reciprocates (vibrates) in the directions of arrows M and N with a constant stroke to determine the length of the yarn.

As described above, when the movable portion is stopped at the predetermined return position, the movable portion is prevented from bouncing, the operation accuracy of the plunger is improved, and stable operation is enabled. Become.

The first yoke 2 is provided with a flange 12 on the periphery thereof, and the flange 12 is configured to be attached to the holder 7.

Further, a hole is formed in the central portion of the first yoke 2 (on the side opposite to the flange 12 and on the upper side in the drawing), and the shaft 1 is inserted into this hole. Further, the first yoke 2 is integrally provided with a second yoke 3, and the first and second yokes 2 and 3 form a magnetic path. In this case, the end portion of the second yoke 3 is arranged so as to face the iron core 4.

-2: A hollow portion 13 is formed in the central portion of the holder 7, and a ring-shaped groove (described later) is provided in a part of the coil bobbin 5 facing the inside of the hollow portion 13. A first magnet (ring-shaped permanent magnet) 9 is attached in the groove.

Further, a lid 11 is covered on the lower side of the holder 7, and the lid 11 and the holder 7 are attached with attachment screws (not shown). -3: The shaft 1, the iron core 4, and the magnet mounting plate 8 are integrated to form a movable portion, and the magnet mounting plate 8 has a second magnet (a ring-shaped permanent magnet) 10. Is attached (attached to the surface facing the first magnet 9).

In this case, a stopper portion 16 is integrally provided on the magnet mounting plate 8 (provided on the surface opposite to the mounting surface of the second magnet 10), and the stopper portion 16 is provided on the lid 11 It is positioned so as to collide with the damper metal plate 24 of the damper provided on the.

The stopper portion 16 may be manufactured separately from the magnet mounting plate 8 and fixed to the magnet mounting plate 8 to be integrated. However, a part of the magnet mounting plate 8 may be used as the stopper portion 16. May be used as

-4: The damper includes a damper metal plate 24 and a damper rubber 25 (elastic body for damper), and is housed in the damper housing recess of the lid 11 (detailed structure will be described later).

In this case, the damper rubber 25 is placed on the lower side, the damper metal plate 24 is placed on the damper rubber 25, and the damper holding plate 23 holds the damper metal plate 24 so as not to project outside. Then, when the movable part (the shaft 1, the iron core 4, the magnet mounting plate 8, etc.) moves in the direction of the arrow N and returns to the predetermined return position, the stopper part 16 causes the damper metal plate 24 to move. Is positioned to collide with.

-5: For the first and second magnets 9 and 10, for example, samarium-cobalt type magnets are used, and they are attached so that their opposing surfaces have the same polarity. In this case, the ferrite magnet has a demagnetizing effect and is practically unusable.

-6: The iron core 4 is integrated with the shaft 1 and the magnet mounting plate 8, and is configured to be movable in the directions of arrows M and N in the drawing. In this case, as in the above-mentioned conventional example, the iron core 4 and the tip of the second yoke 3 abut, but the magnet mounting plate 8 and the first magnet 9 do not abut. Therefore, the first and second magnets 9 and 10 do not come into contact with each other.

Then, one flange 5-3 is formed to be thicker than the other flange 5-2, the terminal block 5-4 is provided on this flange 5-3, and a groove 5-5 (ring) for attaching a magnet is formed. Groove).

The first magnet (ring-shaped magnet) 9 (see FIG. 2) is fixed in the magnet mounting groove 5-5. The terminal block 5-4 is integrally formed with the collar 5-3 (for example, integrally molded with resin), and the terminal 26 is provided therein. In this case, the outer periphery of the terminal block 5-4 is formed in a square shape to facilitate positioning on the holder 7.

An end of the coil 6 (see FIG. 2) wound around the coil bobbin 5 is connected to one end of the terminal 26, and the other end of the terminal 26 is used for pulling out to the outside. : Description of Holder-See Fig. 4 The structure of the holder is shown in Fig. 4. The holder 7 is made of resin, for example, and has a hollow portion 13 formed in the center thereof. In addition, a part of the periphery of the hollow portion 13 is provided with a through hole 27 for inserting the terminal block 5-4 and the connector (see the conventional example). The through hole 27 and the hollow portion It is formed so as to connect with 13.

The through hole 27 has a rectangular periphery, and when the terminal block 5-4 is inserted, the terminal block 5-4 is positioned at the corner and fixed at a predetermined position. It is like this.

Description of Lid: See FIG. 5 The configuration of the lid is shown in FIG. 5A is a plan view of the lid, and FIG. 5B is a sectional view taken along line XY of FIG. 5A.

The lid 11 is a lid that covers the holder 7, and is made of resin, for example. A hole 18 for inserting the shaft 1 is provided in the central portion of the lid 11, and a damper accommodating recess 29 for accommodating the damper is provided in the peripheral portion thereof.

A plurality of damper holding claws 23 (three in this example) are provided in the damper housing recess 29, and the dampers are held by the damper holding claws 23. The protrusion 21 is for positioning by being combined with the concave portion 28 of the holder 7.

Description of Damper: See FIG. 6 FIG. 6 shows a configuration diagram of the damper. FIG. 6A is a structural diagram (plan view, cross-sectional view) of a damper metal plate that constitutes the damper, FIG. 6B is a structural diagram (plan view, cross-sectional view) of the damper rubber that constitutes the tamper, and FIG. It is a figure (cross section).

-1: Description of Configuration of Damper The damper is composed of a damper metal plate 24 and a damper rubber 25. The damper metal plate 24 and the damper rubber 25 are used in an overlapping manner.

The damper metal plate 24 is formed, for example, by punching a brass plate into a ring shape, and the outer dimensions thereof are such that they can be stored and ejected inside the plurality of damper holding claws 23. To do.

Although any metal plate can be used as the damper metal plate 24, when a magnet is used to give back tension to the movable part as in this embodiment, If a non-magnetic metal is not used, the operation will be adversely affected. Therefore, in this embodiment, the damper metal plate 24 made of a non-magnetic material is used.

The damper rubber 25 is formed by punching a plate-shaped body made of, for example, butyl rubber (IIR) into a ring shape, and the outer dimensions thereof are substantially the same as or slightly smaller than those of the damper metal plate 24. Make dimensions. It should be noted that a hole is formed in the central portions of the damper metal plate 24 and the damper gum 25, and this hole is a hole provided to allow the shaft 1 to pass therethrough.

As shown in FIG. 6C, the damper described above is used by being housed in the damper housing recess 29 (see FIG. 5) of the lid 11. In order to store the damper, first, the damper rubber 25 is put under the damper housing recess 29, and the damper metal plate 24 is placed thereon. Then, the damper metal plate 24 and the damper rubber 25 are held by the damper holding claws 23 so as not to come out.

In this case, the height of the damper holding claw 23 is set so that the damper metal plate 24 and the damper rubber 25 are not pressed by the damper holding claw 23. That is, the damper holding claw 23 holds the damper so as not to come out, and does not press the damper metal plate 24 and the damper rubber 25.

-2: Reason for configuring the damper as described above and description of the function of the damper The reason for configuring the damper as described above and the function of the damper are as follows. The stopper portion 16 provided on the movable portion is made of, for example, resin and is relatively hard. On the other hand, if only an elastic body such as rubber is used for the damper that collides with the stopper portion 16, when the stopper portion 16 collides, the elastic body deforms and the movable portion vibrates. It will not stop at the predetermined position.

Further, if only a hard material such as a resin plate or a metal plate is used for the damper, when the stopper portion 16 collides, the movable portion bounces as in the conventional example and the damper Does not function.

Therefore, the present embodiment is configured as described above. That is, a damper metal plate 24 that is hard and heavy (needs a predetermined weight) and a damper rubber (butyl rubber in this example) 25 that is an elastic body and that can effectively absorb vibration energy are combined to form a damper. The stopper 16 is made to collide with the metal plate 24.

In this case, the damper metal plate 24 and the damper rubber (butyl rubber in this example) 25 have different natural frequencies and vibration modes. Therefore, at the time of collision, these do not resonate, cancel each other's vibrations, and effectively absorb the energy at the time of collision.

As a result, when the stopper portion 16 of the movable portion collides with the damper, the movable portion does not bound and immediately stops at a predetermined position. The above points have been confirmed by experiments.

Description of Operation of Embodiment—Refer to FIG. 2 The operation of the plunger of this embodiment is as follows. Hereinafter, description will be given with reference to FIG.

−1: When the plunger is used, with the holder 7 fixed to the device, an electric current is intermittently applied to the coil 6 to excite it (excitation with a pulse). When the exciting current is not flowing through the coil 6, the first magnet 9 and the second magnet 10 are in a returning state due to the repulsive force (back tension).

In this case, the movable portion moves in the direction of arrow N in FIG. 2, and the stopper 16 of the movable portion stops while abutting against the damper metal plate 24. -2: When an exciting current is passed through the coil 6, the iron core 4 is attracted to the tip portion (magnetic pole portion) of the second yoke 3, and the movable portion moves in the direction of arrow M in FIG.

At this time, the iron core 4 abuts on the end portion of the second yoke 3. However, there is a gap between the magnet mounting plate 8 and the first magnet 9 provided on the coil bobbin 5, and they do not collide with each other. Therefore, at this time, the first magnet 9 and the second magnet 10 do not collide.

-3: When the exciting current of the coil 6 disappears from this state, the movable portion is moved to the arrow N in FIG. 2 by the repulsive force (back tension) between the first magnet 9 and the second magnet 10. And returns to a predetermined return position.

At this time, the stopper 16 of the movable part collides with the damper metal plate 24. The energy at the time of this collision is absorbed by the damper, and the moving part stops almost without bouncing.

-4: By repeating the above operation, the shaft 1 alternately moves in the directions of the arrows M and N. That is, the shaft 1 reciprocates (vibrates) in the directions of the arrows M 1 and N 2 with a constant stroke to determine the length of the yarn.

In this case, for example, the moving distance (stroke) of the shaft 1 is 3 mm, and the number of times of repetition (frequency) is 1000 times / minute. (Other Embodiments) The embodiments have been described above, but the present invention can also be implemented as follows.

(1) The damper can be applied to a plunger having a structure different from that of the above embodiment. (2) The damper metal plate and the damper rubber are not limited to the ring shape and may have any shape. For example, a rectangular shape is also applicable.

(3) As the damper rubber, an elastic body other than butyl rubber can also be used. (4), the damper metal plate can be made of metal other than brass. However, if a magnet is used for the back tension of the moving part, it is better to use a non-magnetic material so as not to adversely affect the operation of the plunger.

(5) The thickness and shape of the damper metal plate and the damper rubber should be set to optimal values in consideration of the weight of the movable part, the speed at impact (related to kinetic energy), etc. Good.

(6) The first and second magnets in the above embodiment are not limited to samarium-cobalt magnets, but other similar magnets can be used. However, ferrite magnets cannot be used because they have a demagnetizing effect.

(7) The plunger of the present invention is applicable not only to the feeder of the automatic loom but also to other uses. For example, the shaft of the plunger can be used as an actuator for various instruments or devices.

[Effect of device]

As described above, the present invention has the following effects. (1) Since the lid is provided with a damper, it is possible to prevent a bound when stopping the movable part at the return position. Therefore, the operation accuracy of the plunger can be improved and stable operation can be performed.

(2) Since the bouncing of the movable part can be prevented, when the yarn is fed to the feeder of the automatic loom (the yarn feeding mechanism) and the yarn feeding is fixed to a certain length, the operation is stable.
