(D) Means for Solving Problems In the present invention, raw seaweed before being made as raw material or dry seaweed after being made as a raw material is seasoned by adding salt, spices, taste components, etc. Is heated by immersing it in a heating oil of a predetermined temperature as a heat medium, and at the first stage, a slight depressurization, and at the next stage, a two-stage depressurization by a strong depressurization to evaporate and dehydrate the water in the raw material, and then continue. It is intended to provide an oil temperature dehydration treatment method for seaweed, which comprises deoiling the raw material under a reduced pressure condition.

(E) Operation In the present invention, raw seaweed before papermaking or dry seaweed after papermaking is heated with heating oil as a heating medium under a two-step depressurization condition to evaporate and dehydrate water in the raw material, Then, dewatering is performed under reduced pressure to completely dehydrate and dry the raw seaweed, and a thin oil film is formed on the surface of the dried seaweed to prevent moisture absorption after the treatment and The retention property is improved. Note that deoiling under reduced pressure conditions is performed so that excess heated oil does not remain in the raw material after dehydration treatment, and deoiling under reduced pressure conditions differs from deoiling under normal pressure. When the pressure is returned to normal pressure, the deoiling treatment is performed before the heated oil is pressed into the raw material structure by the atmospheric pressure, so that the deoiling efficiency is high and the oil content of the product is low.

(F) Effect According to the present invention, raw seaweed or dry seaweed as a raw material is dehydrated and dried by heating heated oil as a heating medium under a two-step depressurization condition, and subsequently deoiled under a depressurized condition. This has the effect of improving the preservability of seaweed and enabling long-term storage.

(G) Example To describe the example of the present invention in detail, about 900 Kg of single oil or mixed oil of animal oil, vegetable oil, animal and vegetable oils and fats was put into a cooker of about 4.5 m 3 to 60 to 120 ° C. After heating, add the seaweed raw material collected from the fishing ground to this heating oil.
After putting about 250 kg and immersing it, the cooker is closed. Next, the inside of the cooker is stirred while the heating oil is kept at a predetermined temperature of 60 to 120 ° C., and the inside of the cooker is further depressurized.

Such decompression treatment is performed at an initial stage of about 30 after immersion in the raw material heating oil.
About a minute, dehydration treatment is carried out for about 60 minutes under mild vacuum conditions where proteins and the like in the raw materials are easily thermally coagulated, that is, under reduced pressure of 10-20 mHg, and then under vacuum conditions of reduced pressure of 740-750 mmHg for about 60 minutes. And dehydration to a water content of about 3 to 6%.

Heat decoupling and stabilization of nutrients such as water-soluble proteins and carbohydrates in the raw material are carried out under mild decompression conditions of g.
In the next step, the runoff of various nutrients and taste components and the decomposition of vitamins due to the evaporation of water under reduced pressure with a strength of 740 to 750 mmHg are prevented.

Further, the reduced pressure condition of 740 to 750 mmHg promotes the evaporation of water in the raw material structure, completes the dehydration treatment of the raw material at a relatively low temperature in a short time, and loses various nutrients in combination with the two-step reduced pressure. Are prevented.

Next, the raw material dehydrated as described above is continuously subjected to a deoiling treatment while maintaining a reduced pressure state. In the same dehydration treatment, when the raw material is immersed in heating oil, the raw material is finely meshed beforehand. It is carried out by, for example, a method of removing the heating oil in the cooker after it is housed in a manufacturing basket and immersed in heating oil and the dehydration treatment is completed.

Thus, the dehydrated and deoiled raw material is taken out from the cooker as a product and, if necessary, subjected to processing such as crushing or compression to be in the form of powder or lump, and is used for food or feed.

For dried seaweed, dried seaweed seasoned with salt, spices, seasonings, etc. is dehydrated under two-step depressurization conditions using heated oil as a heating medium, just like raw seaweed, and then deoiled under depressurized conditions. Although the treatment is performed, the dehydration treatment is completed more quickly than in the case of raw seaweed because the water content of dry seaweed is low.

If it is necessary to further reduce the oil content in the product, after removing it from the cooker, the residual oil in the product may be dissolved and extracted with an organic solvent such as normal hexane to perform a complete deoiling process. It is possible.
