In addition, a cylindrical filter with upper and lower openings is concentrically mounted in these cylindrical bodies, and the upper end of the pipe member integrally connected to the upper end opening has a branch pipe from the sludge delivery main pipe. The lower end of the filter is locked so that it is rotatably externally connected to the flange and the opening of the filter is exposed to the opening of a flange having an opening / closing lid that closes the opening of the lower end of the tubular body. In addition, the pipe member and the treatment tank are provided with a torsional motion transmission mechanism to each filter, and the treatment tank is provided with a drainage means from each tubular body, so that the sludge thrown into the filter is twisted. Giving it water, squeezing the water out into the tubular body and discharging it outside And, and it is configured to discharge the solidified sludge in the filter to the outside.

る。In order to achieve this object, the sludge treatment device according to the present invention is such that a plurality of tubular bodies are vertically mounted on a pedestal with their lower end openings facing the openings of the pedestal lower fixing plate. , A cylindrical filter having upper and lower openings is concentrically mounted in these cylindrical bodies, the upper end of which is rotatably connected to a sludge delivery branch pipe, and the sludge outflow opening is formed on the lower end side surface thereof. The lower end of the tubular filter is fixed to the outer periphery of the pipe shaft by surrounding the lower end of the pipe shaft, and the opening of the lower end of the tubular filter is the opening of the flange provided in the lower end opening of the tubular body. A shaft rod that is engaged with the flange so as to face the pipe shaft, and is connected to the lower end axis of the pipe shaft so as to rotate integrally with the pipe shaft and give a twisting motion to the cylindrical filter. The lower end opens and closes the lower end opening of the tubular filter. A pipe shaft that is locked to a shaft rod support portion projecting inside the lid body in a relationship of being inserted and removed as the lid body opens and closes, and further rotates the pipe shaft to transmit a twisting motion to the tubular filter. A rotation mechanism is provided, and drainage means from each tubular body is provided to impart a twisting action to the sludge fed from the sludge delivery branch pipe into the tubular filter through the sludge outflow opening of the pipe shaft. It is characterized in that it is dehydrated and drained to the outside, and at the same time, the solidified sludge in the cylindrical filter is discharged to the outside.

泥処理装置。1. A plurality of cylindrical bodies are vertically mounted on a pedestal, with their lower end openings facing the openings of the pedestal lower fixing plate, and the upper and lower openings of the cylindrical bodies are fixed. A tubular filter is concentrically mounted, the upper end of which is rotatably connected to a sludge delivery branch pipe, and the lower end side surface of which surrounds the lower end of a pipe shaft through which a sludge outflow opening is provided. And is fixed to the outer periphery of the pipe shaft, and the lower end portion of the tubular filter is locked so that the opening portion faces the opening portion of the flange provided at the lower end opening portion of the tubular body. A shaft rod that is integrally rotated with the pipe shaft to give a twisting motion to the tubular filter is connected to the lower end axis of the pipe shaft, and the lower end portion of the shaft rod has a lower end opening of the tubular filter. Opening and closing the lid on the shaft rod support that protrudes inside the lid Accordingly, a pipe shaft rotating mechanism for transmitting the twisting motion to the cylindrical filter by rotating the pipe shaft by engaging and disengaging the pipe shaft is provided, and a drainage means from each cylindrical body is provided. , The sludge discharged from the sludge delivery branch pipe through the sludge outflow opening of the pipe shaft into the cylindrical filter is twisted to be dehydrated and drained to the outside and solidified in the cylindrical filter. A sludge treatment device characterized by discharging sludge to the outside.
