Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は積雪地における融雪屋根に係るものである。
〔従来の技術及び考案が解決しようとする課題〕
融雪屋根には屋根板の下面にヒーター板を配設したり、
温湯パイプを配管したりして屋根上の積雪を融雪してい
る。
この場合積雪下面が常に加熱されている屋根板に接触す
ることが望ましい。
屋根上と積雪下面との間に空隙が生ずると融雪効率が低
下することになる。
また、金属製屋根の場合、雪が滑動落下しないように雪
止桟を峯と平行に横設しているが、この雪止桟はアング
ル材を使用する為一方の板面が屋根面と平行になり、こ
の平行板面が積雪を支承するから一層空洞化現象による
空隙が生じ易い。
本考案はこの空隙が生じないように常に積雪下面が加熱
されている金属製屋根板に接触するようにした融雪屋根
を提案するものである。
〔課題を解決するための手段〕
添付図面を参照して詳述すると次の通りである。
金属製屋根板１の下面に融雪用加熱装置２を設置した屋
根ａ上に峯と平行に雪止桟３を横設し、この雪止桟３上
に峯から軒にかけて適当間隔を置いて平行に雪切り桟４
を板面を垂直方向にして並列に縦設したことを特徴とす
る融雪屋根に係るものである。
〔作用〕
一般に雪止桟３は瓦棒５に止着した止着具６の上に横設
される。
従って、雪止桟３の上に縦設される雪切り桟４は屋根面
より数糎以上も離れた稍高い位置に架設される。
而して雪切り桟４の板面は垂直方向に設けられるから積
雪はこの並設された雪切り桟４により上下方向に切断さ
れることになり、その為常に積雪下面は金属製屋根板１
に接触して効率良く融雪されることになる。
〔実施例〕
図面は温水循環タイプの融雪用加熱装置２を図示したも
ので、符号７はボイラー、８は制御部、９はポンプ、10
は配湯部、11は配湯パネルである。
〔考案の効果〕
本考案は上述のように構成したから金属製屋根板と積雪
下面との間に空隙が生ずることが少なくなり、常に積雪
下面が金属製屋根板に接触し、融雪効率を良好にし、融
雪水は屋根上を流下し、雪の滑動落下は雪止桟により阻
止されるから金属製屋根板の下面に融雪用加熱装置を配
した融雪屋根の融雪を極めて良好にし、実用性を著しく
向上する特長を発揮する。

図面は本考案の一実施例を示すもので、第１図は一部を
省略した本案品の斜視図、第２図は一部を切欠いた要部
の斜視図である。 ａ……屋根、１……金属製屋根板、２……融雪用加熱装
置、３……雪止桟、４……雪切り桟。

  1. 【請求項１】金属製屋根板の下面に融雪用加熱装置を設
    置した屋根上に峯と平行に雪止桟を横設し、この雪止桟
    上に峯から軒にかけて適当間隔を置いて平行に雪切り桟
    を板面を垂直方向にして並列に縦設したことを特徴とす
    る融雪屋根。
