That is, the uneven shape on the surface of the snow layer changes depending on the selection of the flexible mat into which compressed air is introduced, and it requires a technique for the selection and it is structurally difficult to obtain the desired uneven shape. Further, a device for introducing compressed air or cold air into the void of the flexible mat and a device for introducing water into the water chamber are required, resulting in high equipment cost. Also, the flexible mat itself is expensive. Furthermore, there is a problem that replacement of the flexible mat and maintenance work are difficult to perform, and a lot of work time is required.

If the uneven surface is to be formed, the sloping ground itself must be formed into a predetermined uneven shape. Therefore, the uneven shape must be specified, and the uneven surface must be formed by on-site construction. Further, since a cooling pipe is embedded in the frozen soil and a canopy is provided in order to prevent the frozen soil from being thawed, there is a problem that the facility cost becomes large and it is difficult to easily change the shape once constructed. .

Very unsatisfactory. Further, it is difficult to form the downhill surface unevenly because of the structure. In addition, the sphere and the ski that contacts it are easily damaged, and replacement of the sphere is practically difficult. Further, there is a problem that the downhill substrate itself in which a large number of spheres are arranged is expensive.

By laminating the artificial snow-like material on the downhill with a uniform thickness, the uneven surface having the above-mentioned shape is formed on the surface of the artificial snow-like material. The artificial snow-like material is cooled by a cooling coil embedded in it. On the other hand, when a special water-absorbing polymer containing water adhering to and / or adsorbing water is used as the artificial snow-like material, the polymer is evenly dispersed on the floor mat unit and cooled by a cooling coil. A thick frozen layer can be formed. By changing the shape of the concavo-convex surface of the floor mat unit and changing the arrangement, it is possible to obtain an arbitrary and various concavo-convex gliding surface. In addition, since the laminated thickness of the artificial snow-like material can be made uniform, there is no partial snow melting or the like due to the uneven thickness, and snow quality management can be easily performed. Furthermore, since the artificial snow-like material is a granular polymer, it can be easily ground. In addition, since the floor mat unit is a portable one and is brought to the site by a truck, etc., the time required for the slope construction work can be shortened. Moreover, its maintenance is easy. Further, the floor panel unit is made of a heat insulating material and can be easily manufactured. In addition, the coating process is relatively easy.

First, an outline of the overall structure of this embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. The floor mat unit 1 having the uneven surface 6 formed on its surface is made of a flat heat insulating plate, and has a width of 2 [m],
The width is 4 [m] and the thickness is about 100 [mm]. The concavo-convex surface 6 is formed by a curve having arbitrary peaks and valleys. The curve shape is experimentally and empirically determined. The coating process is performed on the uneven surface 6. In this embodiment, the coating layer 2 made of polyethylene is formed.
An artificial snow-like material 5 is laminated on the coating layer 2.
The layer thickness t of the artificial snow-like material 5 is formed uniformly. In this embodiment, a special water-absorbing polymer containing water is used as the artificial snow-like material 5. As the special water-absorbent polymer, for example, a spherical body of a cross-linked acrylate polymer having an extremely small diameter (0.02 mm to 0.5 mm) is used. The special water-absorbent polymer is formed by spraying a gelled mixture of water on the coating layer 2 and adhering it to the coating layer 2. The cooling coil 3 is embedded in the artificial snow-like material 5, and the cooling coil 3 is connected to the coolant supply source 4. The coolant supply source 4 supplies a coolant into the cooling coil 3 to cool the inside of the cooling pipe 4. As the refrigerant, for example, brine such as ethylene glycol is used. The cooling coil 3 is kept at a low temperature by the freezing circulation and cools the artificial snow-like material 5. Since the artificial snow-like material 5 has a uniform layer thickness, it is uniformly cooled by the cooling coil 3. Further, as the cooling coil 3, for example, an ice mat system used in an ice skating rink or the like is adopted as an example.

Thus, the artificial snow-like material 5 is frozen, and the artificial snow-like material 5 applicable to downhill can be formed. In addition, as described above, the floor panel unit 1
Since it is formed from a light weight flat plate-shaped heat insulating member of about 2 [m] × 4 [m] × 100 [mm], it can be transported to the field by a truck or the like. In addition, by stacking them with the peaks and valleys reversed, a substantially flat box-like shape is obtained, which is not bulky in terms of transportation and is unlikely to cause load collapse. Furthermore, the floor panel unit 1 can be manufactured by using a large number of resin molds having the same shape.

In this case, the floor panel units 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, etc. which come into contact with each other are different in the shape of the uneven surface. Thereby, a slope structure having a more complicated downhill surface can be obtained.

う優れた効果も有る。According to the present invention, the following remarkable effects are obtained. (1) By changing the shape of the uneven surface of the floor panel unit and the method of arranging the uneven surface, a desired downhill surface can be easily formed. (2) The slope can be formed relatively easily and in a short time because the slope can be formed by laying the floor panel unit and laminating the artificial snow-like material to a substantially uniform thickness. Can be done. (3) The artificial snow-like material can be frozen in a desired snow quality by the cooling coil embedded therein. (4) The floor panel unit is lightweight and has excellent portability,
Moreover, it can be mass-produced and can be formed at low cost. (5) The artificial snow-like material of the structure of the present invention is mainly composed of organic particulate matter, so that it is less likely to be compacted like conventional artificial snow, and adheres to each other with a small amount of ice on the surface of the particulate matter. The power required for shaving is much smaller than the required characteristics, and it is easily performed. Therefore, the downslope surface can be easily leveled and corrected in a short time. (6) Since the artificial snow-like material is uniformly laminated and no partial change in the snow quality occurs, the snow quality can be easily managed. (7) The shape of the existing slope structure can be changed by replacing the floor panel unit. Further, since the floor panel unit can be easily replaced, maintenance can be easily performed. (8) Since the floor panel unit is made of a heat insulating material and subjected to waterproof coating, heat transfer and water absorption are prevented, and the snow quality of the artificial snow-like material is accurately controlled. In particular,
The slope, which uses fine particles of ice on the surface and uses polymer particles with voids inside, maintains elasticity, so unlike conventional artificial snow layers, it also has the excellent effect of giving the skier the feeling of fresh snow for a long time.
